I hate to leave negative reviews and I hardly ever do. But I was looking for a specific brand of pain relief medication and I had looked and looked down the pain relief and other medication aisle and couldn’t find it. Well I asked one of the employees working if she could help me find it in the aisle. And she looked at me and then looked in the direction that I had just been in and pointed and told me it was there. Did not give me any help trying to find it. Just pointed. I like to consider myself to be very independent and able to find things easily so I eventually found the medication. But her instructions were not helpful. Not to mention she was just very rude. Not only to me but her other employee. The other employee was SUPER nice and so sweet and I should have gone to her to begin with.

Boxes everywhere. Employees themselves have no clue where anything is. I tried asking for help, from manager, with the “5 off 25 coupon” and her response was “I don’t know”. Girl with colorful hair is the only helpful employee. Will happily drive across town to other dollar generals.

Hands down worst experience, barely knew how to do a dollar general job which is sad, treated me like a criminal for checking out with wine and absolutely arrogant customer service, literally never had worse

I love Dollar General. It is a great store with a lot of good prices. The staff is friendly, and they usually can tell me if they carry items and where to find things. I suggest they mark the prices on all items even though you may ask the cashier for a price check.

This was probably the most cluttered, messy Dollar General I've ever been in. To the point of being a danger to customers. I saw one lady holding her child close to her while trying to shimmy by the fully loaded over head high carts full of merchandise on the shampoo aisle. The lady working was nice but she was also trying to do some kind of book work and another lady was busily stocking. I don't know who but someone needs more help in there to get it cleaned up. Luckily I only needed a few things and it's not my regular DG!!

I like to shop here. I can get groceries, healthcare items, socks, underclothes, shoes, clothes, toys, jewelry, personal care items, cards, baby stuff, household cleaning supplies and items, bug sprays, party stuff, balloons, plant stuff and other things. It is very convenient and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The employees here are great and very helpful. The manager Louise gave me a basket so I didn't have to carry everything in my hands. That goes to show that they really care and want to make sure you got everything you need while you're there.

This store NEVER has what you need in stock! I have been here 2 different times within the last few months and they are completely out of gallons of water each time. Also, the store is always messy and unorganized. There is always stuff sitting around in the aisles. Not a good store in general. ☆☆

This store has a lot of potential but as a customer and former employee the company dose not really bother them selves with true concerns and i have never been so disappointed and treated so disrespectfully in my whole in the work force. Also don't drink from water fountains unless you or your kids want to get burned it comes out hot water and the company knows about it for a while as i was informed by management.

If I need something quick or simple I don't mind going here. This store is pretty messy and sometimes it is hard to walk down the aisles with product scattered in the floor. There is no way this store meets ADA standards.

My wife and I have been shopping at DG for years. Usually the aisle s are somewhat cluttered. But due to convenience and low prices the minor distraction has been tolerable. Today my wife visited the store on Wilkesboro highway and she was apalled at the condition of the store. It looked like the day after Christmas. EVERY aisle was messy and appeared no attempt was being made to correct the issue. We will NOT return to such a poorly managed esablishment.

Sent my boyfriend to get some things for our baby since we are visiting the area. At 8:56 the manager refused to let him in because she didn’t want any more people to come in but the store said it closed at 9pm. Super rude service we only needed nail clippers. Terrible customer service.

They have better prices on some things. I am on a tight budget plus it's very convenient and right next to Food Lion. So if I need something from the grocery store I don't have to drive very far.

That store is the most cluttered unorganized store I've ever been to. I thought I had seen bad before but I never expected this mess in a newer store. Could hardly push a buggy thru the isle. So disappointed

It's mostly about convenience, you won't save much money really. I don't like that it's deceiving in that way. Just save a bit more money and get the better item at a better store.

The associate helped us find packing tape and dispensers. Just after the holidays so they were pretty much cleaned out.

I visit several Dollar General's in the area on a regular basis and this is by far the most unorganized one of them all. The staff is nice enough which is a plus, at least.

Merchandise was all over the floors. No organization at all. How do they do inventory like this. Will not visit again.
