My mother and I were traveling and just happened to run into the cutest boutique, Molly Malones. We both were in love with the cute shoes, bags and clothing the store had, not to mention the great service from the friendly staff. I wish we had a boutique like this where we live!

I am staying in Statesville for the weekend from Pennsylvania so I wanted to check out some boutique shops while here. Molly Malone’s boutique was amazing and had SO much beautiful jewelry pieces and attire to choose from, I spent a long time in there! Sara was an amazing employee from the moment I walked in the door and super welcoming. She was so sweet and kept making sure I was finding everything okay and even helped my indecisive self decide what items to purchase. Truly loved this boutique shop but the employees made it even more enjoyable.There was also a man working the same shift as Sara and I wish I could remember his name! He was also so kind and welcoming and helpful!Highly recommend this boutique!

Molly Malone’s never disappoints when shopping for any gift. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by two of the nicest & sweetest young ladies. They quickly asked me what I was looking for this visit. Informed I was shopping for a birthday gift for my sons girlfriend. Let me tell you they went into action & were so much help with picking her gifts. I mean, they went over and beyond to make sure I had the best gifts. These young ladies are a great asset to your business.Emma loved every single item “we” picked out & the jeans first her perfectly.Thank you so very much to Lydia & Sara. Keep up the good work!!

I purchased a dress July 3 got it home and it had two places the seams were missed. On Monday July 5 I returned, not another one in any of the stores. So I ask for a refund.. No, pick something else out. I didn't see anything I wanted. So the owner said she would have it fixed. My dress has been there since July 5 now it's July 22... Still no dress. I have called numerous times.. I want my dress or $42 back . Very unsatisfied customer. No o ma'am it was like that when I got it home. I called back same day. I put it on to go to eat with friends. They saw and made me aware.. so if you are implying I done it I assure you I did not. I love the dress . If this is how you treat people I nor my family will be back.. at least you have a sales person that goes beyond to help people.. I am a frequent flyer at the Statesville store. Today i went in looking for a specific Lily&Laura bracelet and Merilee went above and beyond to find it as it was not out in the store case. I left a very happy customer! She was also very patient with me while i was so indecisive over the others I was getting, and let me look and look without getting frustrated. Overall i had a great experience and of course will return like always and continue to refer people when they always ask where I get my stuff.

I don’t quite understand why y’all put my items back on the floor when I clearly stated I needed to walk home two blocks away to get WiFi and I’d be right back which I was 20 minutes later and watched you regather my items while I was in line and put them behind the counter. Or why you thought I’d be okay with using my 40% off on the $3.99 item rather than the $30 item and didn’t even offer how that could be accomplished which I then had to explain to you girls. Not very good customer service in my eyes. Or His...Collosians 3:23 Besides all that, the aggressive sales gals trailing me through the store was not fun. Congrats on the new location and best of luck. I’ll stick with the Goodwill.

My wife and daughter have been to Molly Malone's Boutique in Statesville over the years and customer service has always been less than desirable. My wife went in yesterday to exchange a braclet and the clerk was ruder than ever, this will be our families last visit to this store.
