The second shift manager has no respect for the customer they have a disrespectful rude attitude, I called to ask if they had a product available and whatever her name was she acted as if I was being a problem simply because I asked if they had a product available I understand they may be short-staffed at this location but that individual should never be allowed to deal with the public I called another location and that manager was absolutely wonderful he took the time to look to see if what I asked for was available and he was respectful honest and kind The manager of this location though needs to remove the ghetto from her attitude when she is dealing with customers she is too ghetto and too rude to people she needs to be fired

I love Sheetz!!!! The food,gas and clean restrooms Easy on and off the interstate. One thing you can count on from the Sheetz chain is consistency!! No matter what store you go to, the foods always good, and you know what to expect, inside the store and the restrooms are always clean!!!!

1 star because I had to.Ordered at 2:59 left at 3:25 with a soggy pork quesadilla that reaked and tasted of nothing but vinegar,And a side of sour cream that was either spoiled or melted?They must have made the drinks first so they melted before they even made it to my hands.On top of all of it... Sheetz put a $175 hold on my card for $20 worth of gas.My food and my experience were both foul.

For those of us that frequently get gas at Sheetz, please keep windshield wash buckets with product. Always dry. LOVES isn't. I guess that's where you want my fleet to gas up. A broom wouldn't hurt, nasty places

Make sure to check your bank statements if you shop here. I had an issue at self checkout where I was 8 cent short on my debit card so I went to the register to pay. The “flex supervisor” unhooked the machine and assured me that my payment didn’t go through but it was in fact posted to my account. I called sheetz corporate and they claimed they didn’t see the charge so I sent them a screenshot of my bank account showing it was charged. They refunded the money then IMMEDIATELY drew it back out. When I called back to let them know the very rude lady said that they refunded it and it was out of their hands at this point. I offered to send ANOTHER screenshot of where they took the refund back out and she said no, it was out of their hands that they sent the refund so it has to be a “bank issue”. Watch out people, they will steal your money.

Ordered food from Sheetz, waited 30 minutes to find our they gave my food away to someone, 20 minutes had to wait on the top because STEPHANIE supervisor was really rude that I was asking about my order. All together, I had to wait 50 minutes for my order. At least I wish they weren't rude about it.

The staff can never seem to get your order right. I bought a tea and it was old. One lady really doesn't like African Americans she constantly on different occasions looked at me like I stole something even tho I'm a sheetz freak on the app. Unprofessional! I prefer the sheetz in Troutman

Best place to change a baby’s diaper for a woman! The wheelchair-accessible stall in the women’s bathroom has a changing station with a trash can conveniently right next to it plus a wall chair next to the toilet.

If I could rate ZERO stars I would. The two girls in the cooking section were too busy talking badly about customers and going into the back repeatedly to chit chat while several tickets went un-noticed. I do Mobile pick up from this location at least 3 times a week and now because of the poor service tonight along with poor attitudes I will no longer be using this as my location. I waited 35 minute for milkshakes and when I spoke up only to be told they were were done, but they had forgot about them. What I received was chocolate milk and when I explained the situation and asked for a refund I was denied and given melted milkshakes. The one girl raised her voice and asked me “If had a problem?!” I said back “Absolutely, these are 35 mins late and melted.)I was then told that when you do an online order they are gonna be melted and when I expressed this is the first time of this happening out of my many pickups and I let me remind you I do mobile orders consistently through out the week she then smarted off, turned her back to me and walked away. The milkshake were water with huge chunks of ice mixed in. Here’s the kicker, the people in front of me complained about the same exact thing and they gave him attitude as well. So I was not the only unhappy customer tonight and I plan on getting in touch with corporate tomorrow. Hire people who want to do their jobs, not sit around taking about customers and ignoring their tickets. Do better.

My family travels frequently. Through experience, Sheetz has proven to be a reliable stop for clean stores, a wide variety of snacks and drinks, and most importantly, clean bathrooms UNTIL today. We stopped for gas, drinks, and restrooms (like always). This location seemed to be smaller than other locations, no big deal! Immediately walking in and the floors are atrocious! There are random papers, tissues, drips of unknown substances all over the floors from the door to the bathroom. There is scent of rotting meat. I have already decided we will not purchase any food. When I went into the bathroom the floors, again, were covered with bits of paper. There were two trashcans which were both overflowing with trash. Trash surrounded the bottom of one trashcan while the can under the sink was overflowing on the counter! This store's floors were so visibly NASTY, when I returned to my car, I sanitized the bottoms of my shoes! This store needs to be cleaned, immediately!

Very good sheetz, usually pretty clean and convenient with good prices and service. All the night shift workers past midnight are super nice, particularly an older lady and dude with shoulder length black hair always make it a great experience! Also the older man on the day shift always nice and funny. Love going here nightly for all my snack needs.

Dirtiest Sheetz I have ever seen in my life! Parking lot was full of litter, store floor looked like it had never been mopped, ladies restroom had no toilet paper and trashcan filled to the brim, no paper towels in the men’s restroom. I can’t imagine ordering food from this place.

Took a hour and a half to make one sub, one pizza (they didn't even cut), a pretzel, and 2 cups of fries. They called numbers out of order. They are usually good at fairly quick service but definitely not today. One cook kept talking about the customers where everyone can hear her. Another had attitude. The only people nice about the situation was the guy at the cash register and the manager.

Sheetz was a good place to go for food and being consistent but a little white boy named Josh didn't think I paid for my online order and my food was completely cold and and the white manger lied said she been here for 5 years which is a lil I have recipes and never seen her. Will definitely be my last I guess I didn't the race requirement. I have recently purchased a house in Statesville and this is the welcome for a teenage boy

Every morning I stopped here on my way to work and it seems no matter what I go in for they're going to be out of something I came back for lunch and was looking forward to getting a fountain drink and of course they were out of large cups and the medium cups and all they had was a small this place just gets nastier each time I come here I am sitting out here in the parking lot looking around and the amount of trash and overflowing trash cans tells me alot about this location and what really ticks me off is that they are out of bags of ice each and every time I go to get a bag of ice there are out I don't know it's just par for the course here, I won't stop going to Sheetz because all in all most of them are in great shape and well-stocked and this one I'm sure is very very busy but why is it every time I go in to get something they're out of it it just gets frustrating just seems like no one cares here.

I always go to Sheetz no matter where I'm at because the customer service is second to none they have plenty of open fuel tanks they have free air for your tires which is unusual, but they have a great selection of everything their food and drinks are delicious, I would definitely recommend to a friend

I wanted to get a bag of gummies. I saw the price was 1.99 a 4 oz bag. I went to pay and it rang up 2.49. When I told them they need to check prices on the product they ignored me. I told them I don't want it. The girl wouldn't even go look at the price difference. The store is out of a lot of stuff. It's getting bad to come to sheetz now here in Statesville NC. Sometimes they are in such a hurry to ring you up and get you out,, they don't ask if you have a sheetz card so you can collect your points. I forget things and I depend on my points. I've been with sheetz for years. I noticed it's the younger kids at the register not attentive. I'm dissappointed in them.

Food was disappointing. The jalapeno poppers were really good, but my burger was cold, and the order of fries was tiny like a McD's kids meal fries ... plus there was no toy ☹️. I won't be going there again for food.

I grew up eating at Sheetz, so was excited to see this option driving through the area... only to be majorly disappointed in the food we received - mostly because my husband and I ordered Meltz, and they were not melted or even WARM, at all. This was important because it’s what we ordered - but especially to me because I am pregnant and need my lunchmeat warmed up... hence why I ordered a Melt! Paying over $5 for a sandwich is worth it whenever you get what you order. Usually we love Sheetz food - will not stop here again.

Ordered food and got it at about 2:50ish and went to eat my bratwurst and it was burnt on each end of it to the point I could barely bite it and when you went into bite it, it was soggy and disgusting. The. They forgot my cheeses sticks as well so I went into the store and told a clerk. They handed me it without and bag and from the back of the store not the kitchen without gloves as well. This is the worst experience I have had ever out of all the sheetz I have been too!
