The owner is always so kind and the others I have met behind the counter have been amazing as well. Outdoor seating area is super cool! I've done yoga on a Saturday at this spot too and it was so nice, right by the water and close to Downtown Sylva. They have local sodas and delicious ice cream plus a nicely curated selection of thc flower and chocolates.The free water cooler when you're checking out there is really refreshing too.

Friendly people, beautiful spot by the river, and so much variety in products and offerings! Prices are a bit high but I wonder if they even set them, or the company they get products from sets a minimum? Either way the ice cream is good and I can’t wait to try the sleeping aides I got! Friendly staff were welcoming and happy to explain anything I saw. I even got free vegetables because a staff member had so many she was trying to give them away!

This is very cool spot! With picnic tables by the creek, and a lounge area inside, it's the perfect place to bring some to go food and enjoy a delicious non alcoholic drink. I love that all the products are sourced locally and the vibe of the family friendly atmosphere! My favorite product is definitely the Ultimate Ice Cream, with the CBD products from Abbie's Angels being a close second.

Pinnacle is family/pet friendly, have great owners/employees and carry local CBD from Abby's Angels. They also have delicious sodas, pretzels and Ultimate Ice Cream. I love the open atmosphere and amazing treats!
