So profesional and accommodating. We got married last year and they brought our babies to the mansion all dressed up & smelling good. They were so patient with our date change, accommodations and anything we asked for. The staff, assistant manager and owner are so nice and professional. I trusted them with our babies and I was able to relax for the night knowing they are well taken care of. We highly recommend Beacon Pet Resort.

Brought my Rottweiler puppy to get groomed for the first time. My puppy suffers from seizures so I was very weary considering there’s a lot of places out there that don’t treat animals too well. From the moment I walked through the door everyone was so incredibly nice, all my worries seemed to have faded away. They brought my puppy Dakota back and groomed her and she came out so incredibly happy and did so well with their grooming staff. Dakota seemed like she didn’t even want to leave she loved it there so much. From scheduling, to the end of the visit the service was amazing and I am so glad that I’ve found somewhere to take Dakota where I know she will be taken care of with her condition. I definitely will be returning, I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I took both of my dogs to be boarded and they aren’t the most social dogs since Covid, however, the staff took extremely great care of my babies as they would their own. Jasmine in the office was very professional and kind at check in. I would recommend Beacon to anyone. Best in the business.

We boarded our 2 frenchies and blue heeler mix here. Hands down best place I have ever boarded our dogs. We take business trips frequently and we were very pleased by them. We defiantly will be boarding our dogs here every trip we take.

Peace of mind for my pups. We love this place. We recently lost our older furbaby right before a trip out of town so our Boston spent her first time alone. We hated to leave her but the staff was so helpful catering to her needs. Absolutely recommend

Emma does a fantastic job with our very large doodle, Houston, no matter if it is just a bath or a full groom. He loves going to visit her. She has earned his trust, and he gets excited when we pull in!

So professional and caring for our pup! We took our 5month golden retriever puppy there when our sitter canceled last minute and he had the best time! They sent photos and made sure they knew exactly what he needed to be comfortable. Our puppy came home exhausted from all the fun and so happy. We will definitely be using again!

Always take care of our boy Boudin. He can be a challenge and he always come out happy. And they are happy...so we are happy. Not he cheapest but we are very comfortable with them and know he is well cared for. It is good to see pics during the stay where he is playing.

Toni and her employees are the best! They take great care of our French Bulldog pup everyday at daycare and we never hesitate to leave him overnight if we go out of town. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Our Frenchie continues to be excited everyday when we drop him off, and it does my heart good to know he is in good hands.

We have really enjoyed Beacon Suites for our dogs. The staff is always very friendly, and I like the way the suites are set up so our two dogs can be together. They come home smelling so fresh and fluffy after the baths too. Highly recommend!

Great place you can trust. It’s not just a ‘kennel’ and really is a resort style stay for a pup. Our dog is usually anxious going into a new facility but dogs can read people and his tail was wagging as soon as we went in and they all greeted him. It was his first stay here and it’s really cool how they take care of all the pets and post pictures daily. It’s nice knowing your dog is in good hands and isn’t just locked up until you pick them up. It’s obvious they give a lot of attention to them and they get to play and chill outside a lot. Thumbs up to Beacon Suites and their awesome team of people there.

We want to thank all of the staff at Beacon Suites Pet Resort for taking care of our golden retriever Kuper. He stayed with them for a week and posted daily pictures of him playing and having fun!He had a spa day and the groomer did an amazing job!! I don’t usually write reviews. I think you should get good service when you pay good money, that just reasonable. I only write reviews when the service is exceptional. In this case Beacons Suites went way beyond exceptional. I dropped off a pretty sick dog. She has gastrointestinal issues but we had a trip that could not be cancelled. I expected to return to not only a sick dog but a depressed one, too. But no, I was greeted by my baby looking happy and healthy, more like she had been on a vacation than in a kennel. It was obvious they had taken amazing care of her and she had made new friends. It was a great experience and I am so grateful to them for treating Ollie Belle like family!

Spotlessly clean! Our boys spent three nights at Beacon Suites and I was very pleased with their care and how happy they were when I picked them up. The only disappointment I had was we were told a photo would be sent to us via text each day so we could see how they were doing, but those photos did not come. We definitely will use Beacon Suites in the future when we can't take our dogs with us.

We are having a late family Christmas on January 7. We wanted to drop off our dog Saturday morning around 10 AM and pick him up Sunday morning around 9 AM. The manager told me we would have to pay for two days, even though it was less than 24 hours. We had just done this exact thing prior to this a few weeks ago. They only charged me for one day then. This rule makes no sense.

The staff is always friendly. Our dogs love going there. They post pictures everyday on Facebook, so even if your dog doesn't stay there you should follow them to see some cute pups on your timeline

This is an unqualified 5 star review. If you are considering boarding your pets at Beacon Suites, give them a try. You will not be disappointed. I just picked up my happy, healthy & freshly groomed dogs after a 36-day stay at Beacon Suites. Although it is very difficult to leave your pets for such a long period of time, Trudy and Dominic did their very best to make the separation easy for our family. They took amazing care of my three dogs, giving them: love, walks and daily medicine. They answered my questions promptly and even stayed open late on a snowy evening so that we could visit our pets during their stay. I could not have hoped for a better experience.

Great place to leave your pup while away. Mason always seems fond of the keepers upon our return from vacation. He's a big (86lb.) bit sweet boy. They even have him a bath during this visit but probably won't be going that again (the groomer had a bath too...)

We cannot praise Trudy and Dominic enough.This was the first time we had boarded our babies (Teddy & Junie Bee) and we had to leave them for 2 weeks (family visit to England). Trudy and Dominic came highly recommended so we went with Beacon Suites. The facility is really impressive and very clean. We were concerned leaving them anywhere, what can I say, they are our babies. We are so glad we did leave them at Beacon Suites. Trudy took really good care of our little ones and we were kept up to date on how they were doing whenever we called. Now, we wouldn't take our babies anywhere else.

Our dogs, Haley (13) and Zeus (6) consider Beacon Suites their 2nd home and Trudy, Dominic and Alex as close family members. We have been extremely happy with the care Haley and Zeus have received there over the last three years, including some month-long visits. The facilities are very clean and have been upgraded/expanded several times over the last year or two. In addition to spacious/comfortable "bedrooms", the dogs enjoy walks and playtime. Would recommend it to anyone!!

This is definitely the best place in town! When we take our dog here we say she is going to "the spa" because it is so nice. We have been taking her here for three years and they give her wonderful care and attention. They take the dogs on long walks and administer any needed medications at no extra charge. The on-site groomer (Studio K9) is also very good and highly recommended.

Everyone is so nice, all the kids (some people may think of them as our pets/dogs - I think they are our kiddos)....all dogs are happy, playing, the facility is very clean.... Absolutely the BEST pet facility I have EVER had the pleasure of visiting and letting my sweet Zoey enjoy a vacation. We will be back!

I've been taking my dog here for over a year and he gets excited to see everyone.... He literally can't wait to get out of the car.... Lol. He has one on one attention... The price is comparable to other kennels but what he receives is much more. They also give him a bath if he is there for over 4 nights. This resort is highly recommended!
