Don’t waste your time at Jared’s or another chain jewelry store to steam clean. My wife was astonished at what her rings and bracelet looked like. Highly recommend.

The most hospitable, family oriented, friendliest, kind and makes you feel like your their family before you leave. I have done business there in the past but moved away from Statesville. Just had my wedding rings repaired here and I am absolutely thrilled with the work Justin did. And they were very reasonable. I had broken the tip off the ring guard and lost one of the small diamonds so Justin really had to rebuild the tip plus he also rebuilt all the settings. My rings are 40 years old and they look brand new! Highly recommend Justin and Michaels Gold Mine. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Justin!

Michaels Gold Mine is top of the line on customer service and the time and patience Justin puts into the quality of work he does is amazing. He has designed several pieces of jewelry for me that has priceless meaning. I feel when he designs jewelry he does each piece as if it was for a loved one. I had a HORRIBLE experience with another jewelers. They messed up my ring 4 times and by the time I got it back it was brittle and could have broken at ANY TIME. Justin at Michael's personally made it his mission to completely rebuild my ring and it is more beautiful than ever. Highly recommend. You're wasting your time anywhere else

By far the best jewelry store in the area!! Over the past 15+ years my wife and I have been dealing with Justin, who is a highly trained goldsmith and very knowledgeable of watches and jewelry, as well as all things related (e.g. cutting rings to size, adding notches inside ring to fit smaller fingers, shortening watch bands and gold bracelets, replacing watch batteries -- yes, for just $5, etc.). This is a family-owned and operated business and all are extremely nice and courteous. The Sanders group comment must be one posted by one of their envious competitors . This shop has won the Best Jewelry Shop by Reader's Choice for at least the past 3 years. If the Sanders group wants to shop in a super fancy jewelry store then go into a larger city and help the owners pay for that luxurious building and display cases in addition to the highly marked-up prices.

Arrogant younger guy working when I visited (not sure why considering the looks of the place, looks like a store version of the Wal-Mart jewelry section, only not as nice). I was asking about white topaz rings and I suppose because he thought I wasn't asking for his RIDICULOUSLY marked up diamonds that I was a cheap skate. I make 6 figures a year, but he wouldn't know that because he had already made his decision about me. Small town, small business places such as this have no room for egotistical jokes like this guy...thats what puts the "little man" out of business. It's ironic tho, little crummy fashion jewelry jewelry store with a big egotistical tool bag running it. Lol. When you read this little man, you'll remember to treat everyone as if they could be the customer who saves your rear from bankruptcy...good day...roll your eyes at this ;)
