These drinks are good but the service here is questionable. These drinks are 2 for 3.50 and after tax come out to 3.74. The cashier scanned them and as I was inputting my phone number for the rewards, he takes another man behind me at a different register, finishes his transaction completely, then finally comes back to me. I handed him $4, he rang it up as 3.98 and gave me a quarter back without a care. I'm utterly confused. I'm not even upset about the penny. I'm more confused how someone behind me took priority and his transaction took longer because he had to count out exact change.

Well the greasy gross bald headed lady definitely over charged us for drinks and then argued with me about. Sorry your cooler says different… oh well smell ya later. Based on other reviews I’m not far off on my description! The fast Phills on other side of interstate is better I just had to have diesel fuel or I would not have wasted my time so don’t waste yours!

The old lady that was working the night shift on march 17th 2024 need to be fired. My wife was trying to buy a pack of cigarettes and some scratchers. She snapped my wife’s id didn’t even try to scan it and accused her of being under the age of 21(she’s 22) then was going to throw away her id. That’s ridiculous and so unprofessional. This isn’t there first time she had done that. And has done it to me a couple of times. Like I said SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!

I will never go here. I hate when I order doordash and it comes to this location because they refuse to do the order and say they don't do doordash at this location or 7now delivery and I always have to wait a few days for my money to even go back on my card and I feel bad for the dashers because they are always getting yelled at by this staff. When anyone tries to call they always state they don't have a phone but they do and don't want to answer it. I wish 7-eleven would come take care of this problem at this store because based on all these reviews and complaints then it's clear that something needs to be done. If someone don't like their job in customer service then go find a stay at home job that doesn't require that much human interaction. Doordash can't fix the problem clearly by taking this location out of the database but can y'all get a new staff here or take this location out the database. If I could give this store 0 stars I would.

My husband daughter and her friend went in after getting gas. We were actually SCREAMED at and told NOT to use the restrooms. We were told to look at the chicken scratch on the door coming in that daid they are closed. We then went to Citgo where the employee held the door open for us with a smile and my husband gave her a $5 tip.

No toilet paper or soap in the men's room and the bathroom was disgusting. When I asked the cashier for toilet paper and soap for the men's room, he acted like I was inconviencing him as he was too busy on his phone to be bothered to help a paying customer. I will never stop here again.

Only employee in the store was too busy on a personal call to assist myself and the customer in front of me in a timely fashion. When she finally made her way back to the register to do her job ( still on her personal call ) I attempted to be load money onto cashapp to which she replied" I can't do this " and returned to her call. I had to drive all the way to the Harmony location where my transaction was completed in less than 30 seconds.

We got a flat tire while traveling and pulled in behind the store to try to change it. An employee came out taking the trash and saw us. She called AAA for us. While we were waiting, the manager came out and talked with us and told the kids to come in for free fountain drinks. Later, he brought out a pizza. The pizza was delicious. Kids said it tasted like Dominoes. They were so friendly and helpful. The gas was a good price, too. And there is an ATM.

TERRIBLE! Men's restroom closed. Women's restroom had PUKE FILLED TOILET and the cashier "cleaned it" by spraying half a bottle of lysol on/in/around the toilet!!!! Soap was empty, no paper towels, trash can lid has a snapchat ID for "message me for a good time"WILL NEVER RETURN!

Nastiest dirty store that you could ever go in the Indian lady and her husband that own it they are the most nastiest trifling people I ever saw.I see why the store is like it is it’s a reflection of them. Beware to stay away from this store if you have any type of cleanliness about yourself.How come some Indian people are so trifling it doesn’t make any sense you could literally smell the lady from over the counter

The lady working in there today 8/14/22 @11:20 am is extremely rude she needs some people skills and when u have customers standing at the register the employee does not need to keep pulling stock off of shelves while your customers stand at the register for four or five minutes and you're walking around fixing cakes on shelves that needs to be done when you do not have customers in the store and she needs to learn some people skills cuz she's extremely rude

We stopped here for something cold to drink and a snack for the almost 2 year old. Got half way to Hickory and realized the donuts I purchased were out of date. Very disappointed in this location. I have photos if you want them manager, corporate will have them also.

The restrooms here are filthy. I've been to Middle Eastern and Asian squatty potties that were 10x cleaner than this place. Overwhelming urine odor, overflowing trashcan, filthy floors, unsecured toilets, and now there's a flying ant infestation, among the other normal bugs.

Can you do something about all the dropped trailers? Ive been parking here for years. Here lately every week there's more and more dropped trailers and the same Bobtailed trucks taking up more then one spot.

They had eggrolls!!!! Good coffee for $1. Pizza was meh, too greasy for my taste, would make a good hangover meal though. Seriously though, try the eggrolls.

Stopped in at 711 for their 10.00 deal today at 3:45 and cashier apparently didn’t know what he was doing and tried to charge me for each item at a higher cost tried to explain to him he was wrong and he says I still gave you good deal and I said no you did t and told him to keep it
