I could not believe how much the store had changed in the past year since I had been in! I had been a firm Hobby Lobby girl, until I wandered into Michael's a few weeks ago and imagined my surprise at seeing how much their selection had expanded! Everything there, from jewelry charms, paint pens, Yarns, fabrics, crafts, everything. I am now a firm Michaels girl to the Core!!! The game is absolutely on point and I would absolutely go there first before I ever stop in a Hobby Lobby again!

They have most of what you need. Not as much as Hobby Lobby, but enough to get done what you need to get done. They offer lots of classes too for free or a small fee. Halloween decorations are the best for home decor. Christmas items are also great. Framing dept, I worked there before, has alot of options and also are always on sale. Big sales usually going on.

Went there to pick up some flower decorations. Had a lot of nice stuff in there that we enjoyed seeing. Got a lot of good ideas on some projects that we would like to do. The prices of things that we wanted was very good. Always enjoy going there.

Didn't have a good experience here. They had a sale going on with signs up but the items behind the signs were not on sale. Management was a young woman with a poor attitude and would not honor the sale going on at the time. Manager had a pompous attitude with zero customer service. Michaels needs to reevaluate who runs their stores.

Great customer service both in-store and curbside! The additional 20% coupon on regular merchandise which can be found on the website is an added bonus. I typically don't think of Michaels for party decor, however, Michaels carries the essentials such as balloon garlands, party bags, and other decor.

EDITED: Changed to 3 stars from 1 star because store manager emailed and made the situation right.....VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I drove 1.5 hours to this store to purchase Siser Vinyl. $24 spent on a roll of glitter vinyl, that when I returned home had been sliced so a portion of this vinyl had to be separated from the roll. I called the store and was told that there was absolutely nothing that could be done except return the product. I explained that I could email a copy of my receipt and a picture of the damaged roll. As I stated, it is 1.5 hours each way - so I would not only have the time investment but also the cost of the gas would be more than the product. I wasn't even asking for a refund because part of the roll was still usable - I was told that there might be a way to get a 10% coupon mailed to me. I was perfectly fine with that... Today I received a call that they were not able to mail that coupon - so you mean to tell me that Michaels cannot afford a stamp and an envelope in order to keep a customer! I will never return to this store, if this is how they treat their customers! Word of mouth negative advertising will go a very long way!

Love this store!! I could spend hours exploring/shopping in this store! It’s a decent sized store with a little bit of everything for everyone!! You can buy all your necessary: supplies, kits, “how-2’s”, etc. for just about anything & everything you can think of/need, for just about any craft, art, hobby, project, or diy tutorial that your working on... I would definitely recommend Michael’s to others!!

I ordered something online to pick-up in store. It usually takes no longer than 1 hour for your order to be ready. My order has taken more than 2 hours. They can’t find my order and I’m still waiting. This “order online and pick-up in store” should be more organized! 👎👎👎

Pretty nice place. First time ever being in a Michaels. Didn't have the coloring books i was searching for, but they had a lot of things that I am most definitely interested in returning and purchasing at a later date.

I truly love going to Michael's. They have most things for crafting. I enjoy crocheting and so does my daughter in-law. They offer a loyalty program. The last time I was there I bought a half dozen picture frames. The store is easy to locate from the road. The employees are so nice and helpful. If you like to do crafts then you should really check out Michael's
