Commenting on auto service center. Good deal on tires and oil change compare to dealership. $80 on V rated Good Year R16 tires. Cheaper than 2020 prices which help my spending. Kenneth was very friendly and seems like he is there everyday. Service is quick too. You can get an appointment ahead of time if you are busy.But, Walmart add on warranty without telling you so they charge you more. Remember to check for that.They just remodeled the store so shopping is very comfortable. Statesville crime is not very high therefore not everything is locked up like Huntersville

Would be amazing if you guys could have actually had the bathroom stall locks aligned when the remodel was happening. The woman's bathroom stalls are all messed up and barely lock. Also, glass in the nursing room is a big no no for parents who also have toddlers with them. Maybe add a changing area as well. The store in general is ok, but the workers seem miserable and God forbid you have to get baby formula. Have fun waiting for the rare person with the key to unlock it. We have waited 30+ minutes repeatedly pressing the button and asking another employees before. Very annoying.

I really enjoy this Walmart. It's been recently updated. The only thing I don't like is having to use the self checkout. A couple of times now, it's stopped letting me scan items and makes someone come over and fix it. One time, it stopped because it thought it didn't scan an item. It doesn't like being accused of stealing by a machine.

You can not get thru the isles because of employees filling pick up orders. They don't move and the employees are very rude. They act as if you are an inconvenience. I am willing to pay more anywhere else than go back.

Why even have people hired and working there if they 1. DO NOT SHOW UP when you press the help button or you have to wait a freaking hour for them to even acknowledge it. 2. They walk by the aisles on their phones to talk to other employees to keep on ignoring customers.The people who are hired at this Walmart are so unbelievably unreliable, they might as well make this place all AI. I would be able to actually get out of this place in a reasonable time and actually reasonable conversation than with these workers.

How do call a business that is open 7am to 11 pm and ………NO one answers the phone? I have been calling the Vision center for 4 days…… same recording and no one ever picks up! And why no one at the Customer service answering either! I give that yall be busy but come on?

It's okay, every time they do a story re-set you can't find anything as easy. I have noticed the selection in automotive and Hardware has lessened, humm..... Watch out for the human robots pushing the little blue carts buying stuff for those who will not come into the store. They will turn a corner and run right out in front of you and not even look. Yeah... I've read the reviews this does happen. It's like shopping in a warehouse.

Placed an online order for 7pm pickup. Pickup time got delayed by the store until 7:45 pm. I waited in the parking lot for an hour and my order was never brought out. Tried calling every single extension in that store, and nobody..I mean NOBODY answered the phone!! Finally canceled the order and left! This Walmart is absolutely terrible!!! They should give people free groceries considering how dysfunctional this place is!!

I ordered a cake 3 days in advance for my daughter's 16 bday. Your online sight states a 2 day notice is required. I scheduled a pick up time for 7:45 pm the day before I needed the cake. I received a email saying it was ready for pickup. Immediately followed by another email notifying me my order for the cake cant be filled. But I could still pick up the rest of my order( sprinkles) . The cake was a plain simple clean cake with no decorations. Why would I want sprinkles when I have no cake. I should have ordered from somewhere else. Thanks for making me scramble at the last minute and pay for something I didn't really want just so my kid would have a cake. Had you told me 3 days a go , I could of picked something else or ordered elsewhere.

Just "remodeled" and is 99% self check out.. they always try to stop you by the door to make sure you checked everything out... I refuse to stop, and always will. I was not trained on your machines and do it to the best of my ability.. if you don't like that, hire people to check us out..

WOW!!! Sorry to say, but I have to agree with the majority of the customers here!! We've lived here in Statesville for 28 years, and I would have to say that in the last 10 to 15 years this Walmart has been going down hill real fast!! There is never any employees to be found, I am always needing something off the top shelf and I have to climb the shelves to get it, it's pathetic that I can't get an employee to help, but there is always a nice, helpful customer that will stop and help!!! God forgive you if you bother an employee, they are never smiling or pleasant, but they sure do have a good time hanging out with other employees instead of working!! I bet they have the highest stealing rate, by letting customers check out their own stuff!!! Now Walmart makes you feel like you are shopping on a freeway, with this employees shopping for customers while they wait in their cars, these employees with their large blue carts always racing around cutting me off, blocking the way, they must be on a time limit!!! Maybe that's where all the employees are!!! They need to go back to 24 hours, when they did their stocking and cleaning, then the store would be ready for the customer the next day!! But Walmart has become nothing but a money hungry machine!! It would be nice to know if Walmart reads these comments, but I bet they don't!!!! If I was a store owner I sure is heck would!!!

**I hate leaving bad reviews!**I'd much rather selectively omit the bad experiences from my profile and keep it positive, but this shopping trip brought to light a perceived attitude amongst the staff that really needs to be addressed.I personally witnessed two separate incidents where the staff looked right at a customer, the customer began to ask a question and the employee turned and walked off! Not in a "let me go find that for you" kind of way, but more like "I just don't have time for this" kind of way. In both incidents the employee left a shopper who clearly needed help (and they both even asked nicely) to simply fend for themselves.When you add this type of customer treatment to the fact that most all of the check-out lanes have been converted to self-check, it becomes abundantly clear that Walmart no longer cares about the customer, only their own bottom line.Further, I believe that they either mistreat and/or underpay their own staff to the point that they cannot keep decent folks on staff there. Very sad for all involved.

I placed a online order for delivery time 8p to 9p. At 9 30 I received a text stating that it will be a two hr delay...mind you they close at 10p. So I called and the guy said if I can make it there before 10. Than I can receive my order. My husband made it there, called him and I called. He spoke to the both of us and said he was bringing it out. My husband stated that they did not give him the order and that they will deliver it first thing in the morning. I called in the morning because on my app it said that my order was complete....how when I don't have my items?. The lady said that it was nothing she could do although my items were still in her presents. She to me to call customer service. No one can tell me what happened. I shop at this store ALOT. I am very disappointed and really needed those items, I am sick. Now I have to wait until the money comes back to my can in 7 to 10 days to get the things I need. Hopefully I'm not in the hospital by than.

Bought a car battery (H7) and realized it was the wrong size for my car (needed H8 AGM). They tried to tell me as soon as the terminals touch the battery I cannot refund it, and will only be able to warranty it. Their policy is that they can return batteries within 15 days, and then it can only be warrantied. NEVER buying a battery from Walmart again (the old WALMART one died within 2.5 years anyway). Costco is much better and all their batteries have a 4 YEAR WARRANTY! (And their customer service actually know what they're doing!!!).

TERRIBLE service! This is the second time in a week they have failed on my pick up order! Earlier in the week, they canceled my order with no explanation. I went inside and found the items. Today, I was supposed to pick up between 2 & 3. They messaged at 2 to say my order was delayed. At 3 I was messaged to say ot was ready. When I arrived, I checked in immediately. After a 30 minute wait, the app said I needed to check in! So, I checked in AGAIN. I am now late for work and my order has still not been delivered. I'm going tovwork and will be back later tonight. Never using this 'service' at this location again. This is ridiculous.

I absolutely love my hometown Walmart it's been a part of my life for my entire lifetime!!! Not every day and every experience is perfect anywhere you shop we are humans we have different emotions different experiences each day but overall I give my hometown Walmart five stars

Not a bad area, but the store itself is "ghetto". Parking lot had trash, clothing, random vehicles parked haphazardly. Entry doors were poorly organized. Store layout was unlike other stores and was difficult finding departments. Shelves unstocked all over the place. Seems completely unorganized. Didn't see any items laying around, so they're keeping up and being tidy, but the overall atmosphere is well below expectations.

Picked up groceries today Dray was most pleasant young man. And with the most outstanding job putting cold items into my insulated bags and other items into my containers. Great work.

never has enough ride on carts! had 2...the attendant chased us around wanting to know if we were done with the carts..I had to park a few mins to charge my phone a little bc my grocery list was on it..n then she asked again..n I had given my cart to a lady in the store that obviously needed a cart(my foot is broken..why I was on one)but the attendant was confrontational..I told her we were customers too..n walmart should pay for more carts.....rude..

The inside has changed. Flooring is all cement, and they have new carts with handles a bit too high for shorter people. Bread is in the same aisle as the peanut butter and jellies. Lots of self checkout areas with someone there to guide you to an open register.
