We were/are traveling. After a long day on the road we just didn’t want to do another restaurant or fast food. We found fresh fruit and pre-made salad’s, bread and dessert to take to our hotel. All for less than something McHappy. Our cashier was pleasant and speedy. Thanks for being an oasis off the highway.

This Food Lion is on Point, better than all of the other ones in Statesville, so much food to choose from, the bakery is Awesome....the cashiers are sweet as ever. I can Honestly say this FOod Lion Blows the Davie Ave Out of the water.... The Christmas trees in December are awesome & prices cheap. Run to Food Lion .

This is my go-to for groceries. Prices are great for 2023 pricing & the facility is clean and easy to navigate, and usually not very busy. The staff here are also kind. My cashier today was a younger girl named Regina and she was super helpful and kind, she even reccommended the Food Lion app to help with saving money!! I'm originally from Missouri and I wish we had a food lion back home!

I love doing my shopping at this Food Lion except for a stupid cashier who, because she saw my Hispanic face, didn't even say hello or my balance sheet, not even a word was crossed to give me my receipt, she was completely mute, I was about to ask her if she was mute, only she arrived another worker and started talking to her, those types of racist people don't want to have her there, her name is Kayla, look at her name, she brought it like every food lion cashier.

A childhood store that my family shopped at and still does so when I'm visiting I shop here for the things I can't get in Georgia. The prices are a bit higher than what I pay in Georgia but not by much but that's how it is when there isn't a lot of competition. I love the produce here I brought some of the sweetest white grapes I never had, and they were nice and firm, not mushy . Still a family favorite..

I love the deli here! The grab n go meats and cheese are my fave! However I was in there to cash a payroll check and they refused it because they hand signed it instead of electronic signatures! I didn't want to drive to the bank and needed to pick some stuff up in there. I'll still go in there though! I hate the lines in Wal-Mart so I avoid them like at all costs 😆 Can't beat that price on deli meats!

Excellent customer service. Desk check out girl saw me in line with 3 items behind full week shoppers -> 100+ items. She came over and called me follow her to check me out express. Nice girl.... notnwhat I would expect.on a busy Friday nite. But it was very much appreciated after a 12 hour drive from Cda.

This Food Lion is generally one that is clean and well stocked, and so that attribute gains a 5 star.But when I went on 1/15 around noon I found myself in a line significantly into the aisles. With about half of the registers open, all were equally full. Good for Food Lion and their marketing!But when I saw what appeared to be a customer service leader or other manager just patrolling back and forth up front, with no urgency; they ghost both one star and a buggy left in the aisle.So if staff wonders why they found buggies just left in the aisle, it wasn’t because you were busy; but because your supervisor did not care. One star for that, averages to three stars and a trip to Ingles.

I was staying at a nearby hotel overnight, so I stopped in to buy some snacks. The store is clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The staff were helpful and friendly. The prices were comparable to what I am used to paying at the supermarkets at home. It was a good experience.

Every one was very friendly.. the get u in and out of there and are very helpful if you have any questions about any thing. The cashier could've been a little more glad to be there n talk or say atleast hey how are you today; Do you have a mvp card or something. But other than that. It's a great store! Manager on duty he is always nice n in a good mood and lending a hand to go outta his way..

The people that work in this store are pretty friendly. But the clincher of stopping shopping at this store happened this past weekend. 5 minutes after entering the store the power went out. People were shopping with their phone lights which was no big deal. After about ten minutes an employee told us to check out or we would have to come back. So we go to the front to check out and it's cash only, which is understandable. But why is there no generator to get the power back on. What happens with the meat and stuff in the coolers. I know the power wasn't out long but stores should have a generator. I know they won't throw away any meat or other foods that go bad because of lost power.

I'm staying in the area temporarily and this is my go-to store. I've never experienced so many nice employees in one store before. Between the cashiers and the manager, it's a pleasant experience. The other day, I was looking for lense wipes and I couldn't find them. The manager was moving a pallet of items and stopped what he was doing to take me to the item I was looking for. Cashiers are pleasant to talk to and just really nice. I also placed an order today for grocery delivery and it got to me in less than an hour. I go here and shop about every 2 days. I know it's just a store but I'm going to miss it when I move lol. Good job Food Lion!

Very nice store. I come here often. I had one problem with a older, mouthy cashier twice. The manager handled it professionally and took care of the rude lady. I have been coming back since and have not had any rudeness or disrespect towards me or in front of children. Very happy with being able to have things handled appropriately and timely. Food is always amazing in this store and fresh. Love it

I love this store since they remodeled it. The lay out is nice. It makes shopping the perimeter easy. The employees are sooo sweet and nice to deal with. It just seems like everyone there is so friendly with everyone else. They bag the cold items in blue bags and the other things go into the regular store bags
