Went in today for the first time, very friendly staff, lots of good choices of food for my cats, and I bought a stink stick catnip toy and they have gone crazy for it! My one cat, who is getting over a UTI and interstitial cystitis was even playing with it, flipping it in the air, chasing it around, they love it, I’m definitely coming back for more toys.

This is a wonderful store! They know so much about cat food and always offer us free samples! They have an incredible selection of nice food and litter that is far nicer than the most expensive at Ingles and Walmart and for around the same price too. As financially independent college students my girlfriend and I can easily afford these goods. During my last visit here we purchased a litter box and it's very nice. It was exactly what we needed and we couldn't have found it elsewhere. Thanks so much!

First of all the customer service here is absolutely amazing! I've been in twice, I had to ask questions about a collar and then the second time, suggestions for shampoo and treats. Both times they helped me out and didn't make me feel as if I didn't know anything as some places will do. And they were also able to give me a few puppy food samples! Besides that they have a lot of stock for it being such a smaller store! I would much prefer to give my money to this place rather than the fish and more pet store, or pet smart.

Great array of products and very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable staff. They obviously care very much for animals and stand by the products they sell. It also appears to be female-owned, or at least run (woohoo!).Our senior dog has stomach issues, and they were very helpful in assisting me choose what would be the best (natural) aid for him. They have a great selection of toys and stuff for him and our cats.

Very helpful staff! Super knowledgeable and willing to lend advice about products! I was very happy with the service I received when I went in to get eye gel for my cat. Definitely recommend this local pet store. Very convenient, can get in and out quick. Organized and tidy little spot!

Great little pet store that has an amazing variety of pet supplies and food not carried by other stores. Reasonably priced cat food that is grain free and has unique high quality ingredients, our cats like the kangaroo stew. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I LOVE this place! Great selection of high end premium foods. Very knowledgeable about their products and foods. Competitive prices. They are friendly and know their customers. As a breeder and an exhibitor I have several dogs. Pet Stop regularly orders cases of food for my dogs on a regular basis. They know my schedule of ordering and make sure that they have sufficient food for me. I love this place. They are the greatest!

Our pups can pretty much only eat Zignature brand dog food and, surprisingly, we can buy it much cheaper here than having it delivered by Amazon or Chewy. Not only will you save money on every bag over the big box stores, but the staff keeps track of your purchases for a Zignature rebate offer, so your 13th bag is free.My wife and I also enjoy supporting a female-owned-local-small-business.

Amazing! One of my favorites. They only sell high quality pet food and treats, and have lots of other supplies too. Everything is fairly priced. All in all great pet store.

Always helpful and friendly. Knowledgeable about the products they carry. Their lowest tier brands cost more than most at big box stores, which is expected and appropriate, as they're also better quality than even the "best" at big box stores. Worth shopping here.

Very helpful staff, vast selection of cat and dog supplies as well as terrarium, aquarium, and other supplies. Karen is the best with answering my stupid questions, which are many in number.One if my cats is allergic to gluten and the pet stop has rewards programs for nearly all of their dry food selections.

Went into the store about 20 minutes ago. The lady asked me if she could help me and I said I was looking around and asked a question about birds. Her response to me was this is a high-end pet store! Oh excuse me! How inappropriate of her my son and I decided to leave.
