Always friendly staff. Great prices---except lettuce. The meat department has a great meat selection. The Take-away counter always is nice to grab a quick meal if you are not wanting to cook a meal. Just wish they had a seafood meal selection when it advertises it on their menu. All in all, this is a great place to shop.

Almost every time I come to this store I have a customer service problem. They need some actual grown ups working there, the young people just stand around and talk to each other, if you ask for anything you get an attitude smh.

Although I don't shop for groceries here, I do enjoy the hot bar several times a week, for lunch. This is the best deal for take out, period. Good food, good choices, great price. Forget all of those losers with drive thru service and over priced "meals". Go to Ingles and walk to the back, right corner of the store for the best deal at lunch or dinner.

This is the old school Ingles. I won't shop at the new one. The deli at this location makes the world's best chicken. If you doubt me, prove me wrong. I am not kidding the fried chicken here is memorable. Darn good chicken. I enjoy their meat depth and the bakery as well. Lots of selections.

The deli was decently tasteful. If you enjoy southern food with out any kick salt or spice they are a good place to eat. They serve decent size portions as well. The store is a little over priced and out dated. I have bought bad product from here on a couple occasions but all in all its a decent little home town store

Went to check out and there were three lights on but only one cashier working. The other two were huddled up talking. Someone got in one of those lanes and the two talkers both went to the same lane. I was standing in the other lane. No one came over so I went to the other lane. The girl told me that the guy was going to help me. I remarked that I had just left his lane because no one came over to help me. When he finally came over his remarks were" well I was over there". ... "helping bag groceries". Humm it takes 2 to bag one 1/2 gallon of milk???? Are they hired to socialize or help customers? I will be going to Sullivan Road from now on. This is why I like self checkout

Selected. My purchases, was checking out, clerk on register talking to other clerk about previous customer instead of paying attention to what she was doing. I gave her payment, she put it in cash drawer and closed the drawer without giving me my change. Had to show my receipt to get changed that was owed to me. Clerks should work on their own checkout and keep their mind on what they are doing. Talk to other clerks about other issues when they not busy.

A neighbor told me about the place since we just moved here. He said that's his favorite place to get fried chicken so we figured we would go give it a try and it is delicious! There are many different kinds of pot food to choose from everything from rotisserie & Fried Chicken to rotisserie pork rotisserie turkey they have barbecued items and pretty much any type of potato salad you could imagine in their Deli.They have a large selection of different brands of product also, which I like, because our other hometown grocery store does not have that large of a selection. Basically the only reason I did not give them five stars is because none of their staff spoke to us whatsoever except to ask how we wanted our things packaged even though I express to them a few times that that was our first time visiting. BUT - considering how overworked all Grocery Store and restaurant workers are these days I really don't blame them at this point and who knows if they've always been that way or if they're just dog-tired!

The staff is nice. The Reason I give this place only 3 stars is the produce section doesn’t have a lot to choose from which is fine, but normally what they do have looks like it’s going bad. Also I have purchased frozen food from here and when I got home to make it the food was freezer burnt so it wasn’t any good.

Nice local store with a great deli section... fried chicken, chicken salad, broccoli salad, potato salads...etc . There was a line of people getting their fried chicken dinners for lunch. That speaks volumes

This store is in dire need of a renovation. Feels like you walked straight into the 1980's. Many stains and gunk on the floors. Variety of products is slim. Staff are nice at least, but the store tends to leave you feeling like you need a shower when you leave.

The employees used to be really friendly management staff is not kind to their employees they wrongfully terminate good employees . The people they do hire are nothing but drama who talk about other employees behind their back and are rude to customers. I used to really enjoy coming into the store for the atmosphere now I don't.

Nice don't like going in traffic or to the bigger Ingles. So this one is nice and convenient. Wish they carried gluten free spaghetti in the other cheaper brands. That organic is too high prices for a low income senior.

Love Ingles! They have alot of things other grocer stores don't have and better prices in somethings. There 6.00 hot plates are really good. You diffently get you monies worth. Cheaper than fast food and taste way better.

Staff was unfriendly. I ordered from the deli 1# of tenders and she boxed up 1/2# then was told by coworker to add more. Finally had little 3/4# and I said it's fine.

Cashier could not apply the sale price on the one item I purchased and then couldn't figure out how to apply that price to a quantity. She didn't ask for help when I told her the total looked wrong. After 4 of her failed attempts. I walked out.

Great store. I stop here whenever I'm near Statesville. I like the older store more than the new store. They have several items I can't get in Raleigh. Very friendly employees.
