My first time to this harbor freight location. The staff were very friendly and very helpful as is typical in most harbor freights. The store is very new and well laid out. There is plenty of parking but getting on and off. The highway is a little tricky because it's near the Crest of a hill.

It was my first time in Harbor Freight, my brother and I looked at everything and bought some items. I can say that they have 98 percent of what you're looking for. I'm definitely going to go back.

You get whatca pay for when you buy a 79 cent adjustable wrench. It isn't gonna be Snap-On quality but you shouldn't expect it to be. Nice people, clean store and good deals/prices.

I needed to replace my dial calipers that came up missing and was out for a drive in the Shelby, a fairly new store in Statesville. Well organized and good selection of tools, not high-end stuff but still decent enough to get a job done or even use as a throw away tool.....

It is a great store for buying tools, batteries, and heavy duty items for hobbies or that odd job you need to get done. Just research what you are buying and you will be good to go. The whole staff is awesome, that is why I shop at the Statesville location. And the store is clean and everything is labeled and priced correctly. If you haven't been to this Harbor Freight, take your time and go down every isle. I do recommend becoming an Inside Track Member and watch for the specials that membership gives you...you can save some major money!

My first visit to a Harbor Freight was at this location. The staff earned five stars for being polite and professional and helpful. The store was clean and pleasant. Several items were out of stock though. The parking lot was also clean and well-marked.

Well I got a free flashlight with a coupon. I was looking for some grease guns but could not find any Grease. I was told they haven't had any in a while so I left empty-handed, except for the flashlight of course. Nothing like free stuff.

Inventory is never accurate. This is the second time I’ve driven over an hour to pickup a bigger purchase item, online inventory says in stock, employees find the computer says 2-3 on hand, but never have the product…. Super aggravating. Huge waste of time for the consumer who’s just trying to spend several hundred dollars with you.

The staff was friendly and not up my butt while I shopped. They had welding supplies but their line specificBut they did carry a wide arrey of parts for those welders and I did find what I was looking for

They have some really nice tool boxes(us general) plus some good deals on Expendables (grinding wheels, welding rads, bandsaw blades etc.) I like the precision cutters and pliers for working on models
