Nice grocery store. I could smell the delicious scent of fried chicken from the deli when I walked in the door. They had a nice bakery section too. They offered a nice selection of groceries as well.

This location isn't large and remodeled so keep in mind they have a sandwich station and a small hot food station but they don't have the other bars and options other Ingles have.still good variety at this store.easy fast convenient lines move fast and they have self check out.I always buy my meat here they have good deals and it's fresher.Watch the sales.Shopping weekly sales make it worth it.

Weekly big sale advertising insert in weekly Franklin Press. Ad said "Local Strawberries" on Sale. Big beautiful picture of big ripe Strawberries. There are some very good local Farms here in WNC Great Smokies and they grow beautiful tasty Strawberries!I believe Ingles misrepresented their on sale Strawberries. Local Strawberries to me would never include California where all of the On Sale so called Local Strawberries came from.

Very spacious and clean market. Never see a ton of crows. Nice employees and a decent selection of fresh fruits and veggies. A wide range of parking spaces outside as well.

I had not been to this location before so when I walked in I asked an employee if they could direct me to the product I was looking for. The employee was the store manager and not only did he tell me where the item was but he walked me to the item so I didn't have to spend a lot of time looking for it.

Guy in the deli cutting the meat supper rude to my wife. He didn't even cut the meat the way I wanted. When I saw how uneven the meat was I went back into to the store to return it and explained what a terrible experience we encountered, the manager did not want to do the return until someone else walked over and processed it for me. It's giving racism. I would never recommend anyone supporting that store for the lack of human decency from their employees. I am absolutely outraged with this experience.

Giving a the store a one star because it is doesn't even show up on the main website! INGLES UPDATE OUR STORE !!!! Can't even use curbside or search the location. CAN'T EVEN MAKE IT MY STORE! EMBARRASSING! Great staff and service, corporate get your stuff together already!!!

I rarely purchase items from Ingles because of the price differences between the items they have and the items that Walmart has. Ingles has different offerings than Walmart, which may be worth the price difference. I try to buy the Taylor brand pork roll whenever it’s available, but 8 times out of 10, it’s out of stock. I recently got a sub and potato salad from their deli. The guys working at the counter were very nice, communicative, and quick.

Love this store! We are from Florida so we don’t have Ingles there. It’s almost like Winn Dixie. All the employees seem friendly and know what there doing.

Best grocery store in the area. Very friendly and engaging staff. They will help you bring groceries to your car and make sure you find what you need. Location is convenient to other shopping centers so you can quickly finish shopping.We purchased a cake for a party there. It was beautiful!

An older store, but still an Ingles. Only stopped in for some local craft beer and was not disappointed! The selection was excellent (as is usually the case in any Ingles!) even if a bit on the pricey side.

Cashier personnel Aias M. you are rude and unprofessional. You have no respect to customers.My Husband and I shopped at this location. We were checking out and 2 check out line stations are open. One is where all the customers are lined up. The other was empty. We told the other customers the other line was empty if they wanted to go there before us going in. They said they're fine. So we went ahead and got our stuff to the check out line and out Cashier is Aisas M.My husband and I are quiet and minding our own business putting our groceries to make everything swift and easier to check out. Mr. Aias then said "Have a good day", to my husband, and I said " Thank you" , He then replied to "NO YOU'RE NOT" .I was baffled, Left confuse as to what I said to make him say that. Ingles, Please train your employees better. This person is in customer service and should know how to behave in a professional environment. It doesnt matter whether you're a cashier or doctor. A work place is a work place treated with respect because how they act is representing your business.No wonder no one wants to get their items checked out at his station because of his/her unprofessional behavior.Know respect. It will lead you to a lot of possibilities. Just being respectful to others. It doesn't matter what you are or who you are. If you know respect, good things will follow. I don't know what happened to you whole day or your Whole life Aias, but you have no right to ruin other people's day specially when they are being nice to you.Thank you to the evening supervisor Mike A. for listening to my concern

There are many handicap parking spaces and many free parking spaces at this location. This grocery store is in excellent condition and the quality of the food is excellent as well. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products sold in this grocery store. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the food quality and the awesome service of the employees in this store. Good job everyone, especially the front end store workers.

I swear they are not even trying at this location. Fish had no expiration date. Poor selection. Prices are high. Produce is like rocks. They are out of whatever you want. I have heard this location is a joke to higher brass and that they survive on alcohol sales. Very frustrating place to shop. Nice staff though.

Made a quick stop to buy some cold beer for a friend (over 21) we were meeting later that day. Ingles had a good selection, and the beer area was well stocked.

Yo, their beer selection is on point. They stay stocked and they have everything. Some of their prices may seem a little steep but they stay about par for being in the mountains. Good grocery selection. I didn’t check out their fresh produce but I’ll be back in there in a couple days.

I always shop here. Overall it's a great experience. Lately, like most businesses, they are short staffed.so a few items I purchase aren't always in stock. Also, the hot food bar used to be outstanding. Not so much anymore. My biggest gripe is at self check out. All the systems were upgraded several months ago. The new system is better than the older one. The problem I have with the new one is less bagging space because they removed the upper shelves. The other issue is ingles new system no longer distributes cash now. It was nice if I needed a little cash on hand sometimes.

Great place to shop, nice people willing to help you and very familiar to me since my family and I previously lived in a small town with only one grocery store and that was Ingles.The prices aren't bad, the advantage card saves you money some of the time and I really enjoy the familiar people you'll meet as well.Over-all, I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a friendly and familiar grocery store.

Was told Deli would be open till 7:30. Got there between 6:20 and 6:30 and was told by person working behind deli “sorry we’re closing early tonight.” This is the third time I haven’t been able to get sliced deli meat due to inconsistent hours. Tired of wasting gas and money coming here.

RUDE employees. College kids following the employees around and was given bad looks and attitude twice. Just save your money. I go here for the convince despite the INSANE prices but with that being said, I will never take another step inside this store.
