The associates here are pretty friendly. I shop here a lot. Mostly for the clearance deals but especially when they have the 20% off everything deal. After every 3 purchases, you get a $5 off $15 coupon and they give a veteran's 10% discount every day. You have to love that.

They use to sell a product wrapped in yellow, which it was like Melba toast .They still have that brand of wafer cookies. I have been a club member for probably 20 years but never got any coupons or reward. Except this last purchase.

Big lots in Statesville. North Carolina was clean. Well lit up and had many good after Christmas sales at 75% off. The associates were nice and we checked out quickly.

Lori at Big Lots has always been a tremendous help to me, no matter what I've asked of her, in any Dept. in the store. She's very knowledgeable, and as friendly as she can be. I always look for her when I go in or ask for her when I call. She's such a great asset to this store. Give the girl a raise!!! I don't know her outside of this store. She's a keeper!

We couldn't find a simple table lamp, either they are out or just didn't have any. But other than that a great place with great deals on quality items. My aunt Tanya has always shopped here and I'm so glad I got her eyes for a good deal. Merry Christmas

I originally went to the one in Mooresville looking for a new bed, but left very quickly because of how rude the man was. So I drove up to this one and it was well worth the drive! Rick was amazing! He was so friendly and had us laughing the whole time! For sure will be back because of him!

Big Lots has come a long way! I love shopping here. I have decorated my home with many of their designs and absolutely love it! I am always excited to see what they have in store for the next idea or next design and how it will work into my ideas for my own home! I recommend them to anyone who wants to decorate their home and doesn't have to spend thousands of dollars to have some of the nicer things!

Had to return a recliner that broke two weeks after purchasing. That wasn't the issue though. The issue was when my wife got there she asked if they'd send someone out to help her bring it inside. She waited outside for 45 mins, and no one came. She goes in there's 2 customers at most in the store. So she had to lug the recliner in herself just to be treated as an inconvenience. We were originally wanting to swap the recliner out, but the employees couldn't be bothered to even help her bring the broken one in. When she gets to the counter, the first thing out of the woman's mouth is "lemme guess your here for a refund". Not to mention employees can almost never be found at most, the last two visits we've only seen 1 employee present on the floor. It gets worse everytime we go there. This will be our final visit to Big Lots.

Great store for hard to find foods/snacks. They also have quite a few other selections for yard decorations. I like their outdoor furniture but not a fan of thier in house upholstery. Prices where better but have gone up a lot in recent months. Nice people and always friendly. Nice place to shop in my opinion and enjoy the experience there.

You find great deals in big lots. But if you have a question you need to go to the front because there is never anyone on the floor to help you. I think they employ 3 people for the whole store. It would be helpful if they had more employee's to help people but they are following the example of places like Walmart and big chain stores who only have cashier's and one person for each department.

I walked into Big Lots and not one person asked if they could help me except for the young gentleman working in the furniture Department today. He took the time to tell me about the furniture and how to order online. Again the other employees would not even say hello. I think Big Lots should consider they shown men for management for sure. This is coming from someone who is a business owner. Great customer service in the furniture Department. There was another lady who was working in the furniture department and she seemed to be very bitter...not friendly at all!

Big Lots is offering shop on Line & pick up curb side as long as before dark.💕 They gave a good selection of many things other than not refrigerated foods.💕 I LOVE you can order on Line & pay & pick up at front without leaving your car💕🤗💕
