This has been my c v s for 35 years They have become more like a CV s family to me and my family.There is not a person that works here that I just don't have such a heart For They are courteous kind respectful, loving caring knowledgeable. Clean Kid friendly atmosphere.Elderly friendly atmosphere everybody atmosphere I cannot think them enough for all the hard work that they do throughout the years. Seeing some of the samazing faces every time. You go, it's been comforting throughout the years and I'm truly saying a lot about the store when you have employees that have been there for years. Most of them, it says a lot it speaks volumes. I just am so blessed for the CDS and everyone who works so hard.There the day offer wonderful service.Not just one time but every time

Just an awesome staff there! Big shout out to my main girl Larin, Kristen, and Mama of photos, Kathy!!I had over 700 previous, old black, and white slides that I needed to develope from an old tin can we found in my late Father's closet. They were there through the entire 3 month process of sending them off and getting them developed. They knew me by name and greeted me each time. I feel part of the CVS family. I will now find excuse to stop by!

I love my CVS Pharmacy but if you're not shopping with Extrabucks and/or coupons, the retail end is higher priced than a lot of other places. I do shop with Extrabucks and coupons in retail and have used this CVS for over 30cl years. I began shopping with this location when it was in the Westpark Shopping Center beside Ingles. I love my pharmacists pharmacy techs and cannot say enough good about them. I always have great service and they know me and I know them and I trust them. I want my mother to change her pharmacy to this CVS because her pharmacy in Troutman is a joke. I drive out of my way to this pharmacy because they are great and if there's ever a problem with my meds, they call me. No many places do that. My mom's pharmacy simply cancels the order if there's a problem and I find out on their app on my phone.

I had an issue and the shift and store mgr. Handled the issue perfectly! Excellent customer service from Lauri the shift mgr. She made sure my needs were met she makes you want to come back to CVS! She gives me a reason to come back please give her my compliments. She is an asset to CVS.

I have revised my earlier post from about two years ago. I gave this location 1star due to issues with the pharmacist at the time and employees. I have revised my rating to 5 stars. In the last couple years this location has come a long way. There were some changes; and I have to say, for the better. The employees are courteous, and helpful. The changes definitely made a difference. I would recommend this location to anyone. I give the store manager credit for a job well done, and still being done. Keep up the good work~

You better count your pills if you use this pharmacy, and if they’re short prepare to get a hostile attitude from at least one of staff members when you point it out. Don’t expect an apology or anything that resembles good customer service.

Tried to get my second vaccine shot sign says walk in available waited for a half hour watched people just showing up for appointment go in front of me i understand they had an appointment but you can’t just keep pushing the customer back the pharmacist was extremely rude when I asked for my card back stating oh well should have made an appointment maybe they should quit advertising walk in availability

Just went thru the drive thru the lady NANCY working was rude and she acted like it was going to kill her to reach out the window a lil bit. VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL if u are that miserable get u a different job

Having full blown asthma attack came to get inhaler and was told would be over a hour. Private insurance, an inhaler is already ready to use in a box. Just no respect for patient care.

Would really like to see delivery service at all CVS stores, even if it meant a SMALL fee! For those of us without a vehicle it would mean a lot! Also having at least 1 or 2 drugstores open through the early morning hours to serve people leaving the hospital ER with Rxs that need to be filled immediately with pain meds or antibiotics, etc, would be helpful. Even if it was just a drive-thru window!
