Ordered a chicken croissant today and some coffee, it’s my usually order. I got no cheese and a child’s portion of chicken on my sandwich. Whoever took my order, rang the item up as a Chicken Bacon Sandwich and that is not what I ordered: I figured I’d just eat it anyways since I paid for it, but I took one bite and pulled out a bright blonde hair from my mouth. How delicious. Definitely disappointed with Dunkin’ today.

When we stopped here we were a little hesitant. It appears to share the space with a pizza shop which is odd. We went through the drive-Thru, and right by the speaker box, there were two employees sitting on crates smoking. I found this disrespectful to ordering customers as smoke blew into our car. Arriving at the window, the appearance of the employees uniforms did not ease our nerves at all (some wearing sweat pants).All that being said, everything we ordered was correct and yummy! (Went through quick as well)

Ordered here on our mini road trip. All was nice, clean and efficient but employee gossipping about members and ordering free coffees. My husband was standing nearby, unseen and heard her. We spend a LOT of money at Dunkin and save our rewards specifically for our family vacations. We are not only members, we are boost members. We redeemed a specialty drink and a medium coffee. My husband is a Dunkin member as am I because he often works out of state. We both visit Dunkin between 3-5 times a week.. so, all that being said, sorry if our "free" coffees were a bother. Store was empty. Hope it didn't burden anyone too badly.

This is a local franchise owned Dunkin' and is BY FAR the best Dunkin' around. They are much better than the Dunkin' Corporate shop on Highway 21 in Statesville. Orders are always accurate. Staff is always attentive and friendly. My only complaint is that the store isn't closer to my home! Great job guys keep up the good work.Parking: Parking is not great for this location due to the size of the lot and shared space with Hungry Howies Pizza. The drive thru frequently spills out into the road due to this. Still a great Dunkin' though despite the negative parking and drive-thru situation.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We went in to get a 1/2 dozen donuts and coffee. The girl who waited on us had on gloves on full of chocolate from getting the previous order. She rang us up touching the screen and then started to get are donuts with the same dirty gloves on! She then proceeded to stack the donuts on top of each other in a bag. The bags were covered in chocolate and on our donuts that are not even chocolate! I asked if we could get new donuts in a box instead of a bag. And with an additide she pulled out the donuts from the bag and put them in a box, same freaking gloves on. The donuts are ruined at this point. My husband and I decided to cancel the order bc I am not eating this let alone my kids. We told the girl we wanted to cancel because she didn't change her gloves and the order is a mess. With an attitude the girl got the manager and told her we wanted to cancel bc she didn't change her gloves.As the manager is canceling our order the girl is putting our messed up dirty donuts back on the shelf for someone else to eat still with her dirty gloves on!!!! I feel bad for anyone in that drive through that is about to get those donuts!! The fact that she didn't think she was doing anything wrong amazes me. How many other people do they do this to?

My experience is always sorry 😐 how do you ban someone for giving and honest review??!! My wife gets banned as well as me bc she got money threw at her and threatened by employees!!! Boycott this store all Together bc if something is wrong with your coffee and you speak up for yourself you'll be banned bc they are never wrong at this location!!!

Ordered through Doordash, and they got my order wrong. Instead of a tasty Bagel sandwich, I got a hard stale dry bread which was too tough to eat. They also did not get me the donut my grandvaby picked out. Instead I got a dry plain donut with nothing on it. Not even glazed. I guess they think that they can just use Doordash orders to get rid of old an unwanted stuff.

Love this location! Always super friendly staff, I visit a little too often. They have always been quick to fix any issues for me, especially when ordering on the app. They were out of one donut I ordered for my son, but we ended up getting the last spider donut so I consider that a win. It made him extra happy as we have pet spiders. Hah this Dunkin is cute, cosy inside, + the new halloween donuts & peanut butter cup coffee flavor are amazing! I'm not a big fan of pumpkin spice flavors, so when I saw they had coffee & donuts that were my fav color (orange) + PB cup flavored I was super excited to try! They have all been way too delicious!Vegetarian options: Other than the meat on some food items everything seems to be vegetarian. They also have multiple non dairy "milk" options for coffee or other drinks.Kid-friendliness: Well it is my son's favorite place. They are always very kind & sweet when he starts chatting up the donut bearers.

Thoroughly disgusted at management here. The obese manager Daniel was super rude to my wife and I. I also heard him use profanity to the teenage girls working there! The regular workers were nice but were embarrassed by the unprofessional ogre. Would not recommend.

The so called over weight manager was rude. Said they didn't have a district mgr. Wouldn't honor the deal on the app. Told me oh well. SMH Maybe quit eating all the donuts and focus on customer satisfaction.

Last 5 times I've came through the drive thru I've had my order made wrong. They've try to pass off cold brew for a latte 3 times. Today I got handed two hot coffee which one was ice cold to the touch. Huge inconvenience to have to come inside and wait 10 extra minutes Everytime I place an order.

This morning at 7am, my husband and I stopped at the Dunkin Doughnuts and the guy working the drive thru was handling money, people's cards, touching the register and handling food all without gloves!!!! 😡Something needs to be done or people are going to get sick!!!! 🤢 We left immediately.

Waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes and watched employees smoking cigarettes outback instead of helping expedite the coffee purchase experience. Is a cigarette break that important at 830 am or servicing customers that are on their way to work. I was unable to comprehend the delay in service so I departed from the line along with other customers.

I loooove this Dunkin! The service is great 99% of the time and the employees are almost always smiling and cheery and nice! The manager guy seems to really have the store under control and seems respected by his team. I get the best service when he's there. My drink is always right unless a new person makes it (because I'm that customer with the complicated drink) but I'm patient so manager guy always fixes it for me. My favorite place for coffee and bagels.

Wonderful. We got four sandwiches to go. All tasted really fresh, and the coffee wasn't stale or bitter either. We ordered one donut and they gave us a second for free. Both delicious. Thanks Dunkin!

I order today a chocolate croissant I didn't notice until I was on my way to work. My croissant was burned and hard as a rock. Couldn't even break it with my hand. I tried calling no one answered I left a voice mail and no response. VERY UPSET AS I USED TO BUY THERE ALOT GUESS NOT ANYMORE.

it's incredible the lack of common sense this people have.I came couple times and look like they don't put attention what the customer say. the Coffee here has Terrible taste. They don't listen people request; or they don't care. It's nothing more upsetting that have a coffe with a horrible flavor first time at the morning, I'll never come back again.

Almost every time I come here to get coffee my lid comes right off my hot coffee while I am driving!!! At first I let it go but the 3rd time around I have coffee spill all over my car and I have cloth interior and now have to pay for my car to be detailed!!!! I called and complained to the owner I think his name is Dave and he said he would look into it. I didn’t even get offered another $2 coffee replacement that was spilled all over my car! I would not be coming here any more I am driving across town for now on to the other dunkin location.

Love Dunkin donuts best donuts in town I believe by personal opinion. they are definitely willing to work with you if you are planning on having large orders of certain items and you are one of those who plan ahead of time. Location very clean, great coffee, and decent customer service. Best thing about this Dunkin donuts is its location.

We recently used Dunkin Donuts to cater a breakfast for our employees. It was a complicated order spanning multiple days. Not only did everything come out correct, the manager gave us a nonprofit discount which really helped with the cost. Employees were very happy. Plus, Dunkin Donuts coffee is hard to beat.
