I COULDN’T BE HAPPIER. Arsenal’s quality, customer care and timely service deserves 10 out of 5 stars! A few months ago, I had something framed at a popular craft store in Waynesville, and now I’ve discovered that I paid 5x more than I could have, if I’d gone to Arsenal - and they took two times longer than Arsenal. You live and learn. Now I know better, and I’m so happy to have a trustworthy, local framing service right here in Sylva! Thanks guys!

Look up and left as you descend stairs: great target!I have had a lot of framing done: paid a thou for framing of the Wren House at Wm & Mary for my daughter.Howard and the girls do the best work I’ve ever found; framed a priceless oriental work for me—superb job.Arsenal is a musem also, where it’s all for sale.Don’t miss it in Sylva!

LOVE this place! Incredible dug artifacts and the best custom frame shop around. Tell Howard and his dog Oliver that "dixie" sent ya! Oh.... The Arsenal beats the heck out of the big chain craft stores that do framing plus they have history in store for you! Literally! Don't miss this place!
