When I have to add money to my card I go to family dollar store. It's a great place to shop. They re-arrange there shelf and went up on prices also.

The least expensive of these types of stores. All isles were neat and organized. Man at the cash register was very nice. I feel that all workers should wear masks to protect customers and that's my only complaint.

Today was truck day and they were very understaffed so it was incredibly difficult to maneuver through the store. Any other day it's usually clean, organized and well managed. Staff is always amazing.However a huge downside is they do tend to always run out of milk. Every week it's a 70/30 chance whether they will have any. Also a couple of their coolers have been broken for several months now. Which really limits the grocery items they now carry.

I've been going to this store for all my between shopping need for 2 1/2 years. Generally everyone has been friendly and professional. My last experience at this store was anything but that. They had a sale tag still up 14 days after the sale ended and the manager was downright rude to me about honoring the price on the sale tag. She got very rude with me and the staff member Terra with regard to the incident. I haven't been back in the store since that day.

Why so many problems with freezer sections? Plus it takes a month or more to fix. I am sure Family Dollar has insurance to cover the loss. Also need to hire crew to clean the parking lot and store front- Every Day!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Went to pickup some sale items clearly marked in current sales aid as well as on shelf under product was a sales tag but cashier said items were not ringing up on sale and would NOT honor the stated sale price.

Easy to get in and out.have a large selection of household items. Basic grocery items refrigerated and frozen.no fresh produce or meats.overall good selection of OTC medical items.

Family dollar has most everything you need. They have OTC, greeting cards, HBA, paper goods, water, grocery items, beer, ice cream, frozen items as well as milk and other refrigerated items.

Good prices, polite employees, I shop here at least twice a week but it is completely overstocked which makes it seem unorganized & cluttered.

We stopped on the way through for the kids to use the bathroom….. literally the nastiest bathroom I’ve ever seen and there was no soap!!!
