April in bakery is AMAZING!!! She went out of her way to make sure the cakes I ordered were to my liking. When I picked them up they were not completed and the cake decorator had left for the day. She isn’t a cake decorator but she made it happen!! The cakes were so cute!! Thank you for your time and patience April! You saved the day!

Bought two fire extinguishers on Monday. Tonight, we needed a little bit of everything. I know it was close to 8 p.m., but only two actual registers with cashiers were open. Quite a lot of people were still there shopping. Almost everybody I talk to does not like using self-checkout. I like going through a manned register. Is manned still used? I apologize if it is not used, I was trying to get a point across. Quick stop to buy a 24-pack of outrageously priced regular Pepsi. I think 🤔 Pepsi is the highest-priced 💵 brand name regular soda. Have a 😴

9 times out of 10 my orders are complete, the employee bringing out my order is happy and polite, and its quickly brought out as soon as I park. I do go through every order and pick my preferred substitutions, and pick "don't replace" often. The only thing I wish my Walmart would do is finally build an awning for the employees. It gets hot where we live.

One of their tech reps said he had an offer where I could receive a galaxy A15 and a month service for $7. Of course this was too good to be true, because now I'm on the hook for a $150 dollar bill from Verizon. The tech reps will lie to you, presumably to make commission.

I just wanted to leave a review about an employee that went above and beyond. My 6 week old suddenly woke up while I was shopping and had to eat NOW. I tried to ask the kid working the empty fitting rooms if I could use one of the empty fitting rooms so I could feed my screaming baby. He was clueless and paged Brittany. She showed up within seconds and literally walked my grocery cart all the way to the mother/baby room I had no idea you even had. At this point I had already pulled the baby out of his car seat so my hands were full. I hope she knows how appreciative I am. <3

This place has went downhill. It NEVER has anything you need. You always end up going to another store to get what groceries you can't find here. Some of their employees tell all about the deli! I won't buy lunch meat here. They don't honor their online prices at all. Restrooms are nasty people stealing and leaving stuff in the restroom. You tell someone and they look at you crazy. If I could give 0 stars I surley would.

Always a problem trying to return something here. If you have your recipt or not. Refused to allow a exchange of an item that was missing parts. Rude staff and customer service. Managers were of zero help. And what's the point of having a register in the Garden area as it is NEVER open. Always someone standing by it but never operating it. This location is a joke.

Well what do you say about Walmart other than it was a prototypical visit to get a few groceries and some other home items. The staff was friendly and helpful. The self checkout makes it a lot faster to get out when your done shopping.

I was taking advantage of Pickup and Delivery and as usual they had problems with the order. I had to go in and get my own items. Supposedly they had no tomatoes or Seagrams Escapes. As you can see in the pictures these items were available. I purchased them in the store. I also noticed, as usual, that stocking and facing of shelves is done very poorly. Another issue is that as far as I could tell, no Great Value Hot Dog Buns are dated.

He was able to help me with questions about problems with my phone, a phone charger, and he helped me with developing a photo that would become part of a special customized Christmas ornament for a family member. I used to love this Wal-Mart specifically because it's always clean, organized, and just pleasant to be in; however, I've had a horrible experience lately. I bought the rotisserie chicken and it was RAW and BLEEDING!!! I tried calling anyone but I was transferred then just hanged up on. Incredibly disappointed.I took plenty of pictures as well.

This one star deduction is for having to stand at the deli waiting and or chasing someone down to get help.Did this the last 4 visits.12/23- I changed my one star and bumped it up to four. I thought a one star is too damaging for my complaint. I know staffing is an issue and people don’t want to work anymore.My only other complaint is having to work around all the busy shoppers for online pickup. That department seems to be getting busier. So busy they really take up a lot of isle space. One time I had to turn around and come up another isle to get to the other side of the isle I needed to be on. lol. A little gridlock in Walmart.

A young man named Andrew was such a big help. We brought a 75in tv and had to take it out of the box to fit it in the car. Totally forgetting to make sure to grab the legs and plugin for it. Andrew made sure to grab it and put it on the side for us. Now we can have family movie night!

I purchase from the store in Swansboro because they usually have what I need in stocks. The gas prices are better and the service is great. I shop online grocery and within a few minutes of arriving someone is the with my items. My last wait time was less than a minute. The assistant is always nice and does not just throw my items anywhere. I have a grocery container for my items and cold items are placed in the cold area. I pass a Walmart to purchase from this store. There prices are better than my local store.

This has happened at least 5 times now. Why would you put this in my cart knowing that it looks like this, it’s absolutely disgusting. I bought 5 of these and only one out of five was edible. Also Ive tried to order rotisserie chicken 3 weeks in the row and it’s always out of stock it seems. We go in the store right after my order pick up, and guess what…they have it in stock. The shoppers are absolutely careless.Id rather pay extra and shop somewhere else.

Placed a delivery order this afternoon was to be delivered between 6-7 it's now 9:22 and still no order. This is utterly ridiculous. I ordered things I needed for dinner and don't have them. Why because they allow orders to be placed after mine for delivery in 75 minutes or 3 hours and my order is pushed to the side. Was told driver was on the way to the store at 5:40 but the store denies it. I'm so fed up with Walmart. I can almost guarantee that items will be missing because they always are. The best they could do was reschedule my delivery for 3-4 tomorrow which I refused. They won't hire people and those they do hire they hire part time but work them full time hours. This store is a joke they only allow supervisors and managers full time hours. I applied almost a week ago and they have yet to call and I know they are hiring because my son works there.

They have just been going down hill. Every week I've been doing the pick up orders there is at least one issue. Today it took them 22 minutes to get me all my stuff when I was the only car sitting there for the first 15 minutes of the time. They forgot an entire bin at first and had to go back and get it after I mentioned a ton of things missing.

Ok so they have some great deals and better selection at this Walmart. Woukd hands down go here before mkrehead city again.
