I’ve been going here forever and have never had no issues or problems. Until the new pharmacist came in. I went there today to get an order start for the 18th and the lady said u gotta go to the other side to do that. She just no personality and is very hateful I’m honestly getting fed up with her. They need to find someone better and friendlier

Please be aware of the fraudulent pharmacy practice at this location. I was there recently to pick up medication for my dad. I provided his good rx card and was told by the first employee at the register it was more expensive on good rx. I knew that didn't sound right and went to the car to actually get the physical card for another employee to scan. I was told by that employee that the medication was not found on good rx. By this time I knew they were scamming. So, i paid my $75. 00 for my dad's medication instead of $ 23.00 that good rx had it for. I know this because i finally contactrd good rx to confirm the information i was given and to my surprise CVS LIED. This is what's wrong with the world.I did report it to good rx. I have called the store and left messages. No response OR return call.Be careful everyone. Stay safe and in good health especially when the people who are suppose to help us looks to rip us off.

Had to switch from Walgreens to CVS due to insurance plan. Every time I pick up a prescription, they will look at you waiting for at least a minute without saying “someone will be right with you”. They just ignore you.Was told prescriptions were not ready and would be 15 mins (called in an hour earlier) so got in the car and within 15 seconds, got a text prescriptions were ready.1 gentleman that’s works the drive thru is helpful but that’s it.Would not recommend

Do not go here for Covid testing. The woman who runs the drive through testing is clueless. Not only did she not confirm my identity for my test, but she was insistent that you only needed to swab each nostril for 2 seconds and you only needed to put the sample into the test tube for 5 seconds. This resulted in an insufficient data collection for the lab which returned a TNP result after 3 days of waiting.Every time I’ve ever taken one of these tests it’s been instructed to me to turn the swab in a circle for 15 seconds in each nostril and hold for 30 seconds in the test tube. Never had any problems with getting a clean test. The lady at this CVS however ARGUED with me not to do this… don’t waste your time or miss your travel dates waiting on a result from this CVS which will give you improper instruction resulting in insufficient samples for testing.Thanks for making me miss my travel Karen.

Tried to call Summerfield, NC store 10 times today and got hung up on every time. So then I called the 800 customer service number...was on hold for 25 minutes. Finally gave up. I refuse to ever do business with CVS again

Unfortunately CVS allows you to make an appointment online without having the actual vaccine available. I made an appointment for my son to have a meningitis vaccine there and after waiting 20 minutes for the appointment they told him they had none available. A simple phone call or text would have saved us time and gas. Very unprofessional - use Walgreens if you need a meningitis vaccine!

A family member of mine had made an appointment to get COVID tested and we received a call from the store and they left a message that was cut off and then proceeded to call again and hang up right away so we couldn’t answer. We called back and were greeted with THE rudest pharmacist named Connie, who didn’t have a care in the world about customer service. She claimed she had “been calling all day” and “called 4 times” when that was not the case and she had called ONE time and continued to argue with us about it and was EXTREMELY unnecessarily rude. we had to cancel the COVID test because that is simply unacceptable and we won’t tolerate that kind of attitude when we were simply returning the call and being nothing but kind. we will NEVER come to this location and we have made an appointment at a different location. absolutely ridiculous and infuriating! I would give them zero stars if I could
