I purchased a wall clock on Saturday which was on sale. It was defective. I come back and they gave me my money back because they didn’t have the same clock. Told me to get a new one but wouldn’t give me the sale price. Very Poor customer service. I will go make my purchase else where.

I just wanna say I have never had an issue with the employees in this store. I do wanna note that there was a horrible witch of a woman that was belittling a young woman who was trying to help her. That young woman and the manager deserve raises for dealing with the her. I hope they kicked her out and banned her for her abhorrent behavior.

Certain employees don’t know basic math. My total was $9.12, I gave the cashier $20.12, I only got back $10. Yes, I’m mad about a dollar because I am raising a child in this economy. Won’t be shopping here again.

We have a Hobby Lobby in a few different surrounding counties and this is definitely our favorite. Always seems to have more inventory and is usually less crowded.

Prices are inconsistent. Got two items that were exactly the same, on the shelf lined up together. Went to check out 1 was 27.99 and the other was 39.99. Didn't notice price till I checked out and they would not fix where they messed up with stocking or pricing one. Cashier called manager, and she/he would not even come to front to check.

A trip to Hobby Lobby will do the trick!If you are in need for craft supplies, some seasonal or home decor, or to just browse you will not be disappointed.The beautiful fall collections are out now!and the spring/summer decor is on clearance. They have lots of beautiful floral and some new home decor! Some of their larger decor such as mirrors and wall decor have been moved to the opposite side of the store, which I think makes more since. So happy we have a Hobby Lobby in Statesville 🙂

Right now 80% of the store is on sale from 40% to 50% off on everything except arts, metal decor, and fabric .. but they have a coupon you can get online every single day for 40% off of one regular priced item... that's awesome.. this is my favorite store .. love love love !!!!

Like the sales, enjoy the selection of items that can be found. Fall fare in July o.k.?Christmas in July seems like your being rushed through the seasons without a blink.Moving into a new place, I have been buying pull's for the cabinets.The first purchase didn't work out. The next purchase for these items chose two different things and bought a handful of each.One works but HL is short on what is needed no problem they will order more.The problem's with this store -Six plus people in line and one register open.That said, returning an item can only be done at one register by one woman.Again stand in line.And then, having a raincheck made twice for two different things was told "I would be called as soon as the items arrived."Never a phone call or message.Yesterday looked at both orders written by the same woman she changed store numbers and left her name off the second order.I arrived found the second order in stock?? What happened to a message or phone call...?Spoke to a male manager (seemed put off being asked if he was a manager). I explained the situation, his comment "Well there probably not in stock." That's when I opened my hand with what was needed and receipts handed over.Plan on waiting or making multiple trips for things that needed or need to be ordered.Customer service can go either way.

This is my favorite store for all my arts and crafts needs and for decorating my home too. With all the sales they continually have, things there are inexpensive for the most part. They have a wide variety of supplies and things for your decorating needs.
