I can never say thank you enough to this absolutely amazing establishment and the staff, my pomeranian stopped breathing on their table and everyone of them did everything possible to save her life till I got there. Absolutely wonderful, friendly people. My beagle, who is a rescue, needed her nails clipped and they took her right inOne lady showed her sweet loving knowing she was scared while the other lady clipped her nails. MY NEW GO TO PLACE FOR MY SWEETHEART!!!!

Kimberly does a wonderful job with our young Pyrenees. She has been groomed there regularly every 4-8 weeks, from about 6mos old. Great Pyrenees are large, double-coated dogs and require no small amount of maintenance. These folks go above and beyond to make sure she is squeaky clean, comfortable and looking her best! The staff are always polite and professional, and our pup comes home happy and smelling like a flower :)

Bo falling asleep sitting up after warm oatmeal & aloe bath & groom at Kimberly's pet grooming in Dillsboro. Ms.Kimberly groomed him while I waited. We made an appointment for this service which is greatly appreciated since Bo is my antique boy.

Savannah and Lauren are the best groomers this shop has! They take pride in their jobs, and show such care towards the animals. They have always provided the best service to me and my family. If they ever opened their own shop, I would follow them! I had previously dealt with I think, the owner, and it always smelled of cigarette smoke in the shop, and my dogs would come home smelling like that, but since requesting Savannah, we have not had that issue, and love the grooming she does on our fur babies! She definitely deserves a pay raise and more recognition!

Great price for everything she did on my toy poodle. Gave him the exact cut I asked for and paid special attention to his needs. Have had groomers in the past who have accidentally nicked or burned him with the clippers in certain spots because he can get antsy and anxious while on the table, but he came back to me in perfect condition! Says a lot about this establishments work ethic and patience when it comes to little guys like mine. Will definitely be back for our follow up appointment!

I adopted an adult Chihuahua about a year ago, and he is very bitey when people try to groom him. I am SO grateful to Kimberly for working with him and consistently being willing to do what needs to be done in spite of his resistance! I don't know what I would do without this shop. Everyone else there has been great with my other, non-bitey pups, too!

Our two toy poodles Dutch & Louis visited Kimberly and her team for the first time today. We could not be happier with the level of service! The boys look great! They were a mess too.😬 My poor wife felt bad it had been so long since their last haircut, but she is relieved to have found such a good groomer nearby. Thanks ladies!

I took my Pomeranian there for a a second time, when I arrived Kim looked at the card from the previous visit and read, the owner didn’t like the cut last time to what I then replied it was to short and I showed her a picture of what I wanted, Kim then said that’s not realistic because that takes to much time and cost a lot, at not time was money discussed I didn’t even ask how much was going to cost. I showed her a picture of a Pomeranian with a Lion cut, yet trying to be understanding I told her do what you can just not to short please, She took him in and told me she would call me when he was ready.About thirty minutes went by and she called to tell me that what I wanted was unrealistic and that I was not a regular client and that she had other clients who couldn’t get in and she didn’t want to spend the time with my dog.When I went back to pick him up she tried to tell me the same things she said over the phone when all she had to say was, she couldn’t do the job.She saw the card before, she could have canceled the appointment and no waste my time.I would never go back.Glad you found something you’re passionate about Kim....

First time taking my Grandog to the groomer. They were really wonderful with him. He was really scared when we for there, but they loved on him. They did an awesome job with Mikey. And his Mommy and Daddy will be going back there. All the staff was so friendly and caring. Thank you so much.

I love Kimberly hands down the best groomer in town. I have a handful of friends who get together and let our dogs play and we all go to her. Not only is she a former dog trainer she really loves her work. Plus what is really best is she uses a coat sealent and if your dogs get wet again it activates and keeps them from smelling. Plus she charges a great price. For 25$ my dog gets a bath, nail file, ear cleaning, brushing, coat sealant, a spray of cologne and a bandana. I have a small short hair dog so obviously price changes with bigger dogs and more complex hair types, regardless she's awesome and were going tomorrow.

I love to get my dog groomed there when in Sylva. The groomer found a small abscess on my dog's gum that I would not have noticed until it was much worse. Immediately got her to a vet! That's a good groomer!

I’d give zero stars if I could My dogs hair was cut so jagged and uneven, the cut is not what I asked for at all, I wanted a lions trim and his “maine” was cut completely off, not to mention it’s jagged and crooked, I said DO NOT cut his tail at all and it got cut, y’all nicked his belly twice, and didn’t bother to mention it to me. I’m outraged at how my dog came back to me!! Further more he drank a whole bottle of water when we got home as if he hadn’t been given any water at ur facility. I definitely will NOT be back and advise no one else go either.

Went there today to see about making an appointment for our Yorkie and was told that they had to take care of the locals , if we were “Snowbirds “ we were not welcome 🤷🏼‍♀️ not sure what snowbirds are here but very inappropriate to tell someone!!!!
