If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This dealer goes above and beyond. Allen our salesman, Rob in finance and the girls helping us with our shopping spree were so awesome. They all made our life long dream of owning our first Harley come true. Was a great experience and have nothing but good things to say about Tilley Harley Davidson. Thank you all.

Go to blue ridge or crossroads. Just to say the sales guy Sam is great. I felt insulted and made to feel like I was dumb with the numbers that were shown to me. Price was off completely with the options I was given. And when I got disgusted and walked out. The salesman made sure to tell me how sorry he was for his bosses actions. The sales manager Jonathan has zero customer service skills and no knowledge whatsoever about sales. I feel so sorry for any fit specialist that has to work without making any money under him.

I bought my first Harley Davidson motorcycle in September of 2021, a 2014 Road King. My wife and I had a great experience buying it from Justin. He is a great salesman that takes care of his customers. Laid back, not pushy at all. He let me and my wife take our time and look at multiple Road Kings before making a decision on one. We've been back a couple of times since I bought my Road King and he always says hello to me and my wife and asks us about our Road King. The parts department is knowledgeable and helpful and if they don't have what I need in stock they are happy to order it. Highly recommend Tilley Harley Davidson and Justin. They have a customer for life as I'll be back to buy more Harley's in the future

I like coming here whether it would be for parts or gear. It's always friendly and clean. The events are a great time and the free hot dogs reminds me of how all the harley dealers used to be. (Don't forget to tip)They're kid friendly too which makes it a fun stop for the family.

This is one of the nicest Harley Davidson showrooms I have visited. Good selection of bikes and apparel and they still had some bling stickers. Win for me!

Went there to get parts but on the way the check engine light came on a long with the battery light. Made it there got the parts I told them that I wasn't going to make it home and ask if they could fix my bike. They was short on mechanics that day but they made it work and fixed my bike for me and also found other problems with it like the motor mount was shot. They are a great bunch of people there and they try their best to do what they can for you. You will not be disappointed if you do business with them. Go check it out even if you don't have a bike or need parts because they have T-shirts, pocketbooks, jewelry, boots, all types of stuff.

Had our bike serviced back in May and when we got it back we noticed a hole had been poked in our back seat and instead of us being told that it happened it looks like they just tried to repair it with super glue and we’ve been told that we would get a replacement Seat for it we have still yet to get one and we call to check but everytime we call we get told it’s not there and someone will call us when it comes in yet we have still yet to get a call and everytime we call now nobody answers or the guy is magically on break it’s now January of 2024 this was back in may of 2023 it’s starting to get out of hand and I thought they’d have better customer service than this but obviously that would be wrong since we can’t even get anyone to tell us anything or they are always shutting us out.

Just took a ride to see what all the hype was all about at Tilley's Harley Davidson. Very nice big store with plenty of Harly jewelry, gear, T shirts. Very friendly customer service but not over whelming hounding you type of service. I recommend taking a ride to Statesville and check it out

Very welcoming,Friendly, and helpful staff! A joy to visit. Ladies up front offered to take my jacket, helmet,gloves, and glasses up front as I browsed the store. Nice assortment of clothes and accessories. Non pushy sales people. Refreshing HD dealership where everyone seemed so Polite, professional, and courteous. A year ago I was coming home from the mountains and the neutral switch started spewing transmission fluid, these great folks pulled my bike in the back door and put a fan on the motor to cool it down so I (get that I ) could repair it. Yes they were close to closing on a Saturday and they helped me repair my bike so it could get back home to the coast. Great people to deal with and vary helpful. They offered all this while I purchased the parts to repair it while other family members shopped for Harley merchandise.

Happened to stop after seeing the dealership from the highway on our drive home to Maine! SO glad we stopped for a poker chip. By far the best dealership we stopped at on our entire drive. We were immediately greeted by not 1, but 2 employees. The merchandise floor was well stocked and organized. Very impressive!

I recently visited the dealership on my way home to Michigan from South Carolina. When I walked through the front door, I was warmly greeted by not one but 3 different staff members who made me feel unbelievably welcomed. As it turns out I was just looking to pick up a dealership Harley-Davidson poker chip which I did. If I was local to the area, I would love to make this my home dealership. They also had a great selection of new and used bikes in the showroom. Stop in and see these people I'm confident they will help you find what you're looking for, and they'll do it with a smile on their face.

I had the pleasure of taking a Street Glide for a test, thanks to Mitch Harris who made the experience effortless, unlike car dealerships where they make you sign off your kidney to test drive their Honda. My wife, son and I were on vacation in South Carolina, planning on returning home on a Monday. We noticed the Tilley HD sign by the highway and figured we'd stop in on Monday, on the way home. I called on Sunday to find out they were closed on Mondays. My wife and I paid $150 for another nights stay just so we could stop by Tilley HD on the way home and WOW...are we glad we did! The lot was huge, clean and had plenty of parking. The inside was spotless with everything in its spot and/or folded. We were immediately greeting by a sweet lady up front that really made us feel welcome. I had the blessing, honor and pleasure of meeting a young lady in motorclothes named Kaysea. All of us immediately fell in love with her! She treated us like we were part of the family. She was attentive to us, helped us in any way we needed and provided incredible conversation and hospitality. I used to teach customer service classes in a previous life, so I know what I'm talking about. Miss Kaysea was textbook perfect in every way! I truly could not find anything wrong with her service...and believe me, I tried. :) If she wasn't so far away, I'd love to hire her for our office. I even got to speak with the motorclothes manager (I cant remember her name-I'm old!) and she was equally as impressive-what a sweetheart! Got to even speak to the owner. He was a super great guy who loved his store AND his employees. When you get an owner that loves and cares about his store and employees like that...it's catching and EVERYONE in the shop will have that attitude. I have been to MANY HD dealerships on the Eastern half of the country...Tilley sets the standard, folks, I mean it! They are definitely our favorite. Go see Tilley FIRST, go see Tilley LAST...I don't care...JUST GO SEE THEM! Find out for yourself why they are the Tom Brady of HD dealerships!

I would not recommend Tilleys for engine work! I took my bike in for a noise. After having it for four months it still wasn’t fixed! They changed some parts, it didn’t remedy the issue! Claimed to check everything out and found no issues! They added an oils additive. After getting my bike back I drove it a couple hundred miles and the engine noise got worse! I took it to another dealer. The found the issue in half a day! The cam , lifter and push rod was defective! Tilleys would not answer the phone, return phone calls . I even called the owner, which got my call returned finally! However we paid almost 1200 dollars for nothing! So I don’t recommend Tilleys for repairs!
