My experience with Sure Kill in less than 48 hours!On Tuesday night around 10:30pm as I got into bed, I spotted the largest cockroach ever at the top corner of my bedroom. After screaming and vacuuming it off the wall, I settled myself long enough to google extermination companies. Sure Kill was the only choice based on their consistent positive reviews.I sent a request for service message and I want to say I went to bed but I couldn’t. By 9am the following morning, Lori called me from their office to find out what issues I experienced and to set up an appointment. She confirmed a 9am appointment for the following day. Note this was less than 12 hours after my initial request.At 851am today, Charles rang my doorbell and introduced himself as the exterminator who was here to help me. He walked through my house with me and listened to my issues and educated me (apparently it was a water-bug not a cockroach- even though they look the same to me). He was friendly and thorough and shared treatment plans with me. I agreed to it and he took his time and treated the exterior and interior of my home. I was seriously impressed that my issues were addressed within 36 hours of my email in such a careful way. I can tell Charles takes pride in his work and I am genuinely appreciative of his efforts.Today’s service was indicative of what Charles and Sure Kill’s team has been doing over the last year to earn all these positive reviews. Thank you for your help! I feel much more comfortable and assured that my home is bug free. I look forward to my next quarterly treatment.

I had a HORRIBLE problem with bugs in my two bathrooms; called Orkin who, after a lot of money and a whole year, never got rid of the pests--they just kept trying to sell me expensive things I didn't need. BUT THEN I had Sure Kill take a look and after JUST ONE treatment, the bugs are gone!!!!! I'm blown away. And the owner of this company is a really good man, I trust him to not do what Orkin did and try to sell me services I don't need. This company truly cares about their customers!!

I had an issue, like many do in this area, with a cockroach infestation. I wanted to get ahead of it and I did not want to hire the big corporations. I immediately liked and trusted Mike. He is immensely knowledgeable about his industry and one of the nicest guys. On top of all of that - he successfully eliminated every last cockroach.
