We live nearby so we shop here often and are normally very happy with everything.But tonight the cashier than rang up my groceries was obviously sick, you could hear it in her voice. But I couldn’t hear it until after she started touching all of my groceries. So I asked how she’s feeling and she said she’s sick!If someone who handles food is sick enough to sound that sick and also say out loud that that they are sick, they should NOT be handling someone else’s groceries. At minimum they should be wearing a mask or put on duties where they are not coming in contact with food products, although that is probably hard to do at a grocery store. But really, they should just stay home as to not spread sickness to other members of the public.

Very nice store all we couldn't get was pkg coleslaw n beansprouts n frozen bread pkg but first time in our winters here we couldn't get it but it won't stop us to shop there you all keep up great job n nice store you have

Love we have a Good Lion in Cleveland. People are great, there is only one major drawback--they do not have favorites and we still have to go to the Food Lion in Salisbury or Statesville to get all we need.

Newly renovated, very clean, displays are neat and tidy, staff members are pleasant and helpful, good selection of items including a dedicated gluten free section. Renovated bathrooms are more spacious and modernized.

I think this is the nicest and cleanest Food Lion besides the one on Hwy 115. Workers are nice and helpful.

Chris the manager needs to not accuse one of stealing till all receipts are shown but he chose not to on returnsUpon proof of purchase for ALL items didn't have a courtesy of an apology rather sarcastic have a safe drive....could almost make a case for profiling. I know one food lion I will never go to. Get a receipt regardless cause Chris will accuse one of stealing more than likely.. I hope and ray this wasn't a case of racial profiling in 2023 since he found it entertaining....male Karen

I love shopping here but that customer service manager who stands there and watches cashiers should never check anyone out OR work the window. Very unprofessional when she asked me questions that were absolutely none of her business!!!

Horrible service I did an online order and instead of them letting me know that they couldn’t do it today they waited until I got the notification that my order was ready and ended up leaving without my order ! Saying it would be ready the next day (use Walmart )

As of late they are usually out of what I have been going to shop for. And doesn't carry other stuff I've found in other stores. Have been driving out of my way to go to other stores that are better stocked and carry more items I'm looking for.

Its New to the town of Cleveland to have a Food Lion , but sure is appreciated at the same time.. Very nice choice for change , hopefully it can lead to other businesses to help grow this small community I grew up in..

I was a loyal customer at Food Lion almost 45 yrs and I don't know who is in charge of pricing items in the store but I am fed up and disgusted with their high prices!!! And I will not continue to shop there anymore unless they come back to their senses . Totally done with Food Lion and I hope everyone else stops shopping there is to, so they will have no option but to lower their prices to be compatible with the other grocery stores. I'm totally done with Food Lion!!!!!!!!

Crowds aren't that bad. Checkout line waiting was reasonable and didn't take too long. Cashiers usually are friendly and cheerful. The store was well organized and clean. They have hot and cold ready made meals.

I shop more than 1 store for groceries as am on a very limited budget & disabled. But always get GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & ASKED IF I NEED HELP TO MY CAR❣️ THEY are always good to help me. I try to always walk to get my items needed to leave the riding cart for someone else. They see I'm exhausted when I get to front as they know me❣️ It's nice to know they care, have offered to go get the riding cart when they see me exhausted. Store CLEAN & EMPLOYEES VERY KIND❣️

Great grocery store. Like alot of places right now sometimes you have a hard time finding things. People that work here are helpful and kind. Please always remember to be nice to people working in stores and most restaurants they are overworked and truly underpaid trying to provide us a service!!!!

Poor customer care at deli.. requested ham to be sliced at 1.5. 2 ladies at counter refused to special cut as requested. Stated. We have just cleaned your machines... And we have got to get out of here by eight... Insisted the precut ham in the counter was the only ham I was going to get from this Food Lion tonight.... Good luck with customer service here.... Rating VERY POOR...

Great food lion with a large selection. If you guys haven't tried a Pink Lady apple this is the time in your life to splurge a little and grab you one. They are the greatest thing since sliced bread. Just grab one and if it's not one of the best apples you've ever eaten then you can call me Betty if you see me out in Statesville, NC just yell Betty at all the red headed guys and if one yells back whoop whoop then it's me. 🤣🤣🤣

It's a food lion so it's pretty much like all the other food lion's that I have been to. They have food and drinks and snacks and meats. This one is conveniently located near my home so it is the one that I frequent the most and have had no problems here so far.

Just happened to stop in this particular Food Lion on the way back from the hospital this particular day and found it to be very clean and the employees helpful!Therefore sadly I cannot give my opinion but based solely on this one time visit!I do hope however that this is somewhat helpful non the less!

It was a great visit at food lion on 64. I didn't know what to make for dinner, I got a fully cooked chicken and dinner was ready I had some side dishes ready. Nice and easy for a hot day. Thanks to Food Lion.
