No drive thru hardly ever open meds not ready when automated refill system says it will be. Meds out of stock sometimes have to order 2 days in advance. Not enough help in pharmacy!

My wife was told by the pharmacy that she could not be given the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine on Saturday even after being told to come in that the expected winter storm it would be OK. Not only was she turned away on Saturday but the person checking her in sign the card as if she received the shot the pharmacist refused to put a free shot in arm to say come back on your apartment day. We did though a winter storm and CVS not open the State required for my wife to be fully vaccinated I really don't understand this person's thought that it's OK to risk the livelihood of someone when you cou have simple given the shot to a person who was on file for appointment the next day. They show up and you don't

I've always been treated courteously by everyone in the store. Any time I've needed guidance or assistance, someone is always happy to help me immediately. The techs assist me as quickly as possible, and the pharmacist has always come around to help me with otcs when I've needed guidance.

The pharmacy techs are rude and uncaring. I was in line waiting to drop my prescriptions off and the tech, Amy, that was going to take my script, ran to the drive up to show another techs sister her earings. Then another tech came over (Veronica), did not say a word and held her hand out for me to give her my prescriptions. She asked when i wanted to pick it up, i said ASAP she just glared at me and rudely said "you have 3 ahead of you" i said how long, and she snapped back at me with, youre going to wait 20mins.I do not appreciate being treated like this, and i will not be back here.
