The Center St. CVS has, by far, the BEST clerks, the cleanest, well-stocked store and their Pharmacy is constantly wide open. Hardest working folks I have ever seen. I recommend this location because they actually seem to care about me as a person, not just a customer. That goes far in my book.

Just another reason to be disappointed, came in at 7:58 to all the pharmacy windows closed and the signs “new hrs” say close at 8. Why even keep the store open after that? Just say you want to go home earlier.

The pharmacy has gotten terrible. Staff is not helpful, trained or competent. They have no idea what’s going on. Hours are continuously changing with no notice. I’ve been given the wrong prescription or amount of the medicine on more than one occasion. Not the people I want handling my prescription needs. Medications are too important to trust to this pharmacy at the current time.

Rude - How is it that I've been sitting at the drive thru for 10 mins with 1 car in front of me picking up prescription and by the time I rolled to the window, it is locked up and closed? It was exactly 8 pm on the dot by the time it was my turn. There were 2 other cars behind me. The lady who was closing the register at the window just acted like I wasn't there, even when she looked at me. At least tell me that the pharmacy is closed.

Tuesday Sept 5th, 3:20PM. I've been on hold for to verify a prescription for a total of 75 minutes. Two calls, as I thought the first one went to a black hole. Apparently all holes are black here. Pathetic service.

Pharmacy staff here is great! Pharmacists are very knowledgeable! They process Rx fills and refills quickly most of the time. Shopping in this store is usually pleasant.My only problem is with the chain in general. They are quickly pricing themselves out of the local market! I have noticed many, too many, items going up and up in price. They are losing their competitive edge. Finding myself shopping elsewhere for many items I used to always buy here. I remember when the original owner opened his first store. It isn't anything like that any more!

I been going to this location for almost a decade. In the past, this location was great: The staff was friendly, professionally, and knew how to address problems quickly; it was an in-and-out process. Now, it has deteriorated to abysmal levels where customers have medication delayed for days, as I'll explain below.On July 7th of 2021, my doctor paid the remaining balance of my medication, after hearing about my financial troubles. During the time, I was on short-term disability and payment(s) have been delayed. I was unaware that my doctor paid my prescription and I called on July 10th to pay the remainder that my insurance didn't cover. The staff told me: "A black truck paid and picked the medication up." Puzzled, I thought someone stole my identity.Turns out, it was my doctor. Unfortunately, it was Sunday and I had to plead with them to give me at least a few days worth of supply. I ran out Thursday and decided to pick the medication up from my doctor. My doctor office's receptionist told me it never left their facility and after they argued with them on the phone for several minutes, they "Magically" found it. A few hours passed since then and since I was already driving around, I went to the store to pick up the medication..... Take a guess at what happened next.......I was told the medication was picked up, despite having this conversation already!!!!! After asking the other staff, the pharmacist discovered it was in the bin. Why in the world could they not check there in the beginning?!?!? The pharmacist suppose to be college-educated?! What?! It's like their brains are turned off sometimes. There was no care, compassion, or anything! Just "I don't know how to solve the problem," despite it's something a Kindergarten can solve! Jesus........

I was at my doctors office doing a follow up, he sent my scripts to the pharmacy and normally when that happens you go to the pharmacy and it's not ready. Well, I just went by to give them my new insurance information and they had all of them ready but one that they have to order. So, 4 out of the 5 were ready. Great job, thank you

I have been going to this pharmacy for almost a year and find everyone on the staff helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly! My prescriptions are always ready when I go to pick them up and, unlike walgreens, they are never out if the prescription medications I need. This is a great store!

I was on hold 3 different time for over 10 minutes each time. I was told they sent one of my prescriptions back to the Dr without informing me. One prescription I was told would be there the next day after 3. I just happened to call at 8 this morning and it was magically there. Will be switching all my stuff. To top it all off there was a condescending woman on the phone. Maybe she will get bronchitis and have to suffer all night without her medicine. Will not be back!!!

I have always had an extraordinarily good experience when I go to CVS others have told me this fat and the other but I have never had any problems with CVS and almost anything I can think to want is in the store if I haven't purchased enough groceries something I forgot the grocery store or anything else I won't they even have clothing in that place they have eyeglasses they have makeup for men and women I'm talking about they have just anything you can think of when you want to eat when you want to quick snack Frozen foods as quick snack but they didn't even got that stuff in there oh the only thing that I know about CVS that I didn't like the other day I went in there and they were out of milk but that wasn't there fault that was we customers have gotten it all but usually they have milk in different size containers delicious milk and they have I believe it's got ice I'm not certain but I believe they've got ice and they've got just about anything and everything I've ever wanted to purchase in that store I don't see how anybody can say anything except give him a million stars

All CvS are not the same.!! I stop dealing with them for years ago in GA. But they are the best of the Best at the LOCATION! I feel like family and feel important! They are really EXCELLENT IN EVERYWay! I go to transfer script from Conover, Nc an PHARMACIST has never taking more than 30mins usually 15 for meds! They don't make you feel like u Not important! Love my PHARMACIST THAT'S got Tattoos she is NO#1 SHE is example for other locations!!!! She should get a raise luv her

Taylor and the Pharmacy team are the best. They remember names, faces, and are always friendly. Most of my repeat business is due to their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra step to resolve any issues and avoid potential issues. If I could give more stars, I would. The rest of the store is also stellar. I enjoy talking sports with one of the guys.

Went to pick up a prescription a week ago, they had it in the bag and I saw it with the pamphlet that had my name on it. Said I had to wait for an authorization. Waited a week and finally called my insurance to speed up the authorization and was told it didn't need to be authorized. Called the store to let them know and they said to pick it up in an hour. Showed up and was told the prescription was out of stock and I have to wait till tomorrow for it to come in. If it didn't come in I'd have to wait another day. Im changing pharmacy's and never coming back to this one .Way too stressful .

I’m always greeted nicely and waited on in a timely manner. The longest I’ve ever had to wait is maybe 30 mins. But that was probably more my fault than theirs because I was to busy shopping for other stuff. Lol. But all in all it’s convenient and I’ve always been treated with kindness.

Ask them not to fill perscription automaticly, do they listen "NO" had to stop texts . I gore phone calls. They start the same day I have been there to to get all the ones I NEED. Going to check on other pharmacies. NEED ONE THAT WILL HELP ME, NOT DRIVE ME NUTS.

I visit this location downtown Statesville 1-2 times each week if possible❣️ I'm ALWAYS greeted at the front of the store & am well known at the Pharmacy that ALWAYS calls me by name❣️They are ALWAYS busy but not too busy to acknowledge their regular customers ❣️ HELP is always offered❣️LOVE stopping by after Church Worship on Sunday, get a flyer, sit in Pharmacy area to check sales & check out back there❣️GREAT, FRIENDLY, Store to shop in even for a few groceries❣️ Keep up good work❣️...NANNY CAROL...
