Brand new building. They are open, but their grand opening is very soon. I'm not sure of the date. This place is big. Massive parking lot and good-sized spaces to park in. I think I got some good photos 📸. There's not much else to tell. I guess we will wait for Mr. TIME to tell us. ⏳️

Brand new location. It's big, it's organized, it's got anything you need if you want hardware for your farm, but that's not all. Clothing, boots, animal supplies, automotive, and lots of tools. The prices are competitive with the nearby Lowe's, but the selection is much better for any type of hardware. They are going to do great here.

Arrived to this location at 7:00 to clean my dog and as I was walking inside a lady stopped and said that there is no more dogs allowed to be washed. When I asked why her response was “ there are already 3 people back there washing there dogs and we still need to clean up once they are done because we close at 8:00”. I walked back to pick up chicken feed and looked back at the dog washing area and it was completely empty with the lights off. If the lady would’ve just told me they already cleaned the area I would’ve been fine. I Can’t stand a liar.

Well I know this store is new but so far every visit which has been many have been perfect. Great smiling friendly staff that will always greet you at the door. Staff walking around doing there thing and will ask if you need any help and not bug you. Instead of the staff pointing you in the right direction, which is ok by me, they will stop what they’re doing and walk you there.They will ask if i need help with loading any larger items. Parking area is nice.I had a propane tank filled which went well.I had a question about poultry care. The staff member wasn’t sure of the answer so instead of making up an answer we both looked it up, and also asked another staff member that was strolling by.Even if I have to spend a little more for some items I will come here.Keep up the good work.Whoever the manager is, good on you.

Employees are very nice and helpful! They didn't have the size dog food bag I needed and gave me a really great solution. I will absolutely be coming here in the future to buy for all my animal needs! Very greatful for the offer of helping me carry the food out to my car as well!

I loved the store and the layout is awesome. I usually go to the Morehead City location but I was visiting a friend in Cape Carteret, so I tried this new location out. One thing I noticed when I walked in was that they offered a shampoo station to wash your dog. I thought that was really cool so I found the location in the back of the store and when you pull on the door it opens and an automatic light comes on. So me and my friend decided that we would try it out and I put my lab in the bath part and then noticed there wasn’t any towels about that time the manager on staff came in the door and asked if we needed anything so I mentioned just a clean towel, then he rudely asked if we had already paid to use the Bath Station and I said no I did not know that I paid before. He then rudely explained that we pay at the register and get a towel before we even enter the shampoo station. Then informed me that they really need to have door locked because it’s under repair because of a sink being clogged. So I immediately got my dog out and apologized I would have never put my dog in there if I had known to pay before. I’ve been going to tractor supply for years now and have never had such a rude experience. I felt like a criminal when all I was trying to do was wash my dog and pay for it at the register when I went to go pay for the rest of the items in my cart. The lady at the register, though was absolutely amazing and so sweet and gave my dog a treat. On the way out. my recommendation would be to put a sign that is actually visible at the very front saying to pay to wash your dog before hand and also, if it is under repair or is not supposed to be used at the moment, there needs to be a sign visible, or the door needs to be locked. I will be back because of the rest of the great customer service, and the niceness of the store , but I don’t look forward to seeing that rude manager again.
