I really think there is some product knowledge lacking in the lawn and garden power equipment area of the store. Absolutely no salesmanship demonstrated by the guy working. I made a purchase but only because it was Easter Sunday and Lowes was closed. Not 100% satisfied, may return my selection.

These is a prime example of the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. It has been a nightmare trying to get the 6 LG appliances we ordered. One appliance was back ordered so they held ALL the appliances. Mark, the evening manager was not eager to help. After numerous phone calls, we thought it was worked out. 5 appliances were to be available on 2/13/24. The other on 3/2/24. When I called today, I was told they were ALL for delivery on 3/2/24. We are moving to a new home on the 22nd of February. All I can say, rethink before buying appliances from there. They have a great sales pitch but that's about it!

Was greeted by a very knowledgeable young man (his name was Deonte Lane and he should be a member of the management team he was very helpful) and dealing with him I will definitely go back to this store, even though it is twice as far from my house as their competitor's store

We don't often come here, but we decided to stop by since we were out in Statesville and look around for Christmas ideas. The amount of stock was exceptional and so was the customer service.... The young kid by the Christmas Tree area was so attentive and polite and treated us like he knew us, we ended up buying a fresh 8 ft tree, and also a big standing tool box, the guys jumped on helping us get it, load it and we're super nice and friendly. Literally every employee we seen smiled and asked us if we needed help! We will now come to this location instead of others !!

Had so many I mean numerous bad adventures here I go to Lowes hardware who treats me like a king I go there every day thier staff is wonderful helpful if they can't get they find it Fer me thier tools I bought spent 5000 dollars for a warranty that they will not honor I do this for a living I use the old guns the old drills complete waste of money for what I do think about it Lowes of Statesville fixes everything awesome roll across the road ask for Scott Brandy service with a smile

There was several employees on their phones or just talking to each other. Very difficult finding someone to assist. The lumber cutting machine was out of order too.

Shelia assistant store manager might be the worst customer service person ever. When asked about a product that had been there for months she lied and said it was new. Then she talked down to us and was very rude and disrespectful. I hope to hear from someone at Home Depot cause this is unreal. We only wanted ask about it’s damaged condition and if there would be any help on it. She refused to either fix or help other than to treat us like it was a total waste of time to even speak with us after we waited over 20 mins for anyone to even help at all. I know retail is hard but it take zero extra effort to be nice. This place need a change and a change fast.

Home improvement stores are always excellent places to get equipment for aquaculture.In this case, Home Depot had these huge reinforced tubs for cheap. Now I have a couple monster grow out tanks.

Home Depot has always been my favorite place to shop.This store in Statesville, NC, has friendly, helpful employees. I did not feel harassed by constantly being asked if I needed help, nor did I have to go more than an aisle to find an employee when I did need assistance.The newly revamped Aisle system works very well. On this shopping trip, I intentionally typed the item I wanted into the app, and then went straight to not just the aisle, but also to the bay it is located in. Couldn't have been any easier!!My hat is off to whomever developed that system!!While I still enjoy 'just wandering the aisles,' when time is a factor, I can shop quickly, checking off each item on my list very efficiently.

This store is a terrible place to purchase appliances . I have purchased from them several times Every time has been a huge disappointment. After speaking with management on each occasion, It's thing they can tell me is that that their policies are not very good and that they are sorry.

Customer service was terrible. The only man in the appliance department ignored me for another man who walked up when tho I had been waiting to look at a refrigerator for 15 minutes. Then we he finally begrudgingly helps me he doesn't even listen to what I'm asking him just points me to a refrigerator NOTHING like the one I'm asking about. Then we could find no one in lumber to help us at all. We left and went to Lowes and bought myself a new washer and dryer and refrigerator. I guess home depot doesn't need my money.

I wish you guys would put one in Elkin NC and Elkin can push Lowe’s hardware out of here. You all know how to make someone feel welcome and your store is very organized and clean. I always love coming here, just wish I had this store closer to home.

Just want to say thank you to Ray Riden in the kitchen and bath department. My husband and I have been in few times to get help with plans on a kitchen design. What an amazing personality and very knowledgeable.Thank you so much for all your help it is greatly appreciated. What a great employee. Also have to say everyone that we have ran into at the store was very accommodating. So hard to find great customer service. Have to say we have had great experience all the times we have been in. Best buy of 2022 electric fireplace logs are freaking awesome and can use with or without heat looks like a real fire and will heat up to 400 ft good deal for a nice look in our fireplace easy to get set up with a remote!! It's going to fit great!!

Addendum: my last review I went on and on about how great it was there . Hold up on that statement . I went to see if possibly the impact I ordered and paid for was there and had I missed a call possibly . When I got there I got perplexed looks and I knew I was in trouble . Long story short , there was no tool coming nor any thing coming anytime soon . So the woman helping me said that there was 11 of said tool at the Statesville store . Well I drive way past my exit to get to Statesville and guess what ? None available see associate . The associate tells me there aren’t any here in the store and had he Huntersville read carefully it states there are 11 available to ship to store . Thank you for a complete waste of time !!!!!! Are you kidding me Home Depot

Just wanted to say I appreciate Lucas for cutting some wood for me even though his shift was over at 4pm. If I had known I honestly wouldn't have asked but he deserves a raise. I literally asked several people to help cut wood but everyone kept pointing to another person because they claimed to not know how.While Lucas was cutting, everyone I asked walked by to look and I just think they should have taken the opportunity to watch and learn. Lucas got several boards cut in just about 10 minutes or less.

Young CSR Manager Eva, you have the personality of a paint stick anytime I come in. If a customer asks for a manager they want to speak to someone managing the store ABOVE you. Thank you Jill for showing up unexpectedly and taking excellent care of me. I will change my review to five stars after the proper people see what concerns me not just for myself of but for other customers who get Eva’s same responses. Although my online order Swiffer Vac email said it was in the store on Fri Dec 17, why didn’t that email arrive to me until Monday, Dec 27? I have a pretty good idea it has something to with the front counter manager mentioned above.

I recently saw a position open for lot associate in the Statesville NC store. I did the online application. I then called the store manager to let him know that I was very interested in the position. He informed me that the stores don't have anything to do with hiring. He stated that I would receive an email from corporate if I am considered. The position I applied for is for lot associate. But I received an email offering me a part time position for overnight garden center 4 hours per day. I've been a long time customer of Home Depot and thought that they would be a great company to work for. Evidently I was wrong. And maybe it would be better for me to take my business elsewhere. Ray in kitchen and bath is a friendly, professional and helpful associate. He went above and beyond. We were a bit overwhelmed looking for a shower kit Ray asked us if we needed help and stayed with us through the whole process. He priced items for us printed pages to see what the product would look like. All around great experience and great associate. Please recognize Ray for all his hard work and service he does for the Home Depot. Thank you.

Great people and have most of what you need to get your job done! The 3 star score is based on Home Depot still hasn’t implemented the tap to pay and Apple Pay by phone system. Not sure why, bc their competition has adopted it, and tap to pay is my main way of paying.

Domt bother ordering anything online there is no quality control and apparently that's the customers fault...
