Wife went into store and needed assistance and she asked one of the staff for help. Staff first ignored her and my wife asked again for assistance and the lady told her that she was busy listening to her music. Very poor customer service!!!

I like going to the Dollar Tree for many things. They usually have what I am looking for. This time I was surprised to see that they have some small bags of freeze dried fruits. I got a couple of bags, one with apples and another with mixed fruits to try them out. The apples were pretty good. They are 6 oz bags.

The cashier that told me she worked there for 14 years lol was so rude to me and my husband! His card was declined twice and him knowing he had money so he pulled it up and showed her!! Well then she said to swipe it so he did and it finally went through!! Well we had a whole buggy full of stuff that we took out the door so I parked the buggy in front of the door so I wouldn’t have to walk it back up and took my stuff to the car and she flies out the door and calls me lazy!! Well my intentions were to take the buggy back in the store I just didn’t feel like pushing it back up so I left it at the door!! But she says to me well we don’t take the carts outside says who! I used to work for dollar tree years ago and that was never said!! Whoever this chick is needs some customer service skills!! If you don’t want to deal with the public get another job!!

The ladies at the registers were very nice 🙂 It was the first Dollar (and a quarter) Tree I have been to with $5 items. 💵🌴 😆 They were a little more upscale than the typical offerings; however, I would say a little less quality than items you would get at Michael's or Aldi, so I prob would not spring for the priceier items but that's just my preference.

Wonderful staff. Very helpful,go above and beyond to make sure you have the right items and the correct amount. The ladies out on broad St will make sure you have a great shopping experience. They are willing to go in the stock room and get what they have , open a special register and help get it in your vehicle.will call the other store if they don't have enough in stock.Unfortunately, the store next to Big Lots on Hwy 21deserves a 2 🌟 rating, and that is being generous. I did get some help until I asked if they carried a certain product that the other store had a limited amount of. I was told that I would have to ask the merchandiser. When I asked if they had any of another item back in stock, I was told that I should see the back room. She didn't want to go back there and look. Too much stock to go through. bought over 300 items ,two buggies full and no help even opening the door to get out to my car.Who would you shop with??

Great merchandise. Usually have several people working but the only reason I didn't give you a 5* is because it takes so long to get a second person on the register when there's a line. It only takes a few minutes and they can get back to stocking shelves. A little help is needed in placement of some of the merchandise that could boost sales. Every thing else is pretty good.

Met one of the sweetest, most personable cashiers I have ever met today. Extremely patient, she handled a long, long line of customers single-handedly in a most calm, and efficient manner. Not only that, she also had the wherewithall to greet customers with a smile and a welcome as they entered the store to shop. Talk about grace under fire! Well done, Dollar Tree!

Love the selection and value, but the one on East Broad needs to hire associates that act like they at least halfway like people! The one who waited on me today just grabbed my purchases and started ringing them up, no greeting, no conversation, nothing....I've been to that same one before and had several different associates give me great customer service! This one has ALWAYS been the same everytime I've been in there, she treated the woman in front of me today the same....

I LOVE our Dollar Tree Stores. I started getting too hot while in the store due to a health condition. SHANITRA had checked me out & so kind💕. I told her I was going to have to go outside after I had already paid. But I wasn't able to even take my $21.00+ purchases with me I was so sick. It's NOT COVID❗It's like a heat stroke❗It was almost closing time. I made it to my car & was dark out. I was so sick & 💕SHANITRA💕 comes to my car with my bags💕. She realizes how sick I was & puts my bags in my back seat❤. HOW SWEET WAS THAT❗I'm so thankful SHANITRA came to check on me & took care of bags. What GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, EMPATHY & KINDNESS. She was genuinely concerned for me, advised me to sit in my AC, sip a SODA I had with me. I stayed & finally got well enough to call someone that met me at home, got all my pkgs, made sure I got parked & took me in home. Another very kind person that answered a crying call. THANK YOU,💕 SHANITRA💕, & I hope your are recognized for your KINDNESS even at time to close your store YOU took time to help someone in trouble & alone❤💋❤❗❤💛❤ ❤💛❤ ❤💛❤I

This is a great place to shop for lots of things but I go there primarily for greeting cards. The ones I bought today were 2/$1. Much cheaper than a drugstore or Hallmark store.

This dollar tree in particular, I feel had more varieties. For example, I went in to buy birthday decor and they had more pompom streamer color options, streamer designs, and birthday balloon designs to choose from.

Understocked continuously, longest lines of any dollar tree I've been to, and horribly rude staff. Reached my breaking point and literally never going back to this dirty dollar tree again.
