It was my first time putting my sweet boy Zeus in a kennel. He did awesome and the staff was awesome!! I was able to enjoy my vacation with no worries at all. The staff was super friendly and updated me with pictures and responded pretty quickly anytime I needed. Thanks Fairwinds team for treating my pup like family! The pictures outside are Zeus on vacation at Fairwinds and the other 2 are on the way home after picking him up!!

Although I am grateful it appears our fur babies were well cared for, I was disappointed with the arrangements that were agreed upon at time of booking not being honored. We had a flight home and asked ahead of time if there would be any issues or charges if we were running late (up to 30 min) for pick up and was told if it's just 30 min or less, as long as I called, there would be no issues or fees. So we did call an hour before closing knowing we would be a few minutes after their closing time, spoke with Karen, she said they would stay and wait...we arrived 8 minutes after and was charged a late pick up fee with no notice. Just disappointed in the friendly accommodations that were verbally discussed and then a surprise fee at pick up with no explanation except the kind girl watching our pets said it was added.

King has been boarding here for almost 10 years. They are the only ones I have ever trusted with his care. Karen is a great person and always willing to work with me to accommodate him when asked on short notice. Exceptional and excellent care at all times.

My dog stays there regularly. I just picked her up from 4 day trip, and she was awesome. Well cared for, she was happy, she was content. They obviously treat her like family. I could not recommend it more highly.

We have been leaving our dog Tigger at Fairwinds Animal Stay for a few years now whenever we go on a trip. Karen is always so great with Tigger and has a waiting kennel for him. They take care of all of his needs, when he has medications they make sure he gets them on time. There kennels are always clean and never smell. Our dog is happy to stay with them and is always clean and happy when we pick him up. You can leave your dog at Fairwinds for a day or a week, just call ahead around the holidays because she fills up fast. We love Karen and her family.

For my 14 yr old Shi Tzu, it was a pleasant experience to pick him up after 5 nights and he was clean, happy, and didn't seem to care that it was time to go home. Karen is amazing. The facility is awesome. I highly recommend this facility when you cannot take your pets with you. We are very particular with our pets and how they are treated. I will definitely use this facility anytime I need pet care in the future!!

I picked up my puggle yesterday to find her lying in a pee-soaked bed and unable to bark because of throat hoarseness. She was stretching her legs this morning and stopped because her back leg was paining her. Her treats that I took for them to give her had not even been opened andI was given no receipt for the cash money I paid. I'm very disappointed in this boarding, since my dog has never had to be put in one before and experienced such an awful stay. Just broke my heart.
