Horrible experience with pharmacist. She was very rude and unprofessional and embarrassed me in front of a crowded wait area. The pharmacy staff have given me incorrect information on several occasions and cost me two unnecessary trips there. Wasted, my time and gas. No apologies offered. There is a fantastic CVS right across the street. Their staff are kind, thoughtful and most importantly, knowledgeable.

Thank you so much to the pharmacy tech today that went above and beyond to help me with my husbands medications. I hope you know how much I appreciate that. This Walgreens is the only pharmacy to deal with.

Just moved & having to switch pharmacies. The staff were amazingly kind & helpful. This is a huge difference from other Walgreens I have gone to, & as someone with high anxiety, I appreciated their kind bedside manner ❤️

The one worker in front as cashier is very rude each time I come in and no idea why. Never says hello always says what do you need? Just rude each time.

I DREAD having to refill my prescriptions every month because every person I've encountered in the pharmacy department is so unfriendly. If it wasn't such a hassle to update and move all prescriptions, I would've switched pharmacies a dozen times by now. Whether it's in person or over the phone, the staff is just so rude and unwilling to help.

This walgreens location makes dropping off outgoing FedEx packages super easy. The parking lot has plenty of spaces and line was very fast. Within minutes the associate made sure my package was scanned and ready for FedEx pickup.

If only I could give zero stars I would. Leaving people on hold for over thirty minutes in absolutely unacceptable. Pharmacist, Aaron, had zero remorse and feels this is acceptable as he “cares” for other patients. If this is caring then I would hate to see him when he doesn’t. It’s one thing to be busy. It’s also one thing to be overwhelmed. But if this is the walgreens way, then I would recommend to run as quickly as you can from this place. It is NOT acceptable and if it is the norm then they need to find either more staff and better staff.

The Pharmacy here is really slack and needs major improvements. When I arrived for my Covid test a few minutes early Lynn made me leave and come back right at the exact time. I find it really ridiculous she couldn’t let me take my Covid test that literally takes only a few seconds.

I hate that they have to be open the day after Christmas but I am so thankful for this Walgreens! Coming in clutch with antibiotics for my 8 month old and it took no time at all. Thank you all so much for everything you do!

The front staff is nice and friendly. The pharmacy staff seam to always be grumpy and bothered by helping customers. I have to change from CVS because of my insurance. Not looking forward to it. I don't have a choice.

For years I have used CVS for prescriptions and have loathed the experience. I use them because my insurance was through CVS/Caremark. Once my insurance changed I immediately drop down and went to a local neighborhood pharmacy. Unfortunately one of my prescriptions could not be filled there so I reluctantly went to Walgreens. I have been pleasantly surprised by how courteous the staff has been even the pharmacist (Aaron). Service seems to be dead these days so it's always nice to spend money in a business that seems to appreciate it.

Summerfield NC Walgreens. Do yourself a favor there is a CVS across the street with very polite pharmacists, techs and cashiers who are willing to go out of their way to make all customers happy and most importantly they smile. "Lillie" The pharmacist at Walgreens in Summerfield NC, she has never broke a smile to me or to any other customer I have ever seen in addition she is extremely rude. When someone's in a business where the majority of people I would probably guess are older people they enjoy the person that takes an interest and smiles and you know makes them feel confident about their prescriptions but this lady Lily is awful. I am not a senior citizen but not once did I ever see this lady go out of her way to help these people she is the type of foreigner that does not like Americans to question about anything especially the price. She believes that we should just pay it. I knew the price with my insurance and I was not about to pay double. As I mentioned there is a CVS across the street and an assortment of pharmacies a few miles away. Go somewhere your business is appreciated.
