Be careful which groomer takes your dog back. I didnt not even recognize my dog when ALL his hair was gone!! I had to go pay before she brought him out. He looks like a chihuahua now. It would be different if i did not buy a pomeranian. He is a sable wolf pomeranian and all of his beautiful markings are gone. I love the groomer in Winston Salem. I took a chance on going to Statesville because it was closer. Bad move on my part.

** Stay away** I am so upset about my experience yesterday at this location. I always go to the one in Mooresville as we love one of the groomers there. I forgot to schedule the appointment ahead of time and they didn't have any openings yesterday. It has been two years since we adopted our 11 year old Pom, so I wanted to pamper him so I decided to check the store in Statesville and to my surprise they had 3 opened spaces (That should have told me something). I booked the 10am appointment, my husband dropped my baby off, they called me within an hour and half to let me know he was ready for pick up. I dropped what I was doing to go pick up my baby. I got there along with another customer, as I was waiting I overheard a groomer saying and I quote "We should charge extra to cut stupid dogs hair", I could tell the dog she was servicing was scared and kept sitting, I have a puppy and going to the grooming can be stressful and she does the same when she is scared, so I felt so bad for the poor dog. As I fur mom, I can't explain in words how upset I was and still am. I was running late for church so I decided to leave without saying anything about that comment or the fact that my baby's nails were rough as they didn't smooth them out, even though I paid for an extra package. I don't want to think what my dog went thru while they were cutting his hair, or if he was called names. All I know is that I will never take my baby to this location again

Took our newest family member, Sydney Ann (English Cream Golden) in for a full service grooming. Lorili was amazing with our girl. Reasonably priced, gentle, friendly, and a dedicated professional. We will be using Persmart for our grooming needs, exclusively, moving forward.

It's pet smart... we were, however, surprised to see the fish tanks were well kept up and clean... staff greeted us and were friendly.Several other locations we have been to have been gross, and we refused to buy fish from any tank.

Always helpful! But can't help you with the overall health of animals. They say to schedule an appointment with them for your animal to be seen. Prices are high. But for the most part it's a good store

They always take great care in grooming our Bella, who looks pretty going in, but gorgeous coming out💞 If you have a dog that sheds ALOT, I highly recommend you take them there and get the furminator w/bath!

Made a pretty 30 gallon fish tank, from stuff out of this location.I recommend using a place like “Saltys out of Mooresville”, (or a similar shop) instead of big box stores like pet smart. The fish are healthier.Lessons learned and I hope this review helps you!

The whole staff was really great with my dog. Other than getting his name spelling wrong. They made him feel welcome and happy. He never likes anyone. He even hates my roommates but he loved the ladies at the Vets office there. He will be back in 3 weeks so they can be sure he is doing well. I am a happy dog mom!

Never will I ever take my baby back to petsmart in statesville. They only washed and clipped some of his nails. Did not do none of his sanitary area. All for $57. Called and spoke with the supervisor and he was a butthead about the situation. My advice to you guys is do not take your baby there for grooming….

Gotta say love the store, but adore the training services here. Nancy is the bees knees when it comes to training and her personality! She went out of her way to accommodate our hectic schedule and did wonders for our one year old poodle in the beginners class. Of course a lot of homework is also required of the customer with the dog doing repetitions of the learned commands for the week. We chose a private class and her attention was focused directly on us..our poodle adores Nancy also and she had her following commands immediately! She answers all questions and Taylor's the training to what your dog needs and what you expect. Costs are beyond reasonable for training in a group or privately, especially when compared to my other trainers in the area. The store is very clean and other staff go out of their way to welcome you also.

PetSmart is great because they have a wide variety of healthier foods for your pet, and toys too. You can get your dog trained there, adopt a pet there, use the grooming services for your dog, and there is a vet in the premises. My only complaint is that they are expensive.
