The workers were very calm and helpful. We are socializing our pit puppy, and the workers wore so kind, I don't even know where to start. I will be visiting 2-3 times a week. I recommend this pet smart for any new puppy owners.

The only thing about the website. Is that I hate having to be lied to by a live person when they want you to set up the appointment online. Instead of doing it their self. That is their job to do. Not the customers we ought to start charging them for doing the employees job.
