From an outsider looking in, this location made me sad because I know Corporate didn't invest this much into a location to have it be represented like this. Bathroom dirty and missing soap, frosty machines running with failures or empty. Sticky everywhere, didn't seem appetizing to me. Trash outside near the drive-in and not picked up. If the staff will not clean, I bet there is a local cleaning service that will do it for less money than an employee that doesn't want to do it. I only wish the store would do better for itself and others. Merchandizing is key and this store needs to have shelves restocked properly. Update: I just did get a great cup of coffee and one of the staff was very friendly and wished me a good morning and felt that he actually meant it. The bathroom was in worse condition and was out of toilet paper. So many customers must be a pia for that staff not want to execute. I wanted to grab a broom for them, would have taken me 5 minutes to do a quick cleaning and to remove the trash

This is the ONLY Sheetz that I have been to that stays consistent and their staff is very friendly. Every time I come through here it's the same good service. I usually order the same thing every time I come through. I'll order nachos that are loaded with toppings. The person that made my nachos tonight, wanted me to be happy with the nachos. It may not seem like a big deal to some. But to me it's really the thought that this person put into the presentation of these nachos that makes me feel like I have not lost all hope LOL and I'm going to put a picture just because OMG!!! YOU DID A MARVELOUS JOB WHOEVER YOU ARE! Also the window staff tonight was really nice. She didn't catch an attitude when I had extra requests she just made sure that my taco sauce was in the bag. I just want to say thank you. Because everywhere I go it seems like there's always something. But consistency is key and that's where you guys are winning!

Gas price was on the higher end. $3.45Cashier was nice. Store was crowded and bathrooms were dirty.Coffee selection was watery and they dont offer any milk. Only creamers.

This store is terrible. I've stopped here for a week now and the drinks are never stocked the fountain drinks are out no cups ice every where . Trash cans the lot running over . People living in their cars in the parking lot and no one seems to care. Nasty trashy store . I can't believe sheets puts up with this

Came to buy cigarettes, they gave me a pack of what I wanted and a pack of 100s, I didn't notice till I got home. The next day I went back and they said no it's yours once yoy walk out. Ok well give me 2 packs of X, she grabs 2 packs and rings me up. Well those where wrong and when I tried to tell her, the little girl jumped down my throat saying I should've said X and not X. Well, what she told me I should say was what I said..... that's pretty sad they mess up 2 days in a row and yell and smart off at me like I'm the problem she doesn't know how to do her job

Absolutely love this store, it's one of few that's open 24/7 around Statesville and that has good food u can grab as well as any convenient stuff you may need. Decent prices on most things, clean store and restrooms, free WiFi, easy to get too.

Sheetz has lost it's mind and common decency. 4 stations within a few yards of each other. Gas prices $3.27 at 7/11 Shell $3.39 Citgo $3.39 and Sheetz $3.77 WTH

My husband and I waited for 30-45 minutes for 2 milkshakes to be made and for the girls hair to barely be pulled back and didn’t change gloves in between.

The sanitation score for the Sheetz on Exit 42 is 100%. All of the staff is always very friendly. Today since zi miss WaWa's (having been stationed in Norfolk, I fell in love with it) and decided to give their food a try since I already stopped for fuel anyways. A nice surprise for sure, this will be my new place now!

Great Sheetz location as usual cheap gas, Clean Facility. Great selection of snacks, drinks, beer. The deli option are plentiful. Sheetz fries are the best. The staff I'm my experience is helpful, faast, and make deli orders quickly and accurately

Horrible customer Service. My husband and I placed our order 8/30/23 at 8:30pm, we ordered two milkshakes, a sub, curly fries, and Mac n cheese bites. Anywho the girl working behind the counter called our number so we walked over and it was 4 drinks. I told her we only got the 2 and she was like you're 188 right? I stated yes and again told her we only had 2 drinks. Asked where are food was when Another customer came around the corner mad cause her order disappeared and the lady behind the counter had the nerve to say these people are confusing me they don't even know they're own damn orders. Come to find out the extra two drinks belonged to the upset customer and our order wasn't completely done. Did not receive an apology nothing for her being rude towards me when I told her from the start the order was wrong.

Normally I have no issues at this location normally have very nice people when I come here. I went into my local sheets today I always go here for the icees and cups of ice normally I am able to get my first cup of ice free today I was told by 2 people first assoc name was gabby already had an attitude then when asking to speak w/ manager spoke with a manager Casey who advised Ice is only free when you actually make a transaction never had this issue before today so I proceeded to go inside to get 2 cups of ice if ima have to pay for it where original assoc gabby tried to make me pay for both cups. I feel like they just did not want to give me ice for some reason. It’s really not this serious over a cup of ice why they were making a big deal when no one else normally does idk but would be nice to check their attitude

The cashiers there are awesome. The one-star reviews is for Kyle the kitchen supervisor. He is very unfriendly and rude if you're going to work 4 the public need to learn a little better people skills and if someone in upper management will get in contact with me explain to them what happened

I like this place been going there since it opened back in 2017 Most of the employees there are awesome, only complaint would be that it is always short staffed and we the regular customers can notice that having to wait longer than expected most often than wed like to, but I do appreciate the employees still remaining cool my food and milkshakes always good, thanks!

Stopped here for fuel after driving 7 hours and the mid age female associate with brown hair was sooo rude! She worked in the food area! I asked if they had spicy mustard for my pretzel. She screamed NO and start laughing behind the counter with the male associate. They truly need to work on their customer service.

My go to for all gas, nicotine, & surprisingly good food. Ask for Matthew in the day, he's always fast & polite! Anything with their pork is amazing, I recommend pork burrito, or quesadilla, the chicken sandwiches are awesome too. Never lived in a state with Sheetz before this last year, I'm impressed.

Out of all the Sheetz in Statesville the one on 70 is my absolute favorite. Lydia went out of her way to make sure we left 100% satisfied. The customer service she provided was outstanding. If I could give 10 stars I would. I may just leave another review so I can 🤣😊 Thank you, Lydia, for making my night so amazing. You deserve the best in life!!

The prices for gas here are amazing, the staff was friendly and it was easy to navigate around. It was busy but didn't feel like it. Easy access to a traffic light also made getting back to the interstate pretty easy. Glad we found this location on Google and will use it again for future trips to and from Florida

Staff is very friendly and help with all my needs also they constantly ask if i need anything and show me what i'm looking for. I've have sandwiches made and Rashauna made it perfectly and Kourtney took me right to a product I was searching for. Raeshaun helped me at self checkout and then everything went smoothly and Kaliyah The whole second shift is the bomb and they help with everything that everybody comes in the store in needs. I've witnessed it myself +5 star rating from me. The sheets on Highway 70 is the best Sheetz in North Carolina.

By far the dirtiest Sheetz I have ever been to. Outside, inside, restrooms….all of it. Always has yellowjackets around the outside trash cans. You can get a receipt for gas at the pumps about half the time. At least one set of pumps will be broken every day.NEVER eat here. You are asking for food poisoning.Perfect side of town to get yourself robbed too. Beware.Reply to Sheetz inquiry.What more do you need!?! You have multiple reviews all saying the same thing. It is a nasty, unkept business. It shows a total lack of concern from local to regional to corporate. This place is crazy busy and you don’t care, AT ALL, about how it looks or the safety of your customers as long as this place is making the $!You want people to call a number where NO ONE answers. You have a third party company put these responses online to make the uneducated think you care.THE STATUS OF THE BUSINESS SHOWS HOW MUCH UOU CARE!!!! NOT AT ALL!

Placed a mobile order. Waited the fifteen minutes before going to store. Order wasn’t on the mobile pickup rack so I waited by the pickup counter. I thought it was weird the employees were playing around knocking each other’s hats off instead of working on my order. But out of politeness I didn’t say anything. 20 minutes in store before I found someone to check on my order. Turns out it was done and just sitting in the prep area getting cold. They didn’t apologize or offer a reason my number wasn’t called or order wasn’t placed on pick up rack. I was the only customer waiting at the pickup counter when I arrived. The forgetting to put the order on the rack I could see. But the lack of customer service was terrible.

The worst place ever especially night shift disrespectful managers, supervisors and employees. When a customer gets outraged because these employees are rude. I'm a frequent customer at this location where the daytime people are more respectful. This crew cannot handle their job. The pandemic is not over but people are out learn customer service. As managers is the B.L.A.S.T system is not being used anymore. Hmmm very unprofessional place
