We went in tonight around 6:30 on 9/28/2023. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. We spent more than we planned because the young lady who waited on us was so knowledgeable and helpful. We will absolutely be a new customer at Lola's. We are very happy with everything we purchased. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who waited on us because she needs a raise!!

I'm extremely old school when it comes to service. I want to shop local and I want to be known and recognized as a regular. I don't need anyone to throw rose petals at my feet or shout "Norm" when I walk in the door, but I do want to feel in our interaction that my presence and my choice to bring my business exclusively to a store is appreciated.The manager and employees of this location LISTEN to me, know me, and have made an effort to interact with me in the way that meets my needs and makes me feel comfortable.Additionally, they are knowledgeable and make great recommendations based on feedback they've asked for of prior purchases. 'How did you like that 'xyz' last week?....(my answer).... In that case you might wanna check out 'abc' which has that part you like but not that part you didn't like. Also, guess what we got in this week?! That flavor you like IN YOUR FAVORITE BRAND!'More than once I've gone out of town for a few weeks, and almost always I get the message from my husband while I'm away, "Went to Lola's today, they asked about you."Now for the best part! When I first started going in I wasn't happy about one small aspect of their service. It was minor in general but major to me. Before I quit shopping there I spoke with Kyle to tell him why I was unhappy. He could have told me to go kick rocks if I didn't like their policy.Instead he said, "Thanks for telling me, let's talk about it, and please tell me how we can best meet YOUR needs and make you a happy customer who enjoys coming in."And then, clearly, they did! I really like this clean store and their great products. I LOVE their customer service!

Just started vaping and the staff here are very knowledgable. They took the time to determine the perfect device for me. So far, I am very happy with it! The place is also very clean and not cluttered like many other shops.

This is a small Vape Shop in Sylva NC. They have a very large variety of products for vaping. I don't Vape but I buy Kratbot brand Kratom there for my back pain. They do have the lowest prices I have ever seen. I've tried other Kratom brands but I like the Krabot 1g. Capsules the best. They are located next to the Bryson Farm Supply in Sylva NC.

Good selection and decent vibe in the store but the staff is hit or miss. The worst is the short guy with a ponytail and a beard. Always seems to be in a bad mood and wanting to rush you out the door so he can keep watching anime.*Edit* - Had to knock the review down to one star due to the unprofessional response from Lola's. The way they handle feedback should tell you all you need to know 👍*Edit AGAIN* They've now changed their reply to my review to save face, but their original reply was an unhinged and emotional response breaking down all my reviews and throwing wild accusations. Very emotional.

Lolas is my favorite place to go for my vape needs. steph there is so kind and always recommends reliable vape flavors n thc products. i trust her n she seems to understand what i ask n look for when i walk in with an idea of what i want but no specific product idea.

This review is based solely on CBD and DELTA products. If you’re looking for vape products or glass it’s a cool little shop but if you’re looking for CBD or Delta 8 products buyer beware. Most of the CBD and Delta products they carry are Boof Instagram brands with no full COA’s and terrible tasting terpenes and the kid working in the evening has zero knowledge of CBD or Delta of any kind so don’t expect to get much info on the brands they do have. If the product doesn’t have full panel labs that show pesticides and heavy metals you shouldn’t smoke it, period. They don’t carry any reputable brands that I saw. For the selection they have im surprised there aren’t better products. I would suggest getting some more local products as well as brands like 3chi which have amazing vapes, carts, and gummies they also work with small shops to get their products ) Covert, which is out of Ashville, harbor city hemp, exhale wellness, soooo many reputable brands will full panel COA’s that y’all could be carrying. Don’t take this as a negative as I would love to see y’all carry more reputable brands.

Good folk. Knowledgeable. Good selection of high-quality items.The only place I have seen 1000mg per capsule Kratom. I like this because no one wants to take 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 capsules at one time. Whatever dosage you are on, cut the capsule intake in half. Just be aware that you are taking double the amount of a 500mg capsule.

Awesome shop! Great selection of mods, kits, tanks, and juice! Very friendly customer service. The manager Frank steered me away from devices that didn't suit my needs and helped me pick out a great setup! Tons of premium juices at crazy low prices!10/10 Highly recommend.

This place is THE place to go, especially if you are within an hour span. They have really good prices and their workers are great. The shop has seating and a TV and is an excellent place to hang out if you are a regular. The staff is always friendly and know how to do their job. Costumer service is amazing, even when there is a line. I love their chill environment and the willingness to explain the depths of the different mods. Each worker is knowledgeable of the vape flavors, CBD strains, and the different type of mods. Even if they have limited knowledge, they will go out of their way to learn and be more prepared for the future.

I went to a few different shops in town and was not impressed. But I found Lola's and it was a different animal all together. I have a handicap that makes it hard to get in and out so they bring to me and donut till I'm satisfied it's amazing. Also there prices are amazing, and u can get products there u can only get in Asheville. I love it. Only shop I go too!!!!! Ps there staff is very friendly and helpful!!!!

I've been going here for months and every time has been a very positive experience. Best selection of vape juice in town as well as a majority as samples in store. Staff has been very knowledgeable about their products and are very helpful when making your purchase. Student discounts are never a bad thing either! University Vapor's staff is incredibly sweet and helpful; Frank will go out of his way to help his fellow vapors as well as new vapors. Frank and Dillon assist people and help them to find what they want and need without any second thoughts or hassle. They are truly great people. The climate of the shop is relaxing and chill and the prices are amazing. I would completely recommend this shop to anyone who vapes or is looking to start.

Great shop. It was my first time in and I had been having a horrible day. The clerk chatted with me and explained everything I asked about. I spend probably half an hour just looking into the case. It's a good spot to go if you're looking for something a little extra when it comes to your vap mods, they've got a good cbd selection and good vibes. 10/10 recommend

This place is awesome. They helped me so much. I walked in not knowing jack about vaping and they were helpful and nonjudgmental. Destiny was amazing and so friendly she truly made the experience so much more fun. I only shop here for all my vaping needs. I even brought my boyfriend in because he wanted to try it out. We love University vapor and we would never go anywhere else.

This has to be my favorite vape shop I have ever been to. The prices are phenomenally competitive to online markets, making it almost senseless to purchase from any website. The workers tend to actually converse with their customers, which is very uncommon in other stores I have been to in the surrounding area. Destiny tends to be at the store almost every time I go, and does her best to get to know what exact profile I enjoy and what products will best fit my needs. There has been plenty of times I will go to the store without a product in mind, and leave happy with something I know I will enjoy thanks to the wonderful staff. If you are in need of anything to do with vaping, CBD, or even friendly conversation, then this is the place for you.
