This is probably the friendliest Starbucks that I have ever been to. My husband ordered just coffee and had his to go mug. They rinsed it out, then filled it with hot water to heat the thermos while taking my order so his cup would be hot. It was only 50 cents for a refill. More than one employee told us to have a good day and thanked us for coming. Again, the friendliest Starbucks we have ever been to.

I had the chance to try a mint Java chip, and omg! It tastes like mint chip ice cream... I loved it so much! My daughter got to try her first cake pop and was not disappointed! Had to make a stop for some coffee the other week on our way up to Virginia to visit family. Staff at this location was the most friendliest I've ever encountered. Great job and it was a wonderful experience all around. Thank you for everything and the coffee wasn't bad either. My mother n law loves the pink drink with almond milk.

As a Starbucks person EVERY DAY I am very disappointed with this place!!! The lobby is open at 7AM and won't allow you to walk up to the window, there are 4 people in the building sapoably working??? Why can't the lobby be open when the building opens??? I might understand if they where short staffing but no excuses for today other than being lassie!!! I am going to boycott Starbucks for a year +++.

I go here about 2 or more times a week and have been for years. Today my drink had something weird floating in the bottom and so I went back and asked nicely if they would mind remaking it. The lady on the speaker was very nice but the manager (I'm assuming) came to the window and said "I helped you with a problem before" I was confused bc I've never taken a drink back in my life this was literally my first time in all these years of going. So I said "huh?" And she said "yeah you're the peppermint mocha girl right?" And I said "no my drink is a shaken espresso" she says "I know but you usually get a peppermint mocha" I said "no that's not me" she said "yeah Turnersburg hwy store does that not sound familiar to you?" But she was saying it in a tone like I remember you and you were rude or something it wasn't like a nice tone at all. I am so confused bc I've never ordered a peppermint mocha I literally hate peppermint and mocha and I only go to this location or the mooresville location. Anyway it just rubbed me wrong. If someone was rude to you you better make sure you remember what they look like and don't assume someone else is them especially if you're not sure. It makes me want to avoid this location now.

Nice employee's, good coffee, and a great space to hang out with friends. Would not recommend the food though because it's all frozen and tastes the same as something you could pick up at a 7-11.

I normally give Starbucks good reviews but not today— not the one at the Statesville Broad Street exit off 77.Store # 9363-94798Today’s cappuccino was probably the worst one I’ve ever had. It was just plain awful. The server wasn’t hitting on much either. He talked barely above a whisper, he didn’t say thank you, he didn’t give me a sleeve for my coffee, and was just next to being rude. I’ve stopped there many times traveling up and down 77 and have always had good service in the past, but not this time.

My sister and I met here to plan some things and she ordered a venti drink. The barista with short dark hair and glasses made her a tall then rudely told my sister it was the same as venti just less ice. So when she said she paid for a venti and wants that the barista simply poured into an egregiously iced venti cup and handed it back. I spoke to manager about why we would pay for venti if it is indeed the same amount of drink as a tall. No real answer and lots of word vomit but interesting to know that’s how Starbucks operates. Guess we should spread the word that talls and no ice are the way to order now. Lol. Whoops.

This is our goto Starbucks when traveling up the i77. Easy on/off access. Staff is always very helpful. They have a drive thru, but we always go in for a short break.

I will say, the do provide consistency. My coffee consistently tastes burnt, every day. I consistently pay for cold foam and don't get it. I consistently add sweetener and am told that they "ran out" so chose not to put any in at all.

I'm the lady in the orange subaru that comes for the same thing every week; iced Chai tea and a chocolate croissant. The staff is always so friendly and get my order perfect every time. Once, my card was declined and they told me not to worry about it even when I was prepared to pay twice the normal price the next time to make up for it. Great store! Will be coming here for a long time to come!

I don’t know if there is a different barista during the week vs the weekends or what, but every time I’ve ordered recently my drinks are just not the same as they used to be. I like my drinks sweet but not super sugary. Recently, my drinks have been so bitter and gross. I don’t understand, please bring back the barista that was there around September 💔

The staff is very welcoming and the place is LBGT friendly. The coffee tastes ok but it's never hot enough for me. I've asked them a couple of times if they could heat it up a little more before they serve it, but they said no. Also, I gave them my middle name which is Johann for my order, but the girl didn't know how to spell that, and when they brought out my order she yelled out "JoAnn". Oh well.

I appreciate and feel for the people who are working on Christmas, but respect that your patrons chose to spend their time and money at YOUR BUSINESS! When you somehow run out of something like ice (smh) be respectful of your patrons and put out a sign stating that. Your drive thru is situated so that once you are in linethere is no way out except to wait, so an hour waiting in line for literally nothing at any time is horrible,.

I'm not usually a 5 star kind of gal because I am a true critic who can find something to complain about in anything (my favorite curse), but this place seriously has its work cut out for it. Their employees are always super friendly, helpful, and very intuitive. They dont just want to serve me coffee, they want to make sure I enjoy what they give me. Their coffee is always amazing and they offer such healthy alternatives unlike certain coffee places. Price is a little more than regular coffee places, but for the convenience, the quality, and the service? It's worth the extra dollar.
