9/2021 Pretty impressive. Stores looks kinda new. It could be a year or two old. The team is doing a great job of keeping it up. Really impressed how it looks and how engaging everyone is with the customers. I also like how they have the shop crew helping out with task around the store. Truck side looks great. Plenty of parking. Spacious yard. Spacious store as well. Restroom was clean and stocked when I when in. Seems like everything is doing what needs to be done. Great job guys. I’ll be visiting again soon.

Employee named Judy was camped out in the ladies room in handicapped stall while my 73yo handicapped mother stood and waited and was forced to use a regular stall with out the grab bars to aid in her seating and standing. Thank God she didn't fall. Judy needs to find somewhere else to take her breaks. Management needs to address this issue with all employees. The handicapped bathroom stalls are for the handicapped not for employees breaks.Otherwise the store was clean and well lit. This could have been a 5 star review of Judy had of taken her break in a proper place.

Men's restroom was dirty both times I used it. Courtesy check was announced over the loudspeaker but nobody even checked them. Fuel island and parking areas along with the store was well maintained and trash cans were kept empty. As for showers mine was clean so no complaint there. Because the restrooms were bad that's why I give it 3 stars

Be prepared to have up to a $150 hold on your account when you get gas. Bought $36 worth and had a $175 charge pending to my account. They blame the bank the bank says it’s them. Supposedly there are signs that say that but if there are they are not in plain sight.

My experience was Bitter Swèet. I arrived and the machanic techs ruied my whole trip by telling me they will give me an oil change but wait for thier call. They never called and closed the doors on me then went home . I tried to get help from the evening managers but they treated me with no regards if customer services. They told me I would have to wait until tomorrow.Im so glad I did. I met the Area Manager Johnny. I told him about my experience. He immediately started managing the situation. He treated me with the care that we have all grown accustomed to from Loves Care Center. Not only that, he helped me with some other issues with my truck just to show gratitude for my loyalty to Loves Truck Care. I will definitely continue my business with them and spread the word of the great services they provide. Thanks Jonny for your Leadership

FREE TRAILERS!!!Idiot drivers are always dropping their trailers here and bob tailing off. They never have kingpin locks on them either. So if you want or need a free trailer to get them loads, come on down to the Love's in Statesville and grab you one of these free trailers.

Really clean bathrooms has a McDonald’s opened 24 hours, friendly staff a lot of different hot foods and drinks to choose from a lot of electronic things to choose from really pretty decorations that are farm like and camping.

So, I hope that you will investigate further on your own because I know all to well the blowback that's headed my way. So, there are items that are supposed to be kept frozen until they are put on the roller grill. They are not.. they are stored directly under the toppings which it supposed to be an refrigerator for hotdogs not a freezer. The freezer has been down for months. There are certain people who either can't read or just don't care about the proper way to clean the roller grills and use chemicals and such that are not supposed to be. Do you enjoy a daily dose of mold and mildew??? Well if you do by all means fill up your cup at the fountain machine. The nozzles are hardly ever changed, cleaned and sanitized. If someone does try to do it then the nozzles are just left in a pan of water for months in the back. The room housing the fountain machine is full of mold and it is starting to spread through the store. Still trying to figure out how spray painting the mold is the appropriate response. The wood is rotting out where the sinks are in the men's room. There's plenty more that I can enlighten people with on. Hopefully someone can get them to understand the danger they are playing with.

The workers are super nice, super helpful, but the store was also a mess & dirty when I went in last night and I shocked by this because I've stopped there more times than I can remember and I've never seen it that bad before.

Excellent all around. Clean, easy accessibility, great for RVs. Wide selection of liquid propane, variety of different air options for tires, free air at the odd diesel pump numbers for recreational vehicles!

Darius made things happen for us during a storm. Without his help, my driver would be in a hotel up the road. Quite frankly, I have not gotten service like that anywhere. 5 plus...... BB IWT

Pulled in at 2 pm on a Saturday. My best guess is 80% of the lot is being used as personal parking for local regional drivers. Not a drive in 80% of the trucks. Not the biggest deal in the world but we all know how hard it is to find parking in the area.

The shop is a terrible place, I wait for ours to have an oil change, they had bouth bay empties, and after all that waiting they just sed that don’t have oil filters. Terrible, i don’t recommend this place

The McDonald's drive thru manager needs to go back to polite schoolOne of the worst experiences I had. She had an attitude and refused to take my order. Would not give me the time of day to ask my riders in the car what they wanted to drink. What a shame. Thumbs down to pure nonsense

The truck shop's customer service sucks!...half of an hour with nobody at the time in the store just to say " how may I help you?" , another half of an hour to check out, hours and hours waiting cause they work in slow motion, representative speaking to you and spitting tobacco in a bottle... totally disgusting...they start working on your truck and all the sudden...they disappear!...they were working in another truck and far from trying to do their job asap knowing that truckers are subjected to an elog; they are smoking, relaxed, taking everything so easy that is almost obscene the respect they shown to their customers...

Went to Chesters for some fried chicken, all they had was some sad dried out wings, I asked the clerk how long for more chicken, he said 30 minutes. I said it might be a good idea to cook more chicken before they run out and was told that technically he wasn't supposed to cook more until he completely runs out! This was at 6:30 pm and the place was busy! How do you run a business like that??? Ridiculous...

Nice, clean and friendly staff. But how in the hell can you be without certain coffee beans for 5 days and counting? If you don't know how to do inventory for God's sake hire people who can. That's the only truck stop that a major north south east west intersection on the interstate system This just doesn't cut it.

They need cameras in their truck parking lot. The last 3 times that I have come here. A trucker, a box truck and a hot shot trucker window on the driver side has been busted and no witnesses or no cameras for evidence of what has happened. All you can do is report it to the police but they can't do anything but file a report. If you park here, you need to have a camera on at all times because you are parking at your own risk.
