She did the most amazing job with my dogs. I think with them coming to my house it made me feel comfortable along with my 3 baby's.Thank god they didn't have to be locked in cages waiting for them to get groomed instead they played outside. The price was cheaper than most places IV been and the young lady was amazing! I will definitely be calling them again

Sam took great care of my sweet old lady, Dixie. I get apprehensive when it's time to take Dixie to the groomer because she can get very nervous in new settings (she had a very tough life before we adopted her from shelter life). Dixie was at ease the second Sam came to get her for her bath. You can tell, without a doubt, Sam's love for all animals. Aside from all of the important aspects of her care and concern for her furry clients, she's VERY responsive. I reached out to her yesterday to try to see if she had availability and she was at my house barely 24 hours later. I will definitely be a repeat client. I have nothing remotely negative to say, she's amazing.

Great if you don't care when they show up or aren't on a schedule. They are skilled and friendly, but usually it's hard to nail down an exact time slot so I'd recommend scheduling when you have flexibility. Communication could be vastly improved, but usually they can't reply because they're grooming. Although today I was scheduled for 6 and it's now 10:30 with no-show no call.

Very nice person and takes good care of my dog, but...Nearly impossible to reach except by text message. Never on time. Breaks appointments without notice. Constantly giving excuses. Today was the last straw. She had an appointment for 12ish. At 1PM I wrote her to make sure she was still coming (because she is notoriously unreliable). We had a short text exchange and she told me she was on her way at 1PM (30 min drive). At 3:30 I sent another text to determine her status and let her know I had errands to run today. Around 4:30 she wrote to tell me she never got my previous messages. The messages were sent through Apple iMessage with delivery confirmation, so I have difficulty believing her. Even if she did not get the messages, this is inexcusable. She missed the noon appointment and only does business by text. If she is not able to conduct reliable business by her own methods, I don't need this hassle.If you have time to waste, don't mind being stood up, and are okay with constant sketchy excuses, she might be a good groomer.

We love Sam(owner and groomer)that means Everything!I want to know and interact with the people who are spending time with my babies. She is such a sweet person with only nice things to say about my girls (pomeranian and poodle mix)and they are always perfectly cut and smell good .Sam(groomer)is heaven sent.

I contacted them on July 16th to arrange to have my dog groomed via the mobile pet spa. I confirmed the appointment with them the day before the set date. She told me that she would be at my house between 5-6. She had neither shown up nor called by 6:30. I text her to inquire as to why no one had shown up and got no reply. This is very disrespectful to customers! I had taken off work early. I also had told her that my dog was going to be in a brief Youtube commercial on Saturday, and that it was important he was groomed. Thanks to her negligence, I did not have time to find a new groomer, and was forced to groom my dog myself which does not look professional. Very disappointed in them! They have lost my business, and an opportunity to be mentioned on the Youtube commercial.

We love Sam at Wendi's Happy Tails!! She loves our little dog and does an awesome job of grooming hi him and bathing him. He loves going to see her. She always makes him cute and truly truly cares about my dog. I would totally recommend her!!! : )

I am done with them. They never ever return your calls. You can only reach them by leaving a message. It takes them a week or more to get back to you. They forgot my girls collar in the van once and I called within 5 min of leaving my house. They never called me back. I ran the into her at a store about a month later. She said that she did not have it. Never even returns my call. This is not a way to run a business. They aren't even that good. My dog had seizures so I have to have someone come to my house. Or take her to the Vet. Looks like I will have to have the Vet office do it for now own. I will never refer anybody to them.

I had an appt for today at 11. I text Wendy at around 8 to confirm the appt. I heard nothing until almost 1030, stating that they were on a two hour delay so the appointments would be too. No communication whatsoever. Had she text and let me know before hand I would have been completely fine with waiting. But to rearrange my whole day and then not say anything had I not reached out is super unprofessional. I had high hopes of this becoming a regular thing but I’ll have to find someone else.

Wendi and Sam have been grooming Ruthie foe several years.What makes these two so special is that they love animals and it really shows! They do a great job on Ruthie's cut.I would very much recommend these two ladies!

I have two cats who are brother and sister, and usually hate going to any kind of boarding. The staff was courteous, friendly, and clearly LOVES PETS. I can understand the compliants about phone calls not being returned, but they are clearly closed on Monday and Tuesday, so expecting a call back then is silly. Great staff, woudl like a bit better facilities, but overall the pets are cared for.

My dog mysteriously got loose here. Took over a week of flyers and door to door canvas to find him. He was in terrible condition by then resulting in us taking him to the vet spending 1000$ just to have him pass away because of his injuries being so severe. NOT ONCE did Wendy (whom we know personally) ask how the search was going or once he was found offer ANY sort of remorse or simple say "I'm sorry " this happened, NOT once!!! This place could care less about the safety of your animals. My dog was virtually killed because of their incompetence losing him. A few weeks later I stopped at a gas station and Wendy was at the pump next to mine, she turned her head faster than the exorcist and still offered no simpathy. For as I see it Wendy can go "duck" herself. I will never refer anyone to this place for the simple fact, I love my animals and if there is even a slight chance of no trust in someone to ensure their safety away from you or if they wouldnt simply offer an apology, I wouldnt trust them period to SIMPLY shave your animal.I don't need to be anonymousERIN REAVIS

My 6 month old Maltese went today . She is butchered in places. I will post pictures of her on Facebook and show you what this Groomer did . If I do not hear from Wendy by Tueday , I wiil take actions to get this resolved . Do not trust them with your pet if your pet is loved and Family .

Do your research!!! Pets have been lost, injured and they were shut down in 2010 from being able to board animals anymore!!! Check the Facebook ratings as well.
