Not a good experience. My hot latte was as cold as two water for which I had to wait for 10 min while the server prepared my coffee. The server was constantly talking to someone with her headphones on. Not happy as we couldn't even go back to get another coffee since there was a traffic jam near this place.Vegetarian options: Avocado toast

I came thru the drive thru at this location and was told to pull to the front door because I was waiting for fresh food. Fresh food should come hot correct? My eggs in all 4 of my wraps were still frozen. When I return for HOT food this time Alyssa was so aggravated that I left the food on the counter she processed it talk junk about me being upset about my cold food I had to wait on. This girl does not need to be in customer service at all. I’ve been in customer service a long time & to be irritated because you handed out cold food is very unprofessional. As long as they they these employees I will not ever return. Beautiful location terrible service!

Don’t bother going through the drive thru if you have things to do. Multiple days this week and their employees are in there standing around and skipping through the store like they have nothing to do. My coffee sat in the same spot for 10 min. When 3 people stood with their backs to the window. Terrible service. Go to Starbucks and pay the extra money for the better service.

Actual terrible service I said hello at the drive thru speaker in a friendly way and automatically got snapped at like you can’t ask people how there doing today anymore like I understand they may be short staffed but personally as a fast food work I would never yell at someone through the speak then on top of that when I get to the window this bald man snaps at me and my boyfriend once again cause I simply asked if he can add a donut the service was awful like if your so irritated in your old age working here maybe you should find a real job for yourself if I can give a 0 I would

I'm going to give this store a five-star rating today only because an employee named AMBER who made mine and my 4-year-old son's experience great my son he wanted to try it he loves Donuts instead he wanted ice cream. I got coffee. I was unsatisfied with the scoop he was given I mention to the cashier to to take a look at what she had given him to make sure it was Fair & she declared it was. I was heartbroken I showed it to another employee her name she said was AMBER and asked if that was correct without hesitation she fixed our Broken Heart and gave him an extra Fair portion thank you Amber for a great customer service it's only because of your kindness that I will give you five star rating! may God bless you and thank you for making my son a happy camper today! your kindness and your beautiful smile and great customer service will not be forgotten you never forget those who are kind to you thank ms. Ordered a frozen cookie butter coffee with oatmilk. They argued with my husband and just kept asking hot or iced. Like girl we said frozen. Waited way too long for a single coffee and it wasn’t even the right flavor or with oat milk. After reading other reviews I’m convinced their staff is just untrained and underdeveloped

Normally I love DD. This specific day however we went inside and were not in a rush to be anywhere. I ordered the maple bacon croissant and my husband ordered another similar breakfast sandwich with hash browns and snaking bacon. We waited about 15-20 minutes for this order. Both of our sandwhiches had FROZEN eggs on them when they came out. We returned it for fresh ones which took another 20 minutes at least. This time they were very good. The facility was very dirty. There were rotten bananas hanging. The icecream tubs had cross contamination from other flavors in them. Every single table was dirty and needed cleaning. I am not sure if we caught them on an off day but the place was out of sorts. The ladies behind the counter were however very kind and seem to be in great moods. Very courteous employees.

the service is too bad! the employees are in a bad mood at all times, they serve the burnt food and when you ask them to change it or give you your money back they just get angry and their attitude gets worse! If you are going to have a bad attitude, it is best not to work in a place where you have to deal with many people all day.

when they first reopened i had a great first experience, sadly every single time since it’s been horrible , ordered a large iced coffee with extra pumps was told it was $49 then today 11/4/23 i went back ordered a large coffee with extra pumps and it took 15 mins to make my coffee and then on top of that it wasn’t even made right it tastes like absolute trash. definitely recommend going to the broad street location the service is always excellent and the coffee is made RIGHT.

Needing a place to recharge my devices and starving early in the morning I decided to patronize this local Dunkin. Friendly service and short wait time considering how busy they were during the morning rush. My vanila latte was hot and tasty. The garlic bagel was fresh and perfectly toasted, just a little too much cream cheese on it but no biggie. Lots of seating available indoor and outdoor. I was also happy to see a good amount of USB and electric outlets available for customer use under bench seating. There is also a Baskin Robbins within same building although it wasn't open when I stopped in.

The pumpkin spice latte i ordered today was one of the best ones i had !! Will go again hopefully its made the same lol... went yesterday and today to get a pumpkin spice latte again and they were not good at all ... :( may try again next week hopefully comes out good...

On top of that you reread our order and when we come to the window you charge us because you didn’t ring it up… someone needs to start taking responsibility with managing the store and how some employees are working.

TRASH! The morning Saturday shift 9.9.23 do not know anything! They need to be retrained and understand the menu. My coffee was extremely sweet. A cold brew with 1 pump of vanilla bean should not taste like a cake! They used French vanilla instead of vanilla bean smh! The eggs bites were broken and thrown at the bottom of bag. sigh…… 1 on 1 training is needed!

Usually this is a good shop, but not so today. At the drive-thru, I ordered two plain bagels with cream cheese toasted, a regular coffee and a decaf. The bagels were not toasted, there was barely any cream cheese, and I didn’t get the decaf! Was given two regulars instead!

Absolutely horrible. Went inside and ordered a frozen mocha coffee. The 2 employees were struggling to keep up with the drive thru and counter while the manager stood around doing absolutely nothing to help them. Prime example of authority going to someone's head. Anyway, after legit probably fifteen minutes and watching people who came after me get their orders, I asked the manager if my frozen coffee was done. There was a white drink sitting on the counter and she basically barked at me that it was mine. Took it and walked out. It was FROZEN MILK! Absolutely zero coffee. How do you forget coffee in a coffee!? Maybe get off your high horse and help out. Lead by example, help guide your employees in times of frustration.
