Excellent customer service! I had an issue regarding a purchase and the store manager Chad was professional and friendly he resolved my issue within minutes! I always come to this family dollar and everyone here is friendly! Chad the store manager is a great asset to family dollar keep up the great work!

Overweight blonde cashier is alwaysRude without reason and acts like she can't get off her cell to come check you out. All other employees are cool. This is my go to store.

Good staff -- friendly service! Reasonable assortment of items, some not found anywhere else. Item turnover however is pretty fast. If it's here today and you want or need it, get it now ... it may not be here tomorrow!Prices overall are good and reasonable. Not all plasticware is properly labelled. I purchased 2 measuring cups on 2 separate occasions. Neither were labeled "hand wash only" ... BOTH MELTED first time washed in my dishwasher! They do NOT carry glass or porcelain or non-plastic dishes.

Store has been closed for four days for a remodel that was supposed to take three days. Can’t get anyone to ever answer the phone. Also can’t get a straight answer about when they will reopen.

Always only have one person running the store. Cashier with red glasses barely EVER understands a word of English and the customers are the ones who suffer for it.

For a small neighborhood store, they have a pretty good assortment of products. But if they don't have what you need, good possibility the supermarket (Compare Foods) 0.3 mi away, & across the street, has what you need. They are bigger.

They rip me off of 5 dollars...I paid $40 and my total was $28.11. She gave me a five dollar bill an a one dollar bill and change... I want to go back and complain but it's five dollars .. I guess I donated it...:(

It's crowded alot n they have cashier's standing around but only one register is open. N the parking lot is so nasty looking.

Not very well maintained. Air conditioner was not working. Store needs organization a little better. Probably needs more employees.
