I have gotten several collars and leashes from Kitt over the years and I'm never disappointed!! One collar/leash set we've had and been using often for well over 4 years now and they still look and function like brand new! Super easy to clean and absolutely GORGEOUS crystals!! And I LOVE how light and flexible the leashes are! I have leashes from 4 to 25 feet as well as the hands free and slip leash...love them all!! Kitt is always prompt on her responses and happy to help customize any order. Her turn around time is super fast compared to other high end collar makers and she'll always have our business!

I absolutely love Collars by Kitt. I have ordered several Collars and leashes. My favorite is the Daisy collar. I use it when my dog, daisy and I compete. People do nothing but provide compliments. We also use a matching leash. I have other colors for my dogs ranging from large to toy.The texture of biothane she uses is perfect. She makes custom sizes for nosework and obedience. We have different leashes and collars for each of our sports. I love that the biothane is waterproof and doesn't get damaged easily and is easy to cleaned after a romp in the mud or a roll on a dead animal.When you order, Kitt provides the best customer service. She sends out tracking notifications as soon as items ship. I didn't have to wait to long for my orders! very quick!

I have ordered several collars and leashes of varying sizes from Kitt and have always been nothing less than thrilled with what I have received! Pictured are my large dogs but I have also ordered for my small dogs too. In fact, I ordered a collar for one of my dogs and Kitt used stones that made his secondary color pop! I have found Kitt to be attentive not only to the products she makes but also to me, the customer. Any questions I have had she has responded quickly. My big dogs are hole digging rough and tumble and the collars have held up AND they come out sparkling clean with a little soapy water. Amazing! If you are in the market for an easily cleanable, sturdy, eye candy like collar for your furkid, this is the place to get it, HANDS DOWN!

I have ordered 2 long lines, a regular lead, traffic lead, and custom collar from Collars by Kitt. I keep coming back not only for the high quality goods, but because she is so great to work with!All the hardware is stainless steel so it wont corrode after 1 time at the beach. The biothane is perfect for not getting smelly and is easy to grip. I ordered a collar with crystals and she sent me a sample of the color biothane with the 3 different crystal colors on it to help me make my decision! It was awesome!Ive been using the leashes for 2 years and the collar for 1 and no issues. Love them!

We absolutely love our dog collars from Collars by Kitt! I am technology challenged, but Kitt helped me through the whole ordering process, and gave me exactly what we needed! The collars fit perfectly, are the correct size, and definitely fit our dogs activity level! We have three English Springer Spaniels, and they are rough on their collars, but Kitt’s collars are super durable and waterproof! If we get a new puppy, I know where we’ll be getting our next collar!

I have multiple collars and leads made by Collars by Kitt, and they are nothing short of amazing. As I always say, if I'm getting biothane, I'm getting it from Collars by Kitt!! My dogs' both have ID collars from here, Ever has two Swarovski crystal collars, and I have 25' and a 10' long lines, an amazing slip lead, plus a gorgeous matching clip leash for one of his collars. The only time I'd go somewhere else is if she didn't carry what I needed. She's one of the very few places who uses stainless steel instead of nickle plated brass. Love, love, love. Received my lead in the mail today - wow was I blown away. The packaging was more like a gift from a treasured friend than a product order - I loved the paw print tissue wrapping and the matching ribbon. But even more than that delightful packaging surprise was the quality of the lead. No doubt this will serve me for many many years to come - You can bet I will be recommending Collars by Kitt !

We LOVE Collars by Kitt. We we have ordered 4 dog collars and 3 goat collars and will be ordering more! Not only are they beautiful and we get tons of compliments, they are durable and super easy to clean. They don’t fade and still look brand new clean on the goats! Since we have found Collars by Kitt, we haven’t bought collars anywhere else. I highly recommend them!

I have known of Collars by Kitt for several years and she has custom made collars for my 6 dogs that range from a tiny dachshund to a large weimaraner. All her collars and leashes have been perfect and beautiful. I know she puts all her love and effort into each and every item she handcrafts with great care and attention to detail. This was my third collars by kitt order and I have to say these collars made Christmas :) Kitt was so kind and communicative and the collars are BEAUTIFUL, the packaging is beautiful, shipping was fast, and I could not be happier with my experience. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised by how strong these are!!! My 110 pound is comfortably secured on his slip collar with no wear or tear months after ordering. We will definitely be ordering again!! A serious thank you for the wonderful Christmas presents for my family :)

I was looking for a crossbody leash for a small dog. I found many shops that sold them, but none had the options for length and choice of hardware that this shop offered. Kitt was very helpful, answered my questions very quickly and helped me choose the accent color on my leash. It arrived super fast and the quality and function are top notch! I highly recommend this shop.We liked it so much we ordered another one, to use with a flex leash as a cross body strap. It came just as fast and beautiful made.We noticed that for the leash to support our application we needed a minor customization, and again received an immediate response, a quick solution at no extra cost - if only all vendors practiced this level of customer care we'd all be much happier :-)

The BEST biothane collars I've found (and I've bought a half dozen off Etsy and was disappointed in every one). Every element of Kitt's collars are thoughtfully selected and assembled, from the stainless steel buckles and rivets to the Swarovski crystals. I now have a couple of collars and leashes from Kitt and am always complimented on them. I've shared her website information more than once. I love how you can personalize beyond just colors, they are truly a work of art. Kitt communications through the entire ordering and manufacturing process and tracks your package to your door, doing a final check in it make sure you're happy. The packaging is adorable and she includes care instructions with each order. THIS is what customer service looks like! I love that I can support a small business owner who is doing so much right and you should too!

The product is very well made, you can see the craftsmanship as soon as you receive it. Love the biothane stands up so well, my dogs love to play and the mud, water and roll in stinky stuff and you can't tell just rinse collar off. The best part you can design it to suit your dog. Prices are reasonable too.

Wanted to support small business, so I orderEd 2 waterproof leashes. I made a mistake in placing my order.Contacted the company to do a return and reorder only to find out there is no flexibility if u make a mistake.I offered to pay shipping..My Order was not a custom order, so it could have been restocked. I was planning on ordering the correct. Size. NOT now...Make sure u don’t make a mistake or you will be out the cost of the item u ordered...Thank
