Promises made but not kept. Management just shrugged his shoulders (Cameron) when told dryer door was not reversed as promised and requested on paperwork by appliance salesman. He has no problem with me being on hold on the phone for 45 minutes after appliances ask me to hold. Finally hang up. Called again the next day and computer answering referred me to an associate and the phone rang for 15 minutes straight for each of the three calls. My phone timed it. On third call after 15 minutes a nice lady answered and gave me the time Cameron would be back from lunch. I went to the store when he had returned He told me there was no reason to talk to his manager because he would tell him the same thing I told him. The delivery service of appliances came in a rented box truck with Spanish speaking persons with only one of them speaking broken English to me. He could not understand pushing the dryer into place pulled loose the vent hose at the floor. The deliverer also said he would have to charge to change the dryer door from left opening to right opening. I had to change it myself but it was no concern to Cameron. He said the salesman printed out the instructions for me so what should I expect. He said he could complain to the third party delivery service but declined to take the information to do so. He took my number and said he would try to send someone to check or fix the loose dryer hose. If you buy appliances there, it is promises made so you will buy, but shrugged shoulders when the promise is not kept. They give the impression that they really don’t have time for you. If it has to be Lowe’s better go to Troutman or Mooresville. Statesville has no interest in the customer promises or satisfaction. But when the bill comes on my card the money is due whether they have fulfilled their obligations or not. Cameron’s excuse to me is they can’t get anyone to work there.

Horrible experience with refrigerator and ice-maker delivery. The delivery people did not speak English, pointed and said wrong ice-maker, cant, keep box will bring Monday. Waited for someone to call, no one did. I called Statesville store multiple times and spent over an hour and a half on HOLD or the phone ringing without anyone answering. Finally Shelly in customer service answered she said they were having issues with their system, she asked for my number to call me back. Well of course 5 hours later still no return call. Called customer service complaint center and after putting me on hold for 35 minutes Meghan said she couldn’t help me because the return window of 48 hours had expired to call the Statesville store. Called the store again talked with a customer service lady and a manager spent 40 minutes and the manager said he couldn’t help he could only put in a note to corporate to get a service person to come out and someone would contact me within 48 hours. All in all I wasted over 2 1/2 hours on the phone and still no resolution. Additionally each person that iI actually talked to seemed annoyed and were rude. I should have read the reviews before purchasing anything at this store! It will be my last purchase from Lowes.

Very disappointed in this store my last 3 visits have been a horrible experience.I use to go to Lowe’s all the time both me and my family and had no problems. This store has definitely went down hill and has terrible Management. The person that says she’s a manager of this store I would be ashamed to call her a manager. The staff stand around and talk. They walk the other way when they see that you’re trying to approach them with a question. The one time I did finally get someone to help me they did not know anything about these particuliar products in the store. A customer in the store had to help me find what I was looking for. I will shop at Home Depot for now on.

Ordered mower online. Pick up date was incorrect. Delayed 2 weeks beyond original pick up date. Employee tried to pawn off the wrong mower. Bagger was damaged. Returned and was incorrectly told no other baggers were available though when ordered store had 2 and many other stores had more. Employee tried to pawn it off with a discounted price. I went online and ordered another bagger 2 minutes later.

Spent a good hour picking out a dishwasher. Ordered and was told they were two weeks out because of installation. 24 hours later received a call that the dishwasher was unavailable and they did know when it would be available. Confused on how Lowe’s manages inventory and are there systems so bad they can’t see inventory? Are there sales people, who acted as he knew everything about everything that bad? We ordered screen door & it was delivered next day, hubby came home few minutes to inspect, it was broken it 2 places. Called Lowe's took over one hour for customer service so hubby decided I'll go there, waited in line all while still on hold. Customer service worker looked at his phone couldn't believe we were still on hold. We straightened it out they picked up next day, so now we want same door but we have to pay for shipping, why? I've tried to call but nobody answers so I decided a review. Why should we pay for another shipping cost when they gave us a broken door, it's astonishing today with cost overall. Please can somebody read this and help. I also have pics but can't send for some reason. Thank you 😊

I'm in Lowe's almost every day. This is the worst Lowe's I've ever been to in my life. Commercial side wouldn't take cash and there were only 4 lanes open on the regular side and they were all self checkout. Get it together. Construction workers don't like to be cashiers.

Prices are rediculious. Everything is overpriced. Staff is less than helpful, quality on most items, especially wood is poor to mediocre. I've started using home Depot more and had my large items delivered to me for free. $400 for a Halloween decoration. Not for the common sense customer.

I love this Lowe's. The manager is a really nice guy. I've dealt with him 2 times and both times he was awesome and very kind. I always go to this Lowe's when I need to go to one.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Ordered something online for a gift, it was supposed to come from this store and can’t get a single person to give me a direct answer about what is going on with my order. I have been given 3 delivery dates and the most recent was cancelled with no explanation or rescheduled delivery… I’ve called in more times than I can count, been put on hold for long periods of time and blatantly been hung up on. Literally had a female in tool world hang up on me 4 times in a row without even a hello. Just flat out disconnected my call. I’ve been told the product was damaged, the product is sold out, that the product was ready but they’re unsure why it hasn’t been delivered, I was even told without a doubt that the order would be delivered on a specific date even if the person had to deliver it themselves. No order. Still yet to be delivered. I’ve been sitting on the phone for 2 hours now as I type this… No one in the store wants to help. Don’t use this store.

I have been to this particular Lowes store on many occasions and each time I have encountered multiple dogs throughout the store. I don't have a fear of dogs but when I go into a home improvement store, I am not expecting to see animals in every other aisle. At times I feel like I've stepped into Petco instead of Lowes.We have literally seen dog poop on the floor and on one particular occasion, someone accidentally stepped in the poop and tracked it across the floor. Disgusting!!!A couple of weeks ago I was in the store and I stopped to ask a customer service rep. where a particular item was located and when I turned to head in the direction of the item, I was shocked to see a very large dog (roughly the size of a Great Dane) standing less than a foot away from me. I was startled to say the least. The owner just smiled and he and the dog continued to walk down the aisle. I told my husband that the dog population in that store was getting out of hand.Yesterday, I was in the same store and my husband and I were looking at paint supplies when a couple came down the aisle with a medium sized dog. They stopped a couple of feet away from us. The next thing that we knew, the dog started yelping and hollering and carrying on. We quickly moved away and the couple pulled the dog away while talking to it and trying to calm it down. I told my husband that I was done and that I would not shop at Lowes unless they put more animal restrictions in place.I have been a Lowes customer for over 20 years but over the last few years, Lowes has gone to the dogs "LITERALLY!"

Asked an associate where the bathroom rugs were located and she didn't even looks our way but said "probably with the bathroom and plumbing." A few minutes later while we were still looking for them the same associate passed by and asked if we had found them to which my wife replied no as the lady kept walking away and she had the audacity to call my wife hateful. We didn't find the rugs, that's ok though we found them on Amazon. And retailers wonder why their business is hurting.

I purchased my complete Kitchen build (7 appliances) from Lowes in the Troutman NC Location. We furnished or kitchen with the Bosch 800 series of products. At the time the sales person asked if we wanted to purchase the Extended Warranty. PP# 0275002420271160331001. We finished our house and 14 months after moving into it, the handle broke on our Refrig (B26FT50SNS) There was no abuse or misuse. I filled a claim Claim # 23023614. I just got an e-mail that my Lowe's Protection Plan will not cover this. This is a rip off and they do not tell you this when they sale you the plan. Then Lowe's hides behind the small print that you don't even see when you purchase the plan.

This location has amazing staff. I had to have 25 keys made for business purposes. The employee was very helpful and kind. He never once acted frustrated. We joked and chatted during the process. It’s nice to interact with good employees now day’s.

I just purchased a new dryer from Lowe’s in Statesville, NC and I had it delivered. There were 2 young men delivering my dryer and when they came, I was not home. They called me and I told them I would be home in 10 minutes. They patiently waited for me and even installed my dryer for me including attaching the electrical cord, the vent hose and turning it on to ensure it was working properly. I was told the installation was not included with delivery but these young men went above and beyond. Thank you Lowe’s for a job well done! This single lady appreciates your service!

Cameron is about the most rude and unhelpful individual on Gods Green Earth. Even when asking questions I was just cut off and he walked away to go entertain his friends walking by. So I went and spent $5,000 at Home Depot. If this is how he treats all of Lowe’s customers I’d drive to Troutman or Mooresville.
