I come here often. They always have beautiful flowers. The deli is always well stocked. It's always clean and usually everything is put away or being put away so you not always surrounded by boxes like in other stores. The employees are always nice. And it's one of the few places I go to the Starbucks because it's usually no line and they're really fast at making drinks. It's always a pleasant experience at this grocery store

This store is awesome it's very clean inside and out with an excellent selection of fresh fruits, vegetables and meats to choose from. It also has a large food bar and dining area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Easy access to the store from the roadway and into the store. I highly recommend this business.

The bakery is on point. Really fresh and tasty. They were very helpful everytime I go in. Awesome decorating very knowledgeable and she knew what I wanted. I love their bakery.

I didn't see a whole lot of about the personnel, but the store is on point! Just as clean and properly spaced out as Publix or Harris Teeter! Or whatever store that's as league with them in your neck of the woods? I was tickled they had a totally different layout from any other store, I have ventured in! Mind blown!

Clean store with large variety of products. Great food in the deli but be careful who serves you, the young one will give you less than your money's worth. The bakery has excellent deserts! Be sure to get an Ingles savings card or you will spend a lot more than at other stores.

Very good store with tons of options and overall decent pricing. The deli and grill has tasty treats and many people love the Starbucks. (I personally don’t partake in Starbucks but it’s always busy)

Breakfast service and selection was good.... in-store dining available, however tables need to be cleaned off after much quicker..... coffee available only thru the Starbucks kiosk, (with separate counter for your additional condiments due to the small staff)..... overall good

I frequently use this Ingles store as it’s right around the corner from my house and very convenient, clean, produce always seems fresh and everything is always good. However, today when it was only 36 degrees outside and RAINING I witnessed an much older woman(60’s+) employee walking to the parking lot as I was about to leave, I assumed she was going to her car for a break. I was wrong, she was sent outside in the cold and rainy weather to get carts from the parking lot and push them back into the store! She seemed to be struggling and I offered help to which she said she couldn’t accept help due to company liability.. To me it should be against company policy for anyone her age to even be considered for pushing in carts on a normal day let alone under the weather conditions where’s the liability of her falling or her back going out or anything like that?DO BETTER INGLES!! Do better! This could be anyone’s mom or grandma!I did take pictures as well, but for some reason I can’t add those to this review…

Stop every time we go to Statesville, get a coffee from Starbucks.And always get something to eat from the hot bar.And some homemade biscuits and cornbread to go.Food is always so wonderful.

Strange how this place has gone the wrong direction with customer service and what not. I had to ask 4 people if they accepted Apple Pay cause I forgot my wallet. Then they all seemed irritated I even asked and then met another rude attitude in the deli. Sorry I don’t work here and I might have a question hope her hair stays out of your food cause it did not mine!

Nice, clean & spacious store with an excellent selection of products. The meats and produce are wonderful. The deli & salad bar are great too. Laura Lynn products are quite good & comparable or better than some name brands.

Amazing Store!!!! I live over an hour away, and when I go to visit, I am in grocery store heaven! The meats, fruits, and veggies are so fresh, and they have everything that you need. I am currently working on getting a store opened close to my home. Every Ingles should be following in the Statesville stores steps. They are truly leading by example!!! Kudos!!!!!!!

I'm sorry but I had to give this store a low rating because of the negativity I have experienced around the workers in the deli. I refused to never tell any names. I don't want anyone to get in trouble. I try to be friendly with everyone one because that's the kind of spirit I have and I speak to people all the time. I work in the medical field and I will always respect and care for others. That's the nurses oath! I regret talking to these workers because they tried to put me in a mess in saying negative things like, don't tell nobody nothing about this? Now first of all I'm a Christian and have a goodheart. Why would even do such a thing? Someone was talking about me in the deli for sure because for these workers to try to make me look bad is very horrible. Why would they do this towards a customer? They don't even know me nor my family? Jealousy and envy is a sin and it's very dangerous. People that do and say negative things are very jealous and tries to hurt you in some ways. I had to run away from the deli when I sense a lot of negative vibes and paid for my items then ran out the door real quick! I called the store and told the manager about the problem. I'm not going back to their deli or store period! Food Lion here I come good riddens ! I'm going to Sheetz to get my drinks too!!

Worst customer service ever! Order a cake for my daughter’s birthday weeks ahead just for them not to have it ready in time. Rushed to make it and the store manager didn’t even want to come speak with me. Another employee gave me the wrong number for cooperate. Will never again order from this store.

This Ingles is quickly becoming my favorite Supermarket. The overall presentation of the store is spot on. Everything is well organized, stocked, clean and bright. They have a great selections of whatever may need. The aisles are wide enough to pass other shoppers without bumping carts. All the associates I have encountered are very helpful and friendly.

We purchase ALL our groceries at this store now for ONE reason. The commercial we saw last night from this company that had in it the Pledge of Allegiance. And it included the words “Under God”.THIS is one of the FEW companies that seems like they will never GO WOKE. They will receive ALL our business. Groceries, gas and ANYTHING else they choose to sell.GOD BLESS AMERICA

I'm hoping this isn't a downward trend in their hot bar. Lately this location has not been offering the Mongolian beef dish on their Chopstix food bar, only dishes with tofu. I come here often because my fav place for asian food closed, due to COVID 19. This has surely increased the patrons to your store.

Shout out to Kyle. I love this place. My friend and I were walking in grab a few things on a Friday afternoon and this older gentleman need assistance to get in his car. He used the handicapped car and had a walker. We couldn’t bare to see him struggle. We got him in his car and then we went inside. After purchasing our groceries, Kyle approached us and asked what would we like to drink as a thank you for helping the old man. The staff here is wonderful. 10/10 recommended
