Ken Reddick responded to my email for a quote and to schedule with, literally, the four characters "$125." So I emailed back asking to set up a date and time with some suggested days and he didn't respond. Later, he randomly texted me on one of the days I had earlier suggested to say "Cleaning your carpet today?" Is he asking whether someone scheduled a cleaning with me today? Or is he asking if today is a good day? Why doesn't he use normal English that isn't so ambiguous?After navigating more amazingly poorly written texts, I finally got him to schedule a day and time about one week in advance so I could be prepared and I blocked off that day and prepared the rooms. Then he didn't show! When he was late and I texted to get his updated ETA, he texted, "Tomorow?" [sic] and didn't respond to further texts and I finally indicated that I no longer wanted his service. Does that mean he had the date confused? Was he asking if I wanted to reschedule?I should've known that someone who doesn't use understandable phrases or correct spelling of common words is probably not top-notch in general and would just waste my time. I have no idea why he wouldn't just clean my carpets and take my money! What an odd experience.

Men were nice and professional but did not clean carpets very well. There was white powder ground into carpet and after second cleaning it looked worse. Had another company,Stanley steamer and carpets were cleaned with no stain. Paid $25 for scotch guard they sprayed with an otc bottle. Although Ken was a hard worker his products did not work. No refund as promised
