Ingles is an excellent store. They have good food to go, $6.00 plates 🍽 to go or dine in, fresh salad bar, bakery and dessert, every thing else you want and a pharmacy.

Food just keeps going to a point you can't afford to eat people are suffering over the cost of living as a widow working and disabled but still work can't make it on 4 16$ hour 25 hours paycheck I'm at poverty level and get 21$ in foodstamps how in the world are people going to eat yesterday food lion brand has went up 150 to 200% on most items oh well.

It's a smaller store but the workers are friendly. If you're using a card to pay for items, they don't charge for cash back.

Always easy to find employees that are always willing to help any way they can. One of few stores that haven't begun implementing elf check out lanes over the great interactions you have with the cashier's and the service and help they provide. A store that's still holding true to the roots of our country town. I hope the growth of this town doesn't ever effect what this location truely provides for it's customers. The same ppl that has shopped here since it was first opened is almost all still the ones you'll see still shopping there every time they need to shop. There's no replacement to a location that you can walk into it's doors and it flash you back immediately to when you entered as a child so many yrs ago. Thank you to the business owners and to the staff altogether for continuing to make if a safe and reliable place for us all to shop there instead

My coworkers and I visited this store this morning. Miracle and Summer the cashier and manager went out of there way to have food boxes ready for us at the front of store as we were checking out.We had issues with our card but that was resolved in a matter of seconds. The cashier was extremely pleasant and patient with us.

Not the best Food Lion out there, just because selection is not as great as other Food Lion's. HOWEVER because it's a smaller store, getting in and out is very easy and quick. This is a smaller Food Lion, so it doesn't carry as much variety as regular-sized stores. Having said that, the employees are usually friendly and hard working, and that goes a long way with me. The bread is on the last aisle, unlike other Food Lions in town. My only wish is that they had better sales more often, but you can't have everything.

By far my favorite grocery store. They are always stocked and if not they make sure they get just what you need. The staff there is always friendly & helpful!! It’s one older lady I wished I knew her name but she makes you feel so good. She greets everyone as you come in the door and until you leave. She’s such a sweetheart! The prices are great especially if you have the MVP!!

There is a manager here name Sam a beautiful sweet young woman,she touched my heart and I'll never forget it. She has such a pure loving soul 💙 Great choice of hire you have great employees who care. Sam purchased a package of masks herself & gave them to me for my family just because she felt it should be free and they were Good masks not cheap. So I make sure I pass the love and give masks to anyone I see without. Thanks Sam 😊 u opened my heart 💓

Excellent well run and friendly Food Lion. Staff is there to help you and will interact as they are stocking and provide helpful hints. Check out is a breeze. And even all the customers are friendly. Finally, while lacking a deli, otherwise this is a very well stocked store. (We have tried a number of other stores in Statesville, but this remains our goto store.)

This is my favorite Food Lion ever! The customer service at this particular food Lion is the best of all of them. No long waits. I really wish that they had like a deli, and I could get money orders here, like the other food lions!
