There is not enough that can be said about Herb and his staff. We have been using Smoky Mountain Pet Services for about 10 years. The staff is very friendly and they take great care of your dog. I would highly recommend this place for dog grooming.

Herb and his helpers are wonderful! Our girls are always so happy to go see "Uncle Herb" and come home looking pretty. We have one dog who is a bit of a problem but Herb is kind and wonderful to her to put her - and us - at ease.

I tried to make appointment to get my dog groomed and when I went to my voice mail Herb left me a message that since I had not been back within 6 months he threw my information card out and my dog is not welcome there I had him there 2x and they never told me I had to have him back within a certain amount of time my dog was cut very low for the summer so he didn’t need to go back till October sad but I will take my boy elsewhere and support another small business

Absolutely best groomer in town Herb takes both my babies right in . Buddy my Pitt bull who is 130 lbs he loves to death then our newest fur baby Oreo are cocker spaniel he got her looking like a show dog . Always super nice and funny . I love this place .

Smokey Mountain Pet Services is the best! They are professional and courteous, and handle my high energy dog very well. I love that during this pandemic they take all precautions, including signage indicating to call when you arrive, so they can come directly to your vehicle to get your dog (wearing masks as well!). Talk about customer service!! When he was done, they called, I pulled in, and they brought him right out to the car. He looks great, smells nice, and it was overall another great experience with Herb and his crew. I won’t take my dog anywhere else!

I can’t say enough about this place. Herb and his staff were wonderful and I have to say my two babies came out absolutely FABULOUS!! I called last minute to have them groomed and was put on a cancellation list. 2 days later they were groomed! Now THAT is customer service!! Being new to the area and having older dogs I was a bit nervous how they would do and they did GREAT!!! I will NEVER take my babies anywhere else!! I will tell you they are very busy but for great reason! Happy Holidays!!!

They are the only ones that I will trust to bathe and groom Hershey .Herb has gone above and beyond to keep his customers safe during the pandemic by placing signs with clear and easy to understand instructions on how to drop off and pick up your dog. Very nice guy, although my mother in law, came here to visit from 6 hours away... she needed her Yorkies groomed. We met with this groomer on Saturday and we talked about what we wanted done with the dogs, we asked for the girl yorkie to have a bow in her hair, (the groomer said we don’t do bows but we will leave her hair for you to put a bow in when you come back to get her! When we came back to get her she had ABSOLUTELY NO hair on top of her head for a bow, so she looked like a boy. Let me tell you my MIL was sooooo upset ;( I felt utterly embarrassed by sending my mother in law here and her little yorkie having her hair cut all the way off, when we were told it wouldn’t be touched ;( ! I know people are human and make mistakes, this one was just heartbreaking for my mother in law. Otherwise, clean place!

Ive been taking my Dogs here for 15 years. No matter what Breed of Dog Ive had they always do a Awesome job. I get the shave & bathe service and they are very thorough,great hair clipping & nail trimming and your Dog leaves here smelling clean, sporting a bandana.

I walked into the pet place, to just ask how much it would be to get my dog groomed. The owner replied "I dont know why you cant read but get tf out of my shop". I know it's slightly amusing but at the same time its like seriously,your running a business. He was referring to a sign that was probably 3ft off the ground( stomach height),that I assume was talking about calling in(considering the coronavirus). If you want people to read your sign,you should probably put it at eye level and if you want to keep your new business buddy,I suggest you dont speak to the locals that way.
