I have been trying to get a hold of someone in the Pharmacy department for several hours. The phone rings without being picked up, and that is after fighting with their garbage automated system. When I finally can get to the pharmacy phone for it to ring, they don't answer it. When I try the front desk, it hangs up on me. When I tried the minute clinic extension, the lady whom I finally talked to said she couldnt do anything to help except direct me back to the automated system.

I depend on my doctor's and my pharmacy to get my medication right? But apparently I cannot count on CVS They keep dropping off medicines and not refilling them. Thy possibly could not get any slower. They're attitude is always like they're doing you at favor..

I’ve had my prescriptions filled at this location for more than 10 years. There have been pharmacists and employees come and go but recently the staff in the pharmacy including the new pharmacist are the most RUDE and unprofessional people you could have ever employed! Very huge mistake CVS! The store manager Brandon has always been extremely helpful and professional. This is no reflection to him at all!!! When I called in to check on my medicine I was hung up on twice and then when I finally did get someone and had my prescription filled they were very rude at the pick up window as well. ALL NEW PEOPLE in the pharmacy that has no clue what they are doing. Nothing but chaos!!! I have already moved some of my prescriptions to Publix (where some of the best pharmacist are currently at)!! Extremely disappointed in the lack of effort of the pharmacy employees at cvs on Hwy 21. CVS corporate office, please know you will lose ALOT of business due to your lack of caring for customers!!

Have bcbs. Just moved here in the area. They rejected my doctors office prior authorization and said "bcbs doesn't cover insulin"...what. I had to do 4 rounds of back and forth with my endocrinologist, cvs and our bcbs rep who was dumbfounded on why they would say that. Retrain your pharmacy staff please.

MAJOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING IS NEEDED FOR THE PHARMACY STAFF. Unbelievable how rude they are. Not to mention even when you just need a prescription filled they make you feel like a damn toddler that doesn’t know to be careful with medicine. Never had a pharmacist almost take my prescription after asking to have it filled till now. Terrible head pharmacist so rude and he’s always angry.🙄

Everyone was nice and welcoming. The store was clean, organized, and displayed great prices. Signs were easy to see and understand. The store is kept in great shape! Cashiers and front store employees are so friendly. Wonderful store!

The staff is always willing to help. The CVS club and their coupons help you save money. The pharmacy usually has my meds ready within 45 min of orderingOverall it is a very good store.I took off 1 star because corporate orders meds for the store and won't let the pharmacist order their own stock. They frequently run out of my pain medicine and I am left to suffer till the next day.Not cool! Corporate needs to not meddle in things they know nothing about. The pharmacist knows his customers and what they need. I have been getting my meds there for 10 years. The pharmacist knows what I get every month.Leave him alone to do his job! If it continues I will take my prescriptions and my business elsewhere. It is not the stores fault. Corporate idiots need to go back to their offices and stay out of the store's business

Everyone greeted me as I came in and as I left. Very friendly people. The highlight was seeing Mikayla at the minute clinic. She helped me so much and I felt understood and like she really cared. Amazing experience!

- Minute Clinic lady was having an attitude I did not like so I left. There should be no reason you talking to me with your hands. She seemed very entitled. Definitely don’t recommend coming here.

The check in lady and the nurse that work there were so nice and kind. Whatever doctor was working the morning of April 13th is very rude.Due to traffic I was 13 minutes late to arrival. She came out shaking her head and being blatantly rude to me like I was an elementary school student.I'm fully aware I was late and was doing everything I could to get there sooner. I don't need some woman being rude to me on top of it

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve never understood why they take 20 mins to answer their phones. I get that sometimes it’s crazy busy. There have been times I’m literally in the parking lot calling in my refill and MAYBE 4 cars in the parking lot. Maybe hire someone to just answer phones. Also the person that answers the phone should be NICE and HELPFUL. I get everyone has their days but if it’s 95% out of 100% bad then maybe it’s time to change your career. Very rude employees! I walk in hoping to get a flu shot and someone at the clinic part saw me and ignored me. The look in her face was as if saying I'm not helping you. I walked over to the pharmacy area and one lady saw me. She didn't question me until another customer asked me a question. THEN she asked me a question. But she didn't speak up because I have a hearing problem. I refuse to go back to this CVS if I have to make an appointment for just my flu shot when I can go to the one off of wilkesboro highway to get in and get out. Not happy with this CVS off of highway 21!

I have never had such rude service here. I went through the drive thru to pick up a prescription and the girl at the window had zero personality. I had one simple prescription and she was so rude. Then I called the manager to tell him about some kittens that I saw beside the dumpster behind their store and he was also rude. He could’ve cared less. I know his focus is running his store but a little heart people. Hopefully he will follow through and call animal control like he said he would but I have never had such rude customer service at this store.

I have been using CVS on Turnersburg Hwy for about 15 years and have never had anything but great service. The people up front are always nice and helpful. The pharmacy staff is always busy but still manage to make me feel important and appreciated. I have used the drive thru and also have went into the store and I always leave with a positive experience.

Worst pharmacy experience ever! Called in prescription was told it would be ready in an hour, went to pick up (2 hours later, so plenty of time to call me), but they did not have the medicine in the store! Was then told they would have it the next day after 3:00pm. I went after work and of course they did not have it then either, at this point they say they can’t get it and that basically tough luck. The only help they could give me was to go to another pharmacy and have my prescription transferred. As a new customer to this CVS this was my first and last experience. I have taken my business elsewhere and I urge you to do the same!

Just needed cough drops for my 4 year old doors were locked before closing time listed online. Literally would have taken me 2 minutes to go and grab cough drops and still would have had time before they closed officially. Ridiculous.

Just drove an hour and a half to get to cvs minute clinic for my son to be seen (closest with appts). Arrived right at the 10 minute mark due to road closure and they turned us away! Very disappointing. Do not go to this cvs!

I went in the store, doors unlocked a few minutes before they closed. As I entered the store immediately someone said we closed in one minute, I responded I understand I just need to grab some Ibuprofen (my daughter was sick). I quickly headed straight to the aisle. Read to see which was best buy (seconds). I was interrupted by an employee named Jumar “excuse me ma’am we are closed” he followed me all the way from the front, didn’t ask if he could help he wanted to rush me out the door. I got to the register asked the employee ringing me up what time it was 9:04 pm. I am sending this at 9:09 pm after speaking to shift manager about the situation (who was very courteous).I sit here in my car as I see the same employee sitting on the curb outside the store. What was the big hurry to rush me out. I will drive across town before I come back to this CVS.

I have never experienced such terrible service. They could care less about their customers. My entire family gets their prescriptions filled here. They will not go out of their way to help anyone. My son tried to use a coupon with Goodrx there and was told no one knew how to use it. My insurance changed and I did not have a card they would not call the insurance to get what was needed to fill my meds when I was ill. Will have everything transferred to Walgreens.

ordered 2 photos as 8x8 prints. quality was bad, some of this was on my part but the website led me to believe that the quality wouldn't be *that* bad as the previews on the site looked decent. picked them up, immediately noticed the horrible pixelated quality. looks like someone deepfried them and then dried it off with a clothes iron on maximum heat. an important part of one of my photos was cut off too. these photos were very important to me as they were pieces of artwork that took me over 30 hours to make :| bruh

Extremely rude girl doing Covid testing today. She should not have a job there at all with the public. She called to tell me my daughter had to have me there to do a Covid test which is total bs because my daughter is 16 and done it there before no problem. She then decided to hang up the phone on me while I was still talking. I will make sure corporate knows about this. She needs to learn how to do her job and how to correctly deal with the public. I’ll be sure to make a drive up there after work to speak with manager and her.

Ordered My medicine on Monday to make sure they'd have it. Called this morning to have it filled. When I got there they told me they didn't have it and would have to order it. They filled someone else's prescription instead of mine this morning when they had it. WORST PHARMACY TECHS EVER. A BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT IDIOTS. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

My perscriptions are field every 3 mouths and it's like a nightmare trying to get that done every 3 months there's a problem of some kind my company does not give me a choice but to deal with CVS or I would not, some of there prescriptions are Re diculous priced. There was one that was going to be 1500.00 dollars every three months, where At bilo pharmacy it was going to be $50 every 3 months

Great place. Mooresville CVS is horrible, which I live near. Statesville has employees that actually care about their customers, especially at Minute Clinic. I drive to this location every time!

Ordered Medicine in advanced and they still didn't have it when I came in to get it filled. Made up an excuse that the system crashed and filled it for someone else!!! I would never get my medicine filled here again and you shouldn't either!!! They don't care at all"!!!!

The staff is all amazing! The pharmacy knows me by name where I've went there for years now and it seems like a personal touch or family! And they are all very knowledgeable!
