This is my absolute favorite grocery store, very clean and staff is usually helpful, the best part being check out is quick. I have two things to complain about though, recently I went to get cold cuts, and to employees stood there and kept working for about 5 minutes. Acting like they didn't see me, finally, an employee comes off the floor and says oh. They're just going to act like they didn't see you I guess, and bless her heart-- SHE helped me. My only other gripe is the prices at this store have went out of control, I do understand it's inflation and it's everywhere but seems a little extra at FL.

Used to go here a lot and it was decent. I went today and the girl at the register smacked my hand and took My ID! This place is insane! If this issue isn't addressed I'll never give them my business again!

I gave a 3 score because all the produce could be better. Already showing signs of goind bad. The food lion tortilla chips are constistently over salted to the point of giving someone a heart attack.

While the Food Lion near me is the one I visit the most, they don't have as much variety as other Food Lions in the area. I used to work here long ago too. It's your basic local grocery store. Associates are friendly and helpful. Great cakes from the bakery too.

Always clean and employees are very respectful. Great customer service skills. Has a great selection of food to choose from. I shop food lion all the time. Not as crowded and you can take time to view products and decide what you want without being bombarded with everyone else in the way. The only thing that I would like to see come back is employees taking groceries to your car and loading them. Miss that ..

The promo signs aren't current on some of the products, and the customer service is lacking. Twice the manager on duty has taken the customer behind me when the cash registers back up with no communication as to why. If you want good customer service go to the one of Wilkesboro hwy or old mountain rd.

This location is constantly backed up with customers but my wait was only 30 - 35 minutes which I think was pretty quick.The tech brought me the dipstick from my vehicle to show me it was a full crankcase but the oil did not look feesh and clear. They wanted to replace my nasty air filter but their price for it was prohibitive.All in all it went relatively but there was no proof offered that they filled my engine with Valvoline. I asked that the transfer case (which I know was low) and the rear end fluid levels be checked and they were "fine".The cost was less than $60 and for what I got un return....not sure if I got my moneys' worth. Not sure if I'll be back or not.

Always a joy to shop at this Food Lion! Clean well staffed efficient store I have shopped at in over a year! It's always a joy for Misty Mayberry in the deli to make sure everything is a okay!! Wonderful experience!! Will definitely shop at this Food Lion again

Employees are always nice and always a good place to go to but I am DONE buying meat from there. This is the 4th time I have gotten meat well before the expiration date and it was bad when I opened it! With meal planning with all the kids we have and all the food we buy it is no longer worth it to me!! I'm honestly Mad!

My neighborhood store! Always clean employees are helpful and sometimes friendly. They are never rude or anything they just lack the friendly service at the front of store! No one ever smiles unless they are talking to each other! The rest of the time they look scared or something. Except one guy in the back! He’s been there a long long time I think he is an assistant manager he is always working on something in the store and yet always smiles & speaks! Need to put him up front & let him train the others! I will continue to shop here because it’s so close, clean & no one is rude!

The staff here has always been friendly and supportive of their customers. The prices can be a bit up there but if you catch them on sale you can get a great value. The store is always clean and well stocked.

I like Food Lion...Prices are okay. With inflation these days, prices are going up everywhere. I understand that, it just doesn't make it any easier on your pocketbook. So I shop deals and sales and thankful for my MVP card.I still prefer Food Lion versus the big box stores such as Walmart. It's more convenient and you can get in and out a lot quicker. Check out is faster (they actually have cashiers), it's smaller, less crowded, less cars in the parking lot so you don't have to walk the length of a football field to get into the store, better quality of produce. Everyone's nice and the store is clean.

My Instacart order was ALL messed up,turns out when you do an order to pick up they use your email address, so my fault in that. A food lion associate named Taylor Newton helped me get everything all turned around and set me on the right road. She was very kind and listened to me, even in my frustrations and I give her props for not laughing at me! She turned a bad experience into a good one! Thank you Again Taylor!

Love the service and friendliness from employees here. I switched to the to go app, and my order has been correct and always quick to load my car and get me gone, so I can get home. Dont forget to tip these hard workers a little goes a long way

This is our local Food Lion and we love it. The store is always clean, well stocked, and staffed by friendly, helpful employees. The deli and bakery offers delicious prepared items to complete your trip. Great store !!

Employees great. Customers not social distancing and 3/4 was not wearing masks. Most of them cannot read the one way. I wish there would be 1 employee that monitored the store. Especially for the ones that are trying to do the right thing.

I was at an appt and needed to pickup a few things from Food Lion. This location is easy to see from traffic going by. They have a good sized parking lot with handicap parking spaces. The best part for me is that all of the local Food Lion stores have very similar items inside the store, also similar cost. For me the store is about 15 or 20 minutes from my home. Because of the Corona Virus everyone has to wear a mask. All shopping carts are sanitized between customers and then the cards are placed inside in a row so that people can choose what size cart they need

The Food Lion on Turnersburg Hwy, has excellent service, you don't have to wait in long lines. The whole Team, managers, cashier's, stockers, they make you feel at home. They don't have attitudes, or like they hate the world or mad to have to be at work. They make the experience friendly, an make you feel comfortable. They offer help, even if they don't know. They will go outta their way to find the answer. Couldn't ask for a better place to shop.

They're so rude when it comes to explaining why the cars issues happens, even though my card needs replaced and it doesn't show my numbers and my name barely. I explain to them the issue and I k new card number by hard and it's not like I'm gonna learn a stranger card or try to use it if it wasnt me. I always visit this location because I live within 3-5 mins.
